I’ve been ordering from Manna for around 10 years. The service is kind and friendly and The food is always fresh, delicious and piping hot when it arrives. I don’t order Asian food from anywhere else!

Order takeaway from here quite often and it really is top notch. Very tasty, always arrives very hot. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wow. I had Singapore Laksa and Mixed Spicy Fried Rice. Huge portions, loads of meat. This was the best Chinese takeaway I've had in the UK. After living in Asia for 6 years I try and order in Mandarin as that gives me a clue as to how authentic it'll be. This was amazing, and I will definitely be going back.

Great food and a very warm welcome ever time. Highly highly highly recommend you give it a go you won't be disappointed.

I ordered ramen, not sure it was ramen, but the noodles were very good! Cash only or bank transfer.

Absolutely incredible! The satay sauce is a must! We drove 30 minutes to go here as it’s my sisters favourite when she’s working and it was worth every minute! The food was still incredibly hot when we got home and it’s the first meal we’ve eaten as a family where everyone enjoyed it - our new go to!

When I went in I saw this asian child doing homework in the restaurant I knew the food was gonna be bussin. And I was right, best Chinese I ever had. 10/10

Soup and starters was so delicious ! You can tell everything is made by hand from scratch! Main was alright as well decent portions size.good family run business best Asian/Chinese food I had, clean one not oily and dirty. Breastfeeding friendly. Would highly recommend

Thai Red curry chicken tasted like sauce came out of a jar and the chicken if that's what it was, strange in texture no taste scary mixed meat an bean sprouts was just strange with only one slice of char siu. Avoid and save your money

Very disappointed, 30 minutes late , cold food ordered off the app through food hub . Spoke with a young lady who clearly doesn’t know how to deal with complaints so really not impressed. Ordered from here a few times with no problems but today , I don’t know what happened. Anyway I have asked for a refund because clearly this is no way to look after customers especially in this current climate .Kids waiting for food on agreed delivery time then not arriving without apology or explanation. Disappointing , to say the least !

Ordered food to be delivered from the app for 5.15 . Came 5.45 , I phoned the restaurant and spoke to a very young , inexperienced young lady . Quite clearly didn’t know how to deal with a complaint .I have asked for a refund as the food was cold and clearly waited for the driver to pick up & deliver . Not happy at all . Customer service skills 1/5, food 2/5

Excellent food! I only popped in because the chippy I usually go to was packed (bank holiday) I strolled past and saw it was empty and like the menu. I opted for curry fried rice and chips (usual chippy fave) and BBQ spare ribs after being recommended to try them. I was not disappointed! The flavours from both dishes were amazing, ribs were next level. You can tell that the food here is made with love and knowledge. The only reason I haven't rated 5* is because there is no card machine (it's 2021) I was still able to pay by card... However to just tap and go is easier. Anyhow.. That doesn't take away from the excellence of the food!

Has the chef changed? The chicken was processed and strange. Not as nice as it used to be

This place never disappoints me, am always happy and full with this beautiful food.

Manna is excellent. I have been eating here for years - you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The soups are awesome and the noodles are sublime - my favourite dish of theirs is the Kuey Tow and Won Ton soup.

Great food, noodle boxes always. They've messed our order up a couple of times but have always apologised and fixed it immediately. Can't ask for more really.

We visit Manna every week. It’s the only Chinese we have found that does every dish well, and yes I’ve lived in Liverpool all my life! It’s located on Smithdown road and you can order online or over the phone or just pop in! You know where sometimes you order chow Mein and it comes in soy sauce that’s too salty? Well not at Manna! It’s an actual sauce and their chicken is nice, not the cheap stuff that was frozen and is chewy. I recommended their noodle boxes! I get one every week. Pick your noodle type, (chow mein) sauce (I pick chow mein sauce) and meat (I choose chicken but I’ve had the veg one too) and you can get a veggie option. I always get spring rolls too! Their veggie soup is delicious. And my partner loves the salt and pepper Sui mai and the sweet and sour pork. Forgot to take photos of the food but the restaurant is clean and the food is great, try it.

Ordered online, free delivery if in L15, plus free prawn crackers if meal over £10.00. Fairly standard, checked out, then found out £1.00 delivery cost, £0.50 transaction fee, for the meal! The meal arrived (which was good) but they’d forgotten the prawn crackers!!! Chicken and Sweetcorn soup doesn’t taste the same without them!! Let down 3 times in 1 order!!

My hairdresser told me about this place today, I'm glad she did! Delivery prompt chips fluffy & crisp, Foo Yung (not salty!!!) Chicken & Mushroom soup really tasty but for small appetites) Chicken & mushroom main was lovely not enough veggies but again not salty! Will be definitely working my way through the menu.

Really nice tasty food so sorry they stopped delivering to l7. We had to buy elsewhere came know where near your takeaway .

When you order from this restaurant they cancel it without any excuse. Awful customer service. Such ashame. I liked this place. Won’t be ordering from them again

The food is good and portion sizes are pretty large. I've tried several dishes and never had something I didn't like. Staff always friendly. Can't comment on atmosphere as I have only had it as a takeaway, but the restaurant is usually empty (most business is from takeaways I imagine). Delivery always on time.

Its cheap and cheerful setting and layout belies the quality of the food in this budget dinner and take away. The starters are excellent....... Try the salt and pepper ribs or chicken satay. The mixed platter is great value. The main courses are numerous and varied mix and match noodle and rice dishes. Seafood noodles are restaurant quality at take away prices. It is not a place to proposevto your girlfriend but if you want good food at great prices served by lovely people this is the place for you.

The Thai green curry is the best I've ever eaten

This takeaway-cum-diner is especially popular with students. Portions sizes are generous, although duck with cashew nuts came without any nuts and was served whilst I was still eating my soup. Seating is at refectory type tables. No credit cards.

Encouraged by positive reviews on Just Eat I made the MISTAKE of ordering from this restaurant online! After adding 10 minutes to the hour agreed, the take away failed to appear. When I called the restaurant the girl sounded totally vacant and had no idea where it was. As it wasn't at the restaurant she assumed it must be on its way. Half an hour later I called again and she was as clueless! The driver did appear eventually but claimed that he had no change (it was his first day on the job apparently). I did suggest that he called back with change so I could eat the food in the meantime but the restaurant preferred me to return it (2 and a half hours later, tepid as it was) I only hope it didn't end up at someone else's door! The restaurant claim that they discovered (that night) that the driver was working for a rival restaurant at the same time but having read these reviews I doubt it! They were allowed (by Just Eat) to cancel the order to avoid a negative review. No wonder they are highly rated on that site then! AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!

Order from here often and never had a bad meal. Would recommend ordering on the phone or through their own website as opposed to hungry house etc. Staff have always been friendly and helpful.

Ordered for delivery and Manna took my money then refused to deliver so I had to claim back from trip advisor. Manna told me that it was too far to delivery but they told trip advisor that they did not have any drivers working. DO NOT USE THIS RESTAURANT!!

Ordered through hungry house, after 2 hours of waiting we phoned hungryhouse who said Manna claimed they never recieved the order even though they accepted it over the phone and took the money. Avoid.

Having waited almost 2 hours for food, Manna cancelled our order. Rang up to complain and were hung up on. Terrible, terrible service - 10/10 would not recommend.

Manna-m I hungry... No food after the hour and a half promised. We called multiple times and the response was unhelpful, unapologetic and downright rude. After two and a half hours we called to complain about the lack of food, and they cancelled our food. Will never order again, this was an awful experience.

Manna was this was a bad idea. If I could give them no stars I would! We ordered over £60 worth of food and it was a nightmare. They phoned and said it was on its way after an hour and a half, half an hour after its estimated delivery. We then looked back after two hours and said we'd like a refund and the food due to the poor service, and they said they could give us a refund. After some further time we looked again and they said that we were to receive a refund but no food as it had been cancelled. So the call saying it was on its way had been a complete lie. When we phoned to complain about the poor service and the confusion they were on other phones and very rude. We received no food after two and a half hours and very hung up on several times. Please do not order from here

Had an awful experience with this Chinese takeaway. Was extremely late, waited for 1 hour 30 mins for food, then called to ask how long it would be and were told it would be another 30 mins, staff on the phone were very unhelpful would definitely not recommend, very bad customer service.

Poor... The first time we've used this place and most certainly the last. Dry, tough chicken, soggy chips... Rice was missing from the order and, whilst they apologised for it over the phone, it took 20 minutes to get a new portion to us by which time the main part of our meal had dried out even further. Not good at all.

Fantastic salt n pepper chicken wings, chips and also a good black pepper/black bean. Fantastic!

The food is good but the delivery service is consistently terrible, if you're hungry order from somewhere else or you'll waste away before your food arrives. It's a real shame because if my food had arrived on time I'd be enjoying it now, instead of writing this review putting off other people from having to go through the same trauma.
