The best restaurants serving British food in Gogarth Conwy North Wales

I've come to visit several times, and the vibe is great. I love the cakes (bergamot and honey was gorgeous) and plan to come back more times. I only wish it had a larger selection of herbal teas, considering it's a botanical café.

We were visiting Llandudno for the day and we’re looking for food. We were a bit late in the afternoon and all the hotels had stopped serving food to non guests. A quick Google search and Darcie’s popped up! Upon arrival we were stood outside weighing the place up and a couple came out. The lady said “go in it’s great in there” so we did. Great it was! We were initially greeted by two young ladies. We were very impressed with the warm welcome and their genuine engagement with us. So many times with young staff you feel as if you’re interrupting their chat or social media time but these two enjoyed their work and wanted us to have a great time. It was so refreshing. The food order was taken and it arrived not too long after. Delicious, tasty, nicely presented and appropriately priced. We are vegetarians and there was a good choice at Darcie’s. We can’t highly recommend it enough and we will be back for sure. Thank you all for a pleasant food experience

This place is beautiful. I don’t often write reviews but felt I had to for here. The setting was stunning and the food was outstanding. Fabulous service. I’ll be going back when next in Llandudno.

Booked afternoon tea as a birthday treat for my mum, absolutely wonderful. Food amazing everything home made, staff were very welcoming, polite and friendly. Customers were very quick to say how lovely and well presented our afternoon tea was. Would definitely return and recommend to anyone. Thank you so much for a lovely afternoon.

Had the most wonderful experience with my brother at this amazing restaurant again. He was on holiday from Thailand and we had visited many times over the years. This visit carried on our enjoyment. The menu and food was terrific and the service and dining area marvellous. Everything is clean, service great and the friendliness of everyone extremely comfortable. Well worth a visit and the prices really competitive.

A great choice for dining if you want a non-noisy restaurant. Food was excellent as was the service. Fish and Chips great as was my blue cheese and vegetable pie. A lovely place to meet up with friends for lunch/dinner. Closes 9pm

Love the milkshakes and a great variety of ice cream

Town House as always has a fantastic atmosphere especially when you have the Scooter Rallys on, Karaoke on Sat & Sun. Great fun

After being a loyal customer for years at the Empire and then the Osborne, we have been refused a booking for 12 people as we might be noisy and disturb the other diners! We originally tried to book the Osborne for 12 people 5 wks in advance but were told we could not book the table more than two weeks before the date! Then 10 days before the date we wanted, we were told that they would not accept a party greater than 8! If we’d been told that, when we made the original enquiry, we could have made alternative arrangements. I wanted to celebrate my husband’s 70th birthday, we are definitely not a rowdy group. We are now struggling to find somewhere suitable and will more than likely have to put off our celebration! So disappointed.

Great coffee and cake fantastic view and great service. We had flat whites and carrot cake both of which were scrumptious

Great traditional pub, we popped in for an evening meal had fish & chips & believe me, this is the best F&C I have ever tasted it was devine not pub grub but proper traditional food served by wonderful staff, excellent from me👌

Tiny fish & the chips stick to the box bringing the cardboard layer with them. Tiny fish & the smell of old oil isn't great. Avoid, it's pretty bad. Not a patch on fish tram chips up the road.

Lovely place! Food was great and the price is fair. Max is kind and the atmosphere is pretty cool, definitely a spot to visit 🤌🏽
