Absolutely awful.. the chips ans spring rolls dry and over cooked. Definitely been warmed up a couple times. Had to go back down as forgot curry sauce too. First and last time ordered

I get wanting coming here if its a late snack but really - don't. The chips were a bit overdone and not seasoned. The chicken was crunchy, greasy (not the good type),small and one of them was grey inside!!

We had an amazing experience at Jimmy Spices! The service was top-notch, thanks to Atiya, who was incredibly attentive and friendly. A special mention to managers Jayu and Dhanashree, who made sure everything ran smoothly and made us feel so welcome. The food was absolutely delicious, and we indulged in a lot of it! The drinks were fantastic as well, and the bartender, Aditya, was warm, welcoming, and made our evening even better with his great service. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Jimmy Spices to anyone looking for excellent food, drinks, and outstanding hospitality.

This has been our local Chinese for about 3 years and we absolutely love it! Best one in the local area by FAR! Have tried so many others local and they don't come anywhere close. The chicken wings are amazing, main dishes are always tasty with decent amount of meat in them and they always have our food ready really quickly. Everyone we have recommended this to says the same as us and has made it their local too! This one takes some beating.

We went to this restaurant and the first thing was a really bad smell. One waitress was really unfriendly she didn't acept that we order a small meal!! We have never experienced anything so disrespectful !

This is one of my favorite spots in Chinatown, London, and my husband and I just can’t stop coming back! If you’re craving Peking Duck, this is an absolute must-visit. The duck is incredibly flavorful and succulent, with a perfect balance of textures - crispy on the outside but soft and tender on the inside. I also love their dumplings The rich, savory flavors pair beautifully with the hoisin sauce and even better with their delicious dumplings. Their duck tongue is also good if you want to try sth new. It’s quite hard to get good customer service from China Town tbh, but we had no issues with this restaurant. They all seem friendly and attentive!

Initially staff behind the bar (Chinese lady) rude Floor staff - lovely and very helpful took time to explain as the experience was very stressful having to order everything on your phone You can’t order food unless you have a phone, you can’t just go and walk in without giving details It’s very over priced given the food quality, Food wasn’t very nice, all tasted the same, beef wasn’t beef’s at all not even the same colours, chicken wraps contained no chicken, the soups tasted weird, only 3 dishes I tried were ok but the food is tiny portions but glad of that as the food wasn’t nice, also if you don’t eat everything you are served they charge £5 per dish left We didn’t get charged that as there were things we didn’t like but it’s something to bare in mind when visiting or visiting in large parties Being served by a robot is weird but enjoyable however, if you need extra things like drinks or additional sauces it’s hard to get served for these things as not many floor staff and if you go without a mobile you won’t be getting served so based on everything will not be returning. Food wasn’t great at all and that the main part of going for a Chinese, the food and welcoming friendly people serving it and adding to the experience, not a robot.

Ironically I wasn’t even hungry tonight but this place is so good, I had to get my fix. It’s ironic; it’s like rain on your wedding day or a free ride when you’ve already paid.

Not the tastiest Chinese we have had.

Ordered king prawn mushroom & fried rice earlier this evening, it was the worst version of this meal that I've experienced, egg fried rice was far to salty and king prawn mushroom was tasteless and very watery I had to chuck it away really bad experience. I will never order from them again. Sickly.

The attitude of the staff was terrible. The short-haired woman did not want to serve us. She threw the boxes at the customer’s face when I requested boxes to take home leftovers. They even charged for those boxes and added a service fee despite their extremely poor attitude towards the customers. They should have asked if we needed help instead of behaving like that. Normally, if you pay cash, they give a 10% discount, but after we complained, they did not give us the discount. We will never return to this place
