After being a loyal customer for years at the Empire and then the Osborne, we have been refused a booking for 12 people as we might be noisy and disturb the other diners! We originally tried to book the Osborne for 12 people 5 wks in advance but were told we could not book the table more than two weeks before the date! Then 10 days before the date we wanted, we were told that they would not accept a party greater than 8! If we’d been told that, when we made the original enquiry, we could have made alternative arrangements. I wanted to celebrate my husband’s 70th birthday, we are definitely not a rowdy group. We are now struggling to find somewhere suitable and will more than likely have to put off our celebration! So disappointed.

The interior of the hotel is beautiful, great classical decoration but with tasteful modern features and a nice view of the pool. The food itself was decent, not the best food I have tasted but was good. Usually I like a smaller menu but I think this menu was a bit too small. But the 3 course detail was well worth it.

Seven of my family attended at the Poolside Restaurant. We all had the three course set meal which had an excellent choice of food. I had pate, goulash and sticky toffee which I really enjoyed. Just one small complaint by a family member that the lemon meringue roulade lacked a lemon taste. Hotel looking a bit tired in places and drinks a little expensive. Otherwise food was excellent

Very disappointing meal, unfortunately The Empire is riding of standard of restaurant in the past. My partner had a ribeye steak,worst quality ever had, considering the wonderful quality of beef in Conwy Valley. We had the set menu for £22 including 1/4 carafe of wine which wasn’t bad. Overall quality of food wasn’t worth the money. Instead of including wine they should put more effort into the food.

We were visiting Llandudno to visit family there for my father's birthday. We were struggling to find somewhere suitable with good English food & came across the poolside restaurant in the Empire Hotel. We booked a table. There is very limited parking in Llandudno so make sure you give yourself time to park & get there. On arrival we we told where to go, on the way we stopped at the bar for pre-dinner drinks which were expensive & they didn't have lemonade on tap only small bottles. We were then met in the lounge area where we were asked if we wanted to sit at our table or wait a bit so we went in. The restaurant was well furnished & there were large windows overlooking the indoor pool area. The meals were very reasonably priced at £22.50 if you kept to the 3 course menu which came with a glass of wine. The serving staff were all professional & well presented. They supplied bread while we waited for our food. The food was well presented & hot when it arrived which there wasn't a long wait for between courses. The desserts were all made in house & were very good. The food was to a very high standard & would recommend eating here if you are in the area especially if it is for a special occasion.

Both had the set price menu in the poolside restaurant. Started with the broccoli & courgette soup which was very tasty, followed by the roast turkey dinner. Turkey was served with both light and dark meat and was moist and tender, roasties were crisp and golden and the gravy had a nice flavour. The let down was soggy stuffing, limp veg, and an anaemic chipolata Desserts were nice, almond and apricot tart and sticky toffee pudding. The wine included in the meal is a great bonus and at £21.95 each it really is a bargain. Staff were very attentive and not overbearing. If you like plain english fayre this is the place for you.

Stayed in Colwyn bay 3 years running and made use of midweek special at poolside. Excellent quality ,service and value will call again 2020.

We had an excellent meal in the Poolside Restaurant. The pâte was excellent - very smooth. The fillet steak stroganoff was delicately cooked and the white chocolate and raspberry cheesecake was delicious. I’d love the recipe for that one. Wine as included and that too was of very good quality. Highly recommended.

It has been quite some time since we visited the poolside restaurant. We visited recently for dinner and chose the 3 courses and wine deal. The food and wine were very good. The service was excellent which contributed to a lovely evening. Would definitely recommend.

Had dinner at the Poolside Restaurant on the advice of a friend,whilst holidaying in Llandudno. First impression of hotel was an elegant venue from a bygone era that had grown tired. A very casually dressed receptionist ( wearing trainers),agreed to ascertain that we could dine, not having booked, and confirmed that it would be ok! We were passed to an equally casually dressed waitress ( in leggings and trainers) ! We said we would take an aperitif in the bar before dinner and did so asking to add the drinks to the restaurant bill, to be told " you will have to pay separately, it's a different department" - really, in a 4* hotel ! We chose the fixed price menu for dinner,which represented good value.to include wine and coffee. Food items were low food cost ( as expected) but looked attractive. A carrot and parsnip soup was well presented,good consistency and colourful but totally tasteless and lacking in seasoning. Main courses, an excellent lamb shank, well cooked decorated and presented and an " interesting" experience with a rib eye steak. we recommend,due to the nature of this cut( read the menu description) that you have your steak cooked at least to medium,that suited me fine and medium was agreed on. The steak arrived with a separate peppercorn sauce, nicely cooked vegetables and looked good BUT it was very rare and tough and the peppercorn sauce thin( not coating,) and tasteless with no peppercorn bite ! I raised this with the waitress,who replied ," yes,it does seem odd for the steak,when we recommend otherwise," ! She had the problem corrected, the steak was then fine,but the sauce unaltered.there was no attempt at explanation from the kitchen and no offer of any means of recovery of the kitchen position. Desserts,-- stewed plums and ice cream would be difficult to ruin and was ok, tirimisu was nice and tasty ,but not enough trifle base and way too much whipped cream. All in all a good value meal, but standard so much poorer than I was led to expect from a quality hotel kitchen. A very pleasant young waitress,but lacking polish and professionalism and customer focused skills. From a " one off" experience,a hotel caught in a Time Warp and living on past reputation. I will return to give it another chance, but need convincing.

Good menu of either a la carte or set menu options both have great choice and the food is well prepared and well presented. Recommended.

Good service, restaurant is not that large. Really nice set menu but disappointed on the portion size of the Cheese board which is £3.50 as an extra instead of dessert. Nice decor with lovely casual lounge areas.

What a fantastic and beautiful place.went for an evening out and sat by a the indoor pool. Food was delicious and very tasty.Had a set meal a starter,main,and a sweet,then coffee or tea.I just wanted to take lots of photos of the place as the decor was beautiful. I had a chicken filled with stuffing.very nice .

First time going and loved it. Place looked amazing. Staff very friendly and lovely to speak to. Food was amazing. As a fussy eater too I was able to find something even id eat.

Our 3rd or 4th visit and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We had the 3 course set meal which includes a glass of wine and is excellent value. Food quality was exceptional, service friendly and efficient. The decor is modern, bright and the atmosphere very pleasant. There is also a a couple of bar lounges with plenty of comfortable seating, All in all a delightful evening and will definitely return.

I was staying in the hotel but wasn't sure I fancied eating there so had a wander into Llandudno. I spotted a queue outside a locsl restaurant and thought it must be good if people are prepared to wait. Whilst in the queue I got chatting to a couple who had tried to book the Poolside restaurant but couldn't get in. They said the food was wonderful. They told me that as I was a resident I should be able to get a table so I went back to the hotel and they managed to squeeze me in. I had a three course meal for £21.90, which included a carafe of wine. There was a really good selection so much so I wasn't sure what to go for. In the end I opted for pate, lamb and a panacotta. I ate everything! All of it was delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive.

Had the table d'hote. Excellent choice of food. Choice of soft drinks very limited for those who don't drink wine. But service was excellent and we all enjoyed our meals.

Booked on-line well in advance as we know it gets busy. Table we were first shown to was in a doorway but the waitress was only to happy to move us to another which was vacant. The set menu was very good value and the wine which accompanies it very palatable. The pate as a starter was excellent. The lamb shank was succulent and fell off the bone. Dessert of sticky toffee pudding coupled with a nice cup of tea for my wife and a coffee for me rounded of a very good meal. The staff were great, polite and attentive without being obtrusive. The only downside was the atmosphere as there were a few other guests clos by who were rather boisterous which did detract from what we both hoped would be a quiet intimate meal.

We had a very nice table by the window, which over looked the pool. We choose from the three course set menu, which included a half a litre of wine plus coffee afterwards. It was excellent value for money. We were very impressed with the food. We both had chicken liver pate to start. My husband had rib eye steak with pepper corn sauce served with veg. I had lamb shank with veg. Sticky toffee pudding with toffee sauce and ice cream. White chocolate cheesecake with raspberry sauce. All courses were absolutely delicious. We had our coffee in the lounge afterwards. Excellent service too. Very friendly & polite staff. It was right up our street this place. We will be back next year.

Had a family meal nice view looking over the swimming pool. Good value 3 courses with wine. Unfortunately there was a few things on the menu that were not available as they had ran out . We both had pate to start then chicken and the steak. All the food was lovely and excellent service. Nice relaxed atmosphere not as formal as the main restaurant but still really good. Had a liqueur coffee in the lounge after which was very good.

A good value table d'hote menu that has changes each day. It seems a lttle unusual eating beside the indoor swimming pool, but it is glazed off so there are no chemical smells etc. service is efficient and the food is excellent value. We often eat here when stayng in Llandudno

A table was booked for 8.30pm last night to celebrate my birthday. Arrived early for drinks and unable to sit at a table in the lounge as the majority were reserved for residents. We went somewhere else for drinks as we didn’t want to stand.

The Poolside set 3 course, good choice, menu also includes 1/4 litre wine and coffee and is excellent value. This was our 3rd visit and we were not disappointed. The lamb shank was cooked to perfection and tasted delicious. The service was friendly and very efficient. It is advisable to book as this restaurant is very popular. Highly recommended.

Enjoyed the lovely set menu for dinner which was £21 pp including a large glass of wine, a range of choice on the set menu and very good service. Totally recommend you give it a try.

Both visits were excellent , food, drink and atmosphere couldn't be faulted. Sitting on lovely furniture on a raised balcony surrounded by glass overlooking the pool makes dining special .

We went to the Poolside restaurant for our evening meal and were so happy with everything we booked in. Greta menu and a beautiful hotel.

The setting and the food were excellent … I can recommend the Beef Stroganoff … perhaps try NOT to get sat right at the end of the narrow Restaurant. The Empire is an excellent Hotel and this Restaurant matches it for Quality … the drinks are perhaps a little pricey!

Food was delicious and staff were very welcoming. Looking forward to going back. Would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone!

We came to LLandudno for my birthday and we had booked a meal at poolside restaurant have been here before around 2 years ago three courses for just over £21 the food was fantastic service was good would definitely recommend this menu to anyone

Beautiful tranquil setting of the pool side reaturant,Loverly 3 course meal with wine, a good selection of starters, mains & desserts to choose from,extremely good value for the quality of food, been consistent been for last 3yrs & still as good as first visit.

We only went here for an evening meal but were very pleased to have found it. On a busy, sunny Saturday most restaurants were fully booked. However, this hotel could fit us in at the poolside restaurant. Although it sounds rather casual, it is far from being so. The service there was excellent and the quality of the setting was equally so. The price of the fixed, 3 course meal was very reasonable and the food couldn’t be faulted. This was a very good find and we would not hesitate in returning.

Last minute decision to eat at this lovely hotel. 10 out of 10 for customer service and 10 out of 10 for outstanding quality food and value for money. Thankyou so very much. We will definitely eat here again and recommend to all.

We are locals and regulary attend for lunch or dinner, the poolside has been closed for renovations, i hope it is open now as i miss it,i would recommend the rib eye steak, all of the food, service and the setting is of a good standard, i have never had a bad meal in over 30 years.

This restaurant was recommended by other patrons of Holcombe House, where we spent 7 nights. They are frequent visitors to the area. The atmosphere is elegant, the food excellent. It was a lovely final evening Wales.

We always go here for birthdays wedding anniversaries family outings etc but for some reason my birthday treat wasn’t as good as it usually is.

Our second visit - really good value. Starters a little limited (and I don’t think the surcharge are really justified) but main courses and desserts lovely, as well as wine and coffee. Some might not like the Poolside setting - and lack of external windows - but the service is excellent and times right. I hope we visit again one day for more delicious food!

Recently visited Llandudno for the first time and booked into this restaurant for a treat, well it didn't disappoint, we had the 3 course meal with wine for £21.95 each, starters I had home made pate hubby had brie, main course we both had pan fried chicken breast stuffed with wild mushroom and smoked cheese with spring onion mash sugar snap peas with bacon, deserts strawberry n white chocolate cheesecake and pear n almond tart with chantilly cream, it was amazing, mouth watering cooked to perfection......well done guys x

Yet again our annual holiday in Llandudno and as always first night we go to the poolside restaurant.

Went as a group of 4 for an early evening meal. We paid £21.50 each for an excellent 3 course meal including wine and coffee. A minor criticism would be the very limited choice of soft drinks to have instead of wine - most soft drinks would cost less than the 1/4 litre of wine that was included. But service was good and food was excellent.

Lovely, lovely food, great surroundings and extremely good value for the quality.the staff are attentive and the food was served quickly and hot with the minimum of fuss.

One of our favourite restaurants in llandudno and we usually visit a few times every year as its always good or great food and service and a good all in price for stater, good choice of mains and desert plus wine and coffee all included, making it a good value all in meal out with friendly staff and service.

Always come here but you are advised to book. The menu in the poolside bar if very reasonable and you get half a bottle of wine free. This time of year there is also a disco for guests.

This is the third time we've been to the Empire the food is good without being outstanding but you have a set menu but with very little choice unless you are prepared to pay a supplement the fib eye steak is good but the salad side is nothing more than leaves , also the poached pineapple in orange sauce tasted suspiciously like tinned pineapple could be better , also the restaurant is a bit dimly lit with a good view overlooking the pool until you see people drying off next to the glass after taking a dip not good to see people drying their bits while your eating your meal it's probably worth while paying an extra couple of pounds and eating in the main restaurant not sure if we'll visit again as there is a lot more better value places to eat in Llandudno.

I didn't realise this place existed within the Empire Hotel and what a delightful find. We dined on the fixed price menu including a glass of wine. The food was beautiful and plentiful which was surprising on a fixed price. The service was professional and we were not rushed at all. Everyone was so helpful. Really worth a try.

After a long day travelling we chose to eat in our hotel. The poolside restaurant has a 3 course meal including a glass of wine for a set price. The selection was great and varied.

Really good food, and excellent value for money having a 3 course meal for £21.50 each including coffee and wine, We had the salmon and steak for our main courses and couldn't fault either meal. The service is excellent and the atmosphere is lovely. My only negative comment (Hence the 4 stars) is due to there being two settings one at 7 pm and the other at 9 pm is that you do feel a little rushed whilst dining if eating at the earlier time. But definitely worth a visit.

Had a lovely dinner by the poolside. Had a cocktail in the lounge first which were lovely. Then had pate and melon as starters, then chicken and steak which were all very good. Great value as the price encluded wine. Only down point I thought at £12 the children's menu was over priced. Would be ok for an older child but thought it was too expensive for a 6 year old. Therefore he just had some of our food as the portions were big. Nice atmosphere service was good.

Ate here on Saturday night due to being recommended by our B&B landlady. We were shown to our table straight away to be pretty much disappointed by how dull the seating area next to the pool was. If had be lit up more, the whole experience would have been better. Order our food I had pate and lamb shank (which I enjoyed a lot), my husband had fish cake and steak (which he thought was a bit disappointing, but he did ask for his steak medium and probably should have asked for rare as this is how he prefers it. I had cheesecake and he had creme brulee, both delicious. The service was excellent and quick, The wine was of good quality. The ladies toilets are amazing. All in all a good experience ..... but please get some lighting for the tables by the pool or light up the pool.

We visited here on Saturday night for my Aunties birthday having the 3 course set meal pool side for £21.50. The food was amazing as always. Service is always so efficient and they are quick to bring your meals out and ask if everything is okay.Highly recommend the rib eye steak. We visit here everytime we go to Llandudno and the food has been spot oin everytime and so has the service.Beautiful place I can't wait to come again.The only downside I have is that you have changed your chips, the old home cooked ones are the best chips ever, really hope you change back as I missed having them this time.

We were staying in Llandudno and went for a family birthday dinner, our second time. Service in the bar and restaurant was excellent, plenty of staff to cater for all requests. The 3 course set menu has increased slightly in price since our first visit but it is still excellent value especially as it includes a large glass of house wine. The tomato soup was delicious as was the rib eye steak with fries and salad. Those that had pate starters followed by lamb all thoroughly enjoyed their meals. The desert menu had plenty of delicious items to choose from. The panna cotta being especially delicious. Would definitely recommend and will return on our next visit to Llandudno.

This has always been our favourite restaurant for food, atmosphere and service. However I was very disappointed with the food this time.The price has increased and the quality gone down. I had roast chicken. It was tasty but the stuffing was a soft mushy brown mess (which I could have done without. I like crisp stuffing!) and there were no decent vegetables and I love my vegetables! If you wanted those it was extra. My friend had salmon which was with salad and again not with vegetables, which he would have preferred. What I have always liked is the fact that the food was plain, good English, traditional food. Why change it? Why charge extra for vegetables? We have always taken visitors here, but we will think twice now. P.S. I am not usually negative.

Booked for birthday meal and, as ever, the food was excellent and such good value. The whole place is so professional but comfortable all the same. We've been a few times in the past and have never been disappointed.

The fixed price poolside restaurant menu is good value. The three course meal with wine and tea or coffee to follow is less than £20. I enjoyed salmon with a spinach and strawberry salad, and my partner had lamb shank with vegetables. Although the restaurant is poolside it is separated from the pool by a glass, so people can still swim in relative privacy.Staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, particularly as we had not booked. The restaurant quickly became busy however the service was efficient.

Recently came here for a meal with my partner what a fantastic setting the meal was was wonderful and the waiters and waitresses were lovely and great value for money because you get a three course meal with a carafe of wine and tea or coffee for 19.50

Having only our first visit to this Restaurant the exceptional service and food from a setmenu (less than£20 a head for a 3 course meal to include wine) could not be faulted.To avoid disappointment it is advisable to book.

We went with friends to this restaurant and chose the set menu. The food was served hot and was excellent value. Delicious and good size portions. The choices for the set meal were good and their was also a veggie option, or the chef would do something as requested. Lovely evening good atmosphere. Highly recommend a visit, suggest you book. We went mid week, but in the holiday season I'm sure they will be very busy.

What great value for what was a special meal. Staff were very friendly and the hotel reception areas were beautiful. We would definitely eat there again.

Our first visit to the Empire poolside restaurant. We enjoyed a lovely meal in comfortable surroundings. Good service, excellant food for a good price. Reccomend booking as it gets busy.

Have heard people rave about the empire for years so decided we would give it a try. We went first to the bar for a drink, 2 single spirits and mixers was over £11 which was slightly steep i think..we then went into the restaurant, I started with the pate which was very tasty, hubby had the soup which he said was delicious, we both had steaks which were cooked perfectly..i like medium rare which can quite often be left too rare or too medium but the chef cooked it just how i like it. We finished with a sticky toffee pud and a pear and almond tart, both were very nice. The service was excellent all staff very friendly and efficient. We look forward to going there again!

We were recommended to the poolside restaurant at the empire. The hotel is very glamorous looking with fabulous chandeliers and comfortable sofas in the bar area. When we were taken through to the poolside area I thought it was a little disappointing. They had everyone sat together in one corner instead of spreading their guests out and we got a small table for two pushed right up against a wall so elbow space when eating was limited. The pool is not impressively lit enough to be a feature area and even though the pool was behind glass there was a strong smell of chlorine. The set meal was £19.95 per person but I wish we'd have paid the £23.95 per person and gone in the main restaurant at the hotel which looked much nicer, with a very similar menu. Ladies, the loos are very glam, well worth a trip!

Lovely experience with great food and service.it is great value for money especially as it includes a jug of red or white wine which was very good.

Been 3 years since I last ate here and I must say the food was spot on not a bad thing to say about any of it just like I remember. the service was very efficient but just lacked character was like being served by a robot. But the food made up for this very good experience.

We used to visit quite frequently and often recommended the Empire to a lot of our guests but it felt like both standard of food and service have dropped and I will try to briefly explain why. Originally booked a table of 6 but 2 unfortunately dropped out due to illness. Upon arrival our table that we requested was moved to a 4 seater which was incredibly cramped. If it was really busy then of course, you cant complain but the restaurant was empty. Dining between 6-8 on a Monday night there was only 3 other tables dining. The manageress felt compelled to make a big huff out of it all making her frustration clear about moving back and insisted on taking a table away to free up for other guests (banging then chairs as she did). Not a great start. Fresh bread arrived, as did the wine and water. The starters were all good. My mother ordered steak (Medium) which was cooked rare which was disappointing, I opted for the lamb shank which was average and only had a drizzle of gravy on the plate. Father opted for the Pork which he enjoyed and Gran went for the Chicken which she said was 'OK'. It is worth highlighting that despite having highchairs available for my daughter they do not have a children's menu? Hmm. So we were then told she could either have the set menu for £20 which is far too much or she could just have bits of our food or 'we can do chips and vegetables'. Certainly not ideal. We did advise when making the reservation we would be bringing our 2 year old daughter and nobody mentioned they do not accommodate for children. Lastly the desserts arrived. Fathers sticky toffee pudding was superb. The rest of us had the lemon meringue which just lacked that light crunch, it was more like Lemon Moose - still ok. The atmosphere in the restaurant is poor. There was no background music and everyone just sat in silence, how bleak. Overall it was very disappointing from our previous visits. It used to represent great value with the wine, bread, 3 courses etc but after this experience I would not feel comfortable recommending the poolside at the Empire as a place to have dinner.

Had a fantastic 3 course meal with bread and wine for £20 per person . Was really good quality food , good service and lovely setting . Would definitely return .

We booked last minute to eat in the Poolside Restaurant at the Empire Hotel-thankfully they managed to squeeze us in.On arrival we were greeted by the lovely staff, showing us to our table, the surroundings were perfect, and we were tended to by the attentive staff.The menu is great, and every course delivered at the right time, and the quality of the food was truly amazing, it was totally delicious, I would not change anything that we chose.The whole experience was simply perfect, and I cannot fault anything, if the meal is anything to go by, the whole hotel experince must be superb, and we will definitely be trying it in the future.The meal was not only perfect, but was amazing value as well-don't bother looking anywhere else, get and book a table at the Empire.We can't wait to return and experience the whole hotel.

A very nice and bright Restaurant with the same excellent service which is offered in the Watkins Restaurant.Three Courses for under £20-00 with Wine, you can't go wrong.

We had a great and high quality 3-course meal with wine and coffee included for a very low price. Friendly staff as well. A great and pleasant surprise. Highly recommendable.

On 24th November 2016 we booked a table Poolside. We were very happy with the service. Staff were extremely attentive and friendly. Our meal including 1/4 ltr of wine each for 3 course + coffee was excellent value. I ate here four or five tears ago and the standards are still high. Price for this meal also same. Cant fault it.

We decided not to eat out from this hotel and what a good decision! We couldn't fault the three course meal, plenty of choice. £19.95 including a good glass of wine and coffee after. Wonderful service! It was very busy but when we went back to the lounge, settees were saved for residents so no problem relaxing and listening to the pianist.Will always return

Our party of eight were staying in Llandudno for the weekend celebrating a birthday and booked the Poolside well in advance having read the reviews. We started off with drinks in the comfortable bar and chose our meals from the 3 course set menu. Very good choices with the added benefit of a large glass of house wine each plus coffee after the meal. All this for £19.50 per person. We were seated, baskets of bread brought to the table and orders taken. The staff were all very friendly, efficient and we were not rushed at all. Everyone agreed the food was delicious, portions more than adequate and house wines very palatable. The hotel itself is delightful and decor and furnishings excellent. We will definitely book to stay here in future. Would recommend to anyone who wants a "silver service" meal in beautiful surroundings.

We had the three course dinner that had a reasonable selection with a fairly drinkable wine. Each course was flavoursome, presented very well and professionally. The staff time each course very well to give you just enough time between courses without being slow or pushy they also engage with the customers to make sure all is OK and will go the extra mile to accommodate any reasonable request. For three courses with coffee and wine included you can't go wrong with the price. The only item I had that could be changed for the better was the chocolate roulade would of benefitted being a little stronger.

This was a pleasant surprise. A 3 course restaurant meal with large glass of wine and tea/coffee for under 40 pounds for two. Great choice, well cooked , attentive but not overbearing staff. Recommend to all our friends/family and will definitely return!

What a wonderful evening had by all. Poolside restaurant booked for 18 people. Excellent service, excellent food & exceptional price. 3 courses including wine £19.50 per head. A very good selection on the menu. Retired into the piano lounge for after dinner drinks, so relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel for food. I will be returning with husband & friends.

This restaurant is very popular so it is best to book a few days before you want to dine. The service was excellent and the food good for what we paid.

Myself and my wife have eaten at the Poolside bar before and had been given a table by the kitchen door which is very busy and it felt crowded and in the way so I requested that we did not have that table on this occasion when we went on Saturday with 4 friends.On arrival we were shown to the exact same table so I requested another, after a short wait we were shown to another table which we could not believe was by another staff door which became just as busy.There were other tables in the same room and so it felt like we were being punished for daring to complain. The food was ok for the budget but the service all evening was unfriendly and stand offish.I don't think we will return for a third attempt.
