Quick service very friendly lovely food the only negative experience is of no fault of theirs aa they can't help attracting people from all walks of life including judgemental people who always have something negative to say about someone nearby

I have lived in lostock Hall for 50 years and iv never had a Chinese from here because you don't deliver but omg it was amazing and great quality and great prices I would definitely be back but please consider delivery you are doing a great job xxxx

Chips was hard. Very disappointed with the Chinese food

All of the food we ordered was consistent... Consistently bland. and flavourless. When we opened the box for the beef chowmien it looked grey and watery, tasted like it too. The spring rolls were filled with polystyrene like "meat granules" the Staff treated me like a chore and was as cold as the freezer that the meals were unearthed from. We shall not order again.

Will give 4 stars the food was okay But seemed like the service was rushed as soon as our drinks came our starter then not long after main, the staff were very helpful and helped with what we needed we didn't have a renovation and was put in a nice quite booth. The decor is abit outdated and needs to be updated but overall was satisfied

We had a group gathering here last night and the “banquet” experience was 10/10!!! Nice atmosphere without irritating piped music! Lovely helpful staff who understand good old fashioned hospitality and personally thank you for visiting as you exit - smiling and shook my hand! Variety and quality of food simply superb! Cannot thank Gonbay enough and will become a regular customer at Altrincham & Sale venues!!!

I was really impressed with how fresh everything tasted.

We visited for our daughter’s birthday and were firstly told we could have her cake at the table.. in the cautious and woke world we now live in .. I’m not blaming the staff for that. However, we would always choose somewhere that allows cakes for future celebrations as it’s a big part of the birthday experience for us. The staff weren’t attentive at first but then our drinks order arrived in stages .. the soft drinks (which are easier to make) sat in the bar for 15 mins after the cocktails were served! The staff weren’t attentive chatting and the talk dark haired manager was on his phone. In the end we had to signal to the bar staff to bring the drinks to the table. We last visited in the early days of Tattu’s opening and it was a 5 star experience, however this time the food was not to the same standard. I chose baby chicken, which was very dry and the broccoli was overcooked .. it should still be firm when seared not soggy and almost blackened. Tattu is a very expensive restaurant and the experience did not match the £100 a head price this time. (this was with just one alcoholic drink per person)

The food was not very tasty, the service staff was not attentive. They brought us an incomplete order and asking for advice was useless.

Food was amazing but took long to arrive ( it was very busy though)

Saturday night, so was packed to the rafters! They still managed to squeeze us in without a reservation! Food was great and portions were spot on. Beer at £6 at pint felt a bit pricey but other than that we had a lovely time and will go again.
