The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Chinese food

Friendly people. Food is usually good. Delivery person is polite, pleasant as is person who takes order. No halaal options. Generous quantities. It’s closed on Tuesdays. Would recommend : Salt and Pepper King Prawns, Vegetable Rice Noodles, Mini Spring Rolls.

I'd of given this place a zero for everything if I could, most nasty un appetising food ever, everything in meal looked dead weeks old there were things in it I didn't know what it was. I was watching the cook he was rubbing his nose, hair then touching food containers the place was dirty, stay away.

Just had a takeaway from this Restaurant, chicken and sweetcorn soup was like water, salty and hardly and chicken and sweetcorn in it. At 6.80 it wasn't worth it. Followed by special fried rice, I always thought that fried rice was supposed to be dry, the rice was very wet, again like water. No taste, never had fried rice like that before. Again for the price that was paid it was very disappointing😞

First time there 12/4/25 made very welcome staff was amazing and friendly food was great manager came and introduced herself as Lyn. Will definitely be returning there

I have been visiting Manchester China Town for many year maybe about 40 and I have seen many changes, I thought the food had got very poor in this area but we stumbled across this place and gave it a try for dim sum. I have to say its the first restaurant including ones that I regularly frequently that they treat Chinesse and foreigners that same, like fresh water for tea, a very small thing but if you eat dim sum and know the etiquette you appreciate. Also one if the waiters noticed one of our dishes was missing a dipping sauce and immediately was on the intercom and it arrived. Food was very good the taste has to be some of the best I gave eaten for a longtime (I did live in Hong Kong) and portion size was huge if fact we had to take 2 dishes home with us. Deffo worth a visit

Anteriormente hemos disfrutado de muchas visitas en persona e incluso más comida para llevar porque atendían a los celíacos (uno de la familia lo es, por lo que los restaurantes nos dan los 4 o ninguno de nosotros). La excelente comida ahora es venenosa para uno de la familia y nos han dicho que ya no somos bienvenidos. Qué vergüenza.

Great Hong Kong style cafe. They offer nice Chinese roasts, Chinese bakery, a variety of plated rice and noodle dishes and other a la carte dishes. Food is authentic and flavoursome. The Chinese roast is of a good standard. The staff are friendly. It is always busy so it is quite a nice atmosphere. For some, it maybe a bit noisy. The price is reasonable. They do not add service charge by default, it is discretionary. It’s a great place to get some yummy Chinese food with minimum of fuzz. Highly recommended.

Three of us and 2 dogs hadSunday lunch. My roast beef was excellent, the chicken roast went down well too. Staff, very friendly, efficient, service very smooth. A bit on the pricy side but worth every penny. Can’t recommend the Triton highly enough.

Slightly higher end cost wise but good quality food and decent portion size. Always busy but doesn't feel crowded, depending where you're sat. Service is efficient and friendly.

Shame to see it, but this place is now permanently closed.

The Food was warmed up and not fresh. The ribs were like cardboard. Overpriced at £13 for lunch. I can not recommend.

Wow. To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. Firstly for the price I paid I felt that the standard of my meal was well below par. There was next to no flavour and there was so much grease on my chicken balls I could have literally rung them out. However, the icing on the cake was the random cashew I found in the shrimp fried rice. Fortunately neither myself or my wife have a nut allergy but this is potentially a life threatening mistake that is utterly unacceptable. It makes me wonder if their standards are this low and they are making mistakes like that what else are they getting up to in their kitchen. I will not be getting food from there again and I strongly advise no one else does either, especially if you do have a nut allergy.

Amazing food - their paneer tikka pizza is the bomb! They do really nice Indo-Chinese dishes and tofu options too. Decor is very basic. Lighting is too bright and the layout needs to be changed especially the doors. The waiters are sometimes teenagers or children - this is really worrying. They often make mistakes when ordering a takeaway so make sure you check your order before you collect it.

Delicious Jain food with lots of variety and very friendly staff!

10/10 Chinese takeaway. Food always fresh and hot! Nice and tasty. Never had a bad one. My number 1 Chinese… you have to try for yourselves!!
