the food was amazing, aswell as the customer service. We had a very kind lad called johnny who was very kind and wel mannered. I ordered egg fried rice and salt and pepper chicken which was amazing

The food was disappointing, I've never given a Chinese takeaway a disappointing review before. Sorry but you need to improve. I will go elsewhere where. The duck was good but lacking pancakes.

The sweet and sour chicken was all stuck together and very chewy when eaten. The chicken fried rice smelled awful and tasted like it had been made a while ago. There wasn't enough pancakes with the quater duck and the veg looked and tasted like it was prepered last week. The only plus was the duck itself, which was tasty and a good texture. I only tried Lees out because my usual Chinese is temporarily closed, but i will not trying it again.

Good but definitely not as good as previously. Curry very thick. Chips overcooked or reheated. Yung Chow Fried Rice ingredients much less and smaller than usual

Since the new people have taken over its really gone down smaller portions and curry is watery will not be returning

If you like meat in your meat dishes ....try somewhere else ..... we just laughed at the content 😆😆😆😆 we've never seen such mouse size cuts of meat 🍖.... curry sauce good staff nice but I would never step foot in there again £6:90 for chicken fried rice but with no chicken in it !!!.... such a shame these Chinese skimp on what you order .... Best Chinese is yu hing Coppull... I suggest Lees go buy chicken fried rice and see the big!!! Difference

How dare you, how dare you serve me with burned to the cinder dry BBQ spare ribs. They were not fit for a dog let alone human consumption. They went straight in the bin. Also had a curry. The flavour lacked depth and taste. Very disappointing. I have been going to Lees for years but since new people have taken it over the quality of food has gone right down but the prices have gone up. No wonder the place is always empty when I go. It used to be crowded because it was so popular. You'll have to up your game to win back customers. I definitely won't be going there again.Ever.

went to try out lees after hearing many good things about it. The service was on point, the lad at the counter was very friendly, food was fresh as it could get, price was a bit expensive but bearing in mind all that’s going on, one of the cheapest in chorley though! amazing experience, would defo recommend!!!

Having been stick in Chorley Hospital for the past 5 days, ribs and king prawn fried rice, really hit the mark. Better than any of the Chinese Takeaway near me in Preston 😋

I don't get to come here as often as I used to - but this is hands down the best Chinese food in the Chorley/Leyland/Buckshaw area! The lady who owns this and her family are so polite and friendly, the food is always piping hot and fresh - never had anything chewy or undercooked. Seasoned perfectly, generous portions and made in a flash! This will always be my first recommendation for anyone asking about where to go for chinese food. Looking forward to whenever we next order! :)

Order food from lees Chinese takeaway looked good apart from the duck . Bare in mind this Cost for all of it £30 . So I ring up lees spoke this boy who thought he was Clever wen we spoke about the duck and I told him about it all he cud say is Sorry that's all so I ? All I got back was apology and sorry that's all I got I said for a customer John explained that the duck was very small for the price I paid for He said I'm sorry but we don't do discount can I speak to the manager or your mum or dad he said do not speak any English whatsoever I said what about discount for the Small duck it was the price I paid for. I just think it's very bad customer service he argued that we are customer on the phone Over a duck which was very small for the price I paid for not very happy one bit I won't be going here again because when I asked him for discounts he kept refusing and just arguing all the time on me what a Tw#t I've all so put some pictures up to see the Duck what a load of bones Not Happy one bit guys ....

Very poor food tastes like mush I would not recommend.

I’m sorry to say the food was terrible, we spent £52 between 9 of us and nobody enjoyed it, in fact my husband didn’t eat any of his. My son found bone in his chicken egg foo yung. The chicken chow main was very dry….chicken not good quality. It was a real let down. Sorry to give such a poor review. We were very unhappy.

We don't come here as often as we should. But EVERY time we do, we are not disappointed. Excellent service and excellent food.

All sustainable, no additives, no GMOs, does vegan chips. Sick curry

Always top notch food and lovely people.

Very friendly and efficient staff, effective use of customer Covid protection measures and a clear, simple menu. I visited at the worst peak time and as a walk-in, there was a wait of 30 minutes, which was quite acceptable. On reaching home and sitting down to our meal it was evident why it was such a popular venue and we shall definitely make it our new regular take away for the future. I heartily recommend you do too, you won't regret it. Tom Ashworth.

Worst Chinese I've ever had! Over cooked and gravy put on my special fried rice and on my partners special chow mein!! Plus no sauce on spare ribs! First and last time we will be ordering from there!

Gave this place 5 stars before (March).This visit was a surprise as to how poor the food was this time around.Lemon chicken, weird sauce, little taste.Crispy beef in Cantonese sauce, hardly any ‘meat’Salt & pepper spare ribs, seemed to have a batter in them....odd!Hopefully just an one night!

This has become my preferred Chinese in Chorley. Visited again this week, pleasant, quick service. Had salt & pepper ribs (lovely), crispy beef (very good) & special curry which was good too. Really good value takeaway, recommended.

First time at Lees tempted there by good reviews Excellent quality and fantastic value. All ready in under 20 minutes. Can’t fault service or food and will be using them again

Worst Chinese meal we have ever had, curry was burnt also cold, prawn crackers were soft, chicken was dry, the salt and pepper chips were not salt and pepper chips they just had onions in the box with them. All in all the worst Chinese meal we have ever had. Stay away!

Tried Lee's as its one of the very few Chinese takeaways in Chorley with a five star hygiene rating.Prices are low, around a £1 less than my local takeaway but in saying that the portions are smaller.I has salt & pepper wings, which had just the right amount of heat for me.Cantonese crispy beef, which again had good seasoning / balance.All in all very good food, nice pleasant service too.I will be back!!

Love this Chinese have done for years esp there Curry and chow mein would highly recommend this takeaway.

Have been going to Lee's for many, many years and never had a bad meal. The food is always excellent and plentiful. The p!ave is spotless, with a 5star hygiene rating. The staff are always friendly and smiling.

My favourite Chinese take-away in Chorley!

Everything is cooked fresh. Portions of food are generous and meat dishes are always well packed with meat. The egg fried rice is super delicious. Well worth ordering the scrumptious side orders like seasonal vegetables and noodles. If this was a restaurant you would be paying a fortune for this food which is of a very high culinary standard.

We've been going to Lee for years and we've never found a curry that comes close to there's.Always friendly service and really tasty meals at very competitive prices.If you like a curry that's not to hot but full of taste give lees a try !

We get a takeaway from lees with both family and friends. We really like this Chinese for value and taste. Service is quick and good. Only complaint from our point of view is its not open on Mondays therefore we don't get takeaway on bank holiday Mondays :)

Lovely hot tasty food, beef curry and fried rice :) easy to park and fast efficient service, highly recommend.

We have been here a several times over the last 6 months and the food has always been consistently very, very good. Its a traditional Chinese takeaway with all of the classics plus a some nice special dishes. Pricewise it is very reasonable for what you get, and the quality of the ingredients are excellent. As someone said its cash only, but there is a free ATM 5 yards away.

Usually have a takeaway from here twice a month. Always good quality, service with a smile and excellent value for money. Wish they would offer a delivery service though, especially on those winter nights!!

Great food, quick service and would happily go again - only issue is you can't pay on card when you're there so have cash ready.

just visiting the area in Sept 2014. Needed take away meal and chose Lees Chinese Take Away. Very nice and helpful staff. Good rating. 5/5 regarding food hygiene. Food was really delicious and value for money.

Quick home delivery - never more than 35 minutes. They are happy to tailor dishes eg no bamboo shoots, and the food is always great. The fillet beef in Cantonese sauce is delicious.
