Large pub, good food and service, added advantage of being able to order food and drink from your table. Will definately be returning.

Unfortunately waited a eternity to be served by staff who didn't pay attention to serving waiting customers eventually served with flat old mount cider no fizz no ice bad service place wasn't busy

Unfortunately we didn't eat any food in the bar but I did check out the menu. We were going to eat there but had already pre-booked other restaurants previously. It's a very popular bar/restaurant as we had to queue each time we went in. Lots of quirky furnishings, decor, random paintings and lights hung up around the seating areas. We went in for cocktails for 3 nights running, £9.95 per cocktail or £12.95 for 2 if you bought the same one. The offer is on daily from 5.00pm til midnight. Excellent bar and waiter service very chatty and well mannered. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Super service with a very varied menu.

Table of eight, ordered via the app. Food arrived quickly and was delicious and not too pricey. Will go again next time we're in Llandudno.

Extremely overpriced, we paid £30 for breakfast with coffee, which included only one egg per portion which is ridiculous and left hungry. I had coffee in chipped mug which I asked to replace and staff was mocking whole situation on the bar. I won’t be coming back.

Nice place with a nice relaxing atmosphere. Staff very friendly and helpful. Service was very quick. Food was ok but a bit pricey for what it is, i.e Garlic & Italian Cheese Fries for £4:45 was a bit of a joke. Paying full price but only getting kiddies portions, we were going to order dessert but was didnt want to pay £6.95 for something we knew would be very tiny. When we left we had to get something from a takeaway because we were still hungry. i normally take a picture of our food & post it for all to see, however on this occasion i opted not too as i was to embarrassed to show the public that i actually paid £14.24 for a kiddies meal..

What a tremendous restaurant. From being met at the door to leaving, the experience was excellent. Arrived for a late lunch and got taken to our table in a friendly and efficient way. The menu has a great variety of meals. I chose the tuna melt panini and a ginger beer. Which was an excellent choice. It was very tasty and filled me up! The restaurant is enormous and wonderfully decorated.

Popped into Osmo lounge for dessert and drinks. Love the decor and atmosphere in the cafe. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the desserts were naughty but nice. I will be back to try the main course menu. The tapas sound delicious.

Our new favourite place in Llandudno. Great burgers, great service and dog friendly too. Love it.

Always visit here for lunch and/or drinks when in Llandudno. The decor is beautiful and the atmosphere is comfortable and child friendly. Even during the busy lunch time, we were greeted with a smile and seated quickly. The spicy brisket tacos were delicious!!

Can't say that I've ever had a good experience in this place. First time I went, I was told off like a child by a member off the bar staff for not joining the queue correctly. Apparently you have to queue round the tables where people are eating if you want a drink from the bar. Another time, ordered using the app. Ended up waiting over half an hour for drinks. This last time I reluctantly went and ordered 2 cocktails. Was told that they had run out of Havana rum. I said I didn't mind it being replaced with bacardi. They girl behind the bar said she couldn't possibly do that due to stock control? My friend & I chose another cocktail to try. Halfway through making the drinks we were told that this has Havana rum in it as well, but she would add more of the other spirit to compensate. I just agreed as I was fed up with this place by now. Drink was awful. Ended up leaving them. Staff need to be educated on the art of making cocktails properly if you are promoting them. Also attitude of bar staff is awful. Not customer friendly at all. I've learnt my lesson now. I will NOT be returning!

The guy who met us at the door was ace – really welcoming. Staff were brilliant and very attentive, and we were seated straight away. Good selection of drinks, though a bit on the pricey side (£££). We had the nasi goreng and bang bang chicken mains – food was pleasant, maybe average, but nothing mind-blowing. Portion sizes were quite small for £15.50, which was disappointing. On the plus side, it’s dog friendly, which is always a win. Would recommend overall, but the portion sizes really need a rethink.

Just went for a meal there, don't normally leave reviews. But they we're amazing had a lovely meal, staff we perfect. Definitely recommend.

Went here today as its one of our favourite places to go, very busy but it is easter weekend, we tend to go for the Tapas offers as we're at that stage we can't really eat a large meal as we don't want to feel stuffed. Starting chatting to Steph and a work colleague which became banter, seriously you and all the staff work so hard to make everyone feel special. Also found out they have a new Tapas menu, so ordered 6 plates to share between myself & "the boss" with a bottle of pinot lol OMG so tasty and perfectly paired with their sauces and was explaining to Steph how gorgeous they were we were treated to another bottle of wine from her (the company) so unexpected and genuinely a surprise. I didn't want to leave as we always feel so comfortable there, guys thank you for everything, the food was moist, tasty and absolutely value for money. Really can't wait to see you all again.

Used to go here regularly but the nasty smelly dogs they allow in have become a problem

Waited over 30 minutes for our food. The place was dead. But the decor really nice. The man behind the bar was rude. Asked me if my 9 month puppy would rip his arm off which I found was an extremely weird thing to say. Our usual lounge in West Kirby are so much more welcoming and kind with dogs. Our dog was so well behaved. The door was wide open and even sitting by the bar we were freezing. No heating. The dog shivering. Young girl behind the bar had a bad attitude, especially when serving an older gentleman. She looked like she had no patience for the public. We wont be returning

Lovely place for lunch Catered for all needs and ages

Took 45 minutes to get our meal and was cold when it arrived. Food was poor seems like it’s not freshly cooked and frozen job. One in Matlock is much better. Avoid.

Sat outside. Been here 20 minutes and tables are stacked high with used glasses and plates. It’s not busy and when I went to the bar the staff are stood talking. Place could be lovely if they just cleaned up.

Good food but slow service. Enjoyed the vegan tapas options. Employees did not seem particularly happy which impacts service unfortunately.

I've never been to a restaurant with such an extensive vegan and gluten free menu. Food was lovely, staff warm and friendly.

The amount you're charging for your meals, regardless been placed 5min before closing time, should be same quality as of the beginning of the evening.

We came here whilst in the area for wedding preparations, based on a previous recommendation. The decor internally is absolutely stunning, making for a trip back to the days of yesteryear - paintings, lighting, overall aesthetic spot on. It was busy, even at 12pm on a Saturday, so I’d recommend booking in advance, although there are bar seats available to walk ins, where you can also order food. Attached the menus which, although we didn’t have food, their choices were vast, with a previous experience of the tuna melt panini ‘one of the best around’. They had cakes on the bar, all look homemade, so we had one each and a couple of drinks. Plenty of options on draft. Parking, as you’d expect, is just anywhere you can find in the town, but it’s placed in a popular area, making for a fantastic all-round atmosphere.

You must order in counter, it’s not comfortable when you came to lounge.

A fantastic place to go for a meal or drinks. Plenty of indoor seating and tables, and a few outdoor tables under a canopy at the front of the building. Fantastic vibes and atmosphere, well decorated and tons of character. The food is reasonably priced, with good portion sizes, and absolutely delicious! I had the a mocha, Lounge Eggs, poached eggs on an English muffin with hollandaise and bacon, and it was one of the nicest brunches I’ve ever had. The muffin was nicely toasted, just firm enough to support the egg bacon and sauce without being too crunchy, the bacon was just browned enough to add flavour without being too crispy, and the poached eggs were done to perfection. Definitely recommended if you’re in Llandudno!

What you would expect from a Lounge! Beautiful decor and building

Saw some good reviews so thought of heading for dinner. Your staff person said they are not serving food and it was just 7:00 pm , seems like she didn't want to book table for solo diner. Quite disappointed.

It looks appealing but it’s a tourist trap. Waiting time to get the food is extremely long And not worth it. I would recommend you keep walking and go anywhere else in town.

We waited an hour for these burgers. Management must’ve given up on this place. Either that or the kitchen staff had to go pluck the individual spinach leaves from a nearby farm for the ‘salad’. Staff seemed stressed out and were yelling at each other at times. The best thing were the cool ceiling lamps.

Only had a drink here. Staff were ftiendly. The service was great. The decor is lovely. Couldn't fault it.

Normally love the lounges food and atmosphere but just paid £6.50 for halloumi fries and this has came 🤣🤣 £6.50 for 3 halloumi stick 🤣will not be back again soon

I have been going to various Lounges around the country for 10+ years now and this is the first time ever that I've had a really bad experience. My husband and I were staying in the Travelodge down the road and wanted somewhere nice for breakfast, as we can't have gluten or lactose.. The place was really quiet, yet we weren't greeted as we came in and tables were dirty. Our food... it was absolutely dreadful. First of all, both meals were cold. Secondly, they brought normal butter with a vegan meal (the waitress did apologise, but even so, what's the point going to the counter and making a point of our allergies/intolerances if they're not taken seriously??) There was also hair in my food. I complained as we left and the waitress was kind enough to refund our meal. She said we hope we'll come back and try again. I explained that we had a family birthday dinner booked for the following night and hoped it would be a lot better. Was it? Absolutely not. My mum booked her birthday meal 2 weeks in advance for a table of 7. We were squashed right in front of the main doors around a table we couldn't properly fit around. I had to have a leg either side of a table leg just to eat my meal. Wtf??? 4 of the meals were cold. The service was quite poor. No one seemed to take any real interest, even when my mum said the food just wasn't good enough. There are 3 sections of the restaurant with more than enough space for a table of 7 to enjoy a nice birthday meal, but no. Also keep in mind that the meals aren't exactly cheap. Seriously so disappointed in Ormo Lounge and would not recommend it at all, neither will I be going back.

After speaking to the manager to book a table explaining the different needs my family has he assured me that it wasn’t a problem and my table would be ready for when I arrived. I don’t have the luxury of just going somewhere different if things aren’t right as I don’t drive and have mobility issues and travelled by taxi as it’s the only place that has a gluten free menu. Unfortunately when I arrived with my children my table wasn’t available and all I got was from a member of staff “sit where you want”..sat down at the most appropriate table..floor was filthy underneath..I ordered at the bar..desserts came out first..had to eat them as they were warm brownies so couldn’t leave them..food came out bit by bit..steak wasn’t cooked as I asked..gluten free chips came out in 2 little servings although I asked for a big portion on one plate..haloumi burger was below standard and they missed the macaroni cheese so had to then wait for that to be cooked. I paid £100 for this privilege and it’s a shame because the Torello lounge in Prestatyn is lovely. I don’t normally post a review but I feel I had to as a family with additional needs…I don’t expect a red carpet..I expect to get what I requested to make life easier. Bitterly disappointed.

Rhys was the best bar man we have seen here in Llandudno he was so kind and caring to all Customers needs he new exactly what he was doing with drinks. He made us feel all at home and a very warm welcome good hearted man

Visited tonight for a friends birthday. A nice atmosphere but the food and service were far from great! We had to ask for a relacement portion of chips and sweet potato fries as they were cold. A few of the tapaz meals were luke warm although should have been hot. A small side salad was 3.75 but had manky spinach in the bowl that had started to decompose. The burger should have coleslaw and came without. When I went to the bar to highlight our experiences I had to ask for a refund for the inedible salad as you pay for your meals in advance. No compensation was offered for the poor service or cold food nor was there any consideration for the fact that my meal was interrupted 3 times to walk to the bar, 2 rooms away. We sat among dirty pots and glasses for most of the night as there was no attempt to clear them. Disappointingly poor service and very average luke warm food. Not impressed. Ladies toilets were a mess with paper towels everywhere. We will not be returning.

Amazing find, must visit Fab food and drinks. Staff are extremely helpful. Especially a young g lady called Beba, she went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and everything was to our liking We went on Friday evening and went back on Saturday as we were so impressed Lovely atmosphere

We visited the Ormo Lounge twice while away in Llandudno and both times we left impressed. The atmosphere and vibe in Ormo lounge were great. The way the restaurant is decorated is unlike anywhere else in the area. The second time we visited, one of our items was missed, after speaking to the young girl she apologised and quickly went to get the missing item. Couldn’t have done more to help us despite there being a big booking coming in. Would recommend.

Excellent selection of cocktails.

We've been a couple of times now, once for breakfast and once for lunch and really like it. We really like the decor, it's a very funky place but caters for all.

Noah was amazing a very attentive waiter an the food was nearly as good will definitely be coming here again 🙂

This was the second 'Lounge' visited this week. (The other was in West Bridgford). Food at both venues was great, although the Orme Lounge pipped it on the tapas - and the honey whipped feta. Great beer, food, atmosphere and excellant service. Music was on but not too loud at all. We would certainly return. (Hard to beat the Lounge in St Ives but Orme Lounge Llandudno is smashing).

Our second visit during holidays in the location and it was fabulous! 100% recommendation to anyone looking for quality food, chill vibe and great service. A big shout out to the guy who took our order and it came exactly as asked for. I had the Chicken, Bacon & Avocado Salad and husband Lounge Bacon Cheeseburger - SUPERB! We'll be back.

Food was alright, service was friendly however took ages for food to arrive. Seating outside can be a bit of a chore too, lots of smokers and just general riff raff at peak times, so if you're after a nice sit down lunch then go inside.

Amazing experience at the ormo yesterday, everyone was fabulous and the atmosphere was ecstatic, big thanks to all the staff that made my special day possible including a huge thanks and a high five to one of the staff members called Jill, such a lovely lady and treated us very well!!!

Food was hot and tasty alas two of the four meals were not what was ordered but still enjoyed it

Great lunch today - food was delicious and good value for money. Quirky decorations add to the atmosphere and we could easily have stayed here the rest of the afternoon. Will certainly be returning and bringing friends.

Never been in a food place where so many dogs were allowed to sit on the furniture and sniff the tables after the food. i did tell a member of staff who said that dogs were allowed in but not on the furniture but continued to ignore my complaint

Excellent food at reasonable prices; perfect for anyone with special needs re food (vegans, vegetarians, zoeliacs, any food allergies/intolerances, calorie-counters, etc); professional cocktail mixers; comfortable ambiance (dinner or lounge - whatever is required or preferred)

Our food didn't turn up despite waiting over 30mins for just Chips and a Soup!! Not on par with others and wouldn't return!

What a place of the nearest, lovely décor, definitely standard out, has the feeling of an old chapel. Stopped for breakfast and came back for a burger, food was lovely and well worth the price. Would recommend and happily return.

Had a very nice visiting for our anniversary, Tom was so helpful as I came in multiple times asking about having space on Valentine’s Day which can be very busy. It’s was very much appreciated, the food was amazing also.

Had a lovely meal here. Staff friendly and attentive, food excellent and good value for money. All this and dog friendly too.

Lovely spot! Enjoyed it so much today for lunch that we came back here for dinner. Seems like an ideal spot for new parents and their babies. Also super dog friendly. Nice and lively here too! The staff make this place because they're so nice! The food as well is absolutely sublime. We love that we can just order by QR code. The mozzarella panini is great. So is the orzo and so is the bang bang chicken. I can't remember what else we ate but it was lovely either way. We had an elderflower drink and a pink lemonade. I personally prefer the elderflower drink but that's not a bad thing. Can't wait to return again 🙌🏼

We took our 6 year old twin grandsons for coffee and cake. A great venue with good decor and atmosphere. As soon as we entered there was a sign saying "Wait to be seated" We waited too long and our grandchildren were getting impatient and started to go towards a table. Then a waitress appeared who was casually dressed and didn't look like a staff member. She explained that we could have any table as long as it was clean and that when we had our table number we could order at the bar. So the sign telling us to wait was a waste of time! I went to the bar and ordered two coffees and four cakes. The bill was £21.45! A bit much but we were treating our grandsons so I reluctantly paid. There was a colouring pad and crayons for the boys to colour in some pictures which they enjoyed and it kept them quiet. The coffee and cakes arrived fairly quickly. The coffee was good but the chocolate brownie cake had been heated up which we hadn't asked for. The lemon and raspberry cake was just average and one of the boys didn't like the raspberries. Overall not bad.

We love the Lounge chain. Mainly due to the fact there is always a great range of food to choose from & that they are dog friendly. We stopped in for breakfast which was so nice! Also love the seating & decor 😍

Yet another Lounge and yet another excellent experience. Cannot fault this chain at all. The food and service is always top tier and the interior design is amazingly quirky! If I could give you 6 stars I totally would!

Terrible cocktails.. it was pure rum, no other flavours at all. When I made the bartender aware, someone else, a young fella came over asked what the issue was so I said they’re undrinkable.. it was just pure rum. He smirked and said ‘right so what do you want, a refund?’ No apology no nothing. Not the first time we’ve had issues in this lounge, not the first time the cocktails were undrinkable either, food isn’t much better! They found it better use of their time to be immature behind the bar in front of customers.. as I recall ‘Hawk Tuah’ was mentioned and then one of them said ‘Spit on that thing’ which again is completely out of line when it comes to working around the general public when you’re supposed to be professional.

Gorgeous aesthetic but awful food. The garlic and cheese fries were soggy and had a pool of butter the bottom, really put me off. Very substandard food for the price. Acknowledgement when waiting to be seated wasn’t great either couple more seconds and we would have left. Were stood there for a good 5 minutes without anyone even acknowledging us.

I've eaten at other Lounges and enjoyed them, but I was disappointed with this one. Quite loud and echoey, and the music was too loud. There were some small kids making a noise. They were in the window area playing. I was quite concerned about that as these are huge, plate glass windows that stretch down to the ground. There was a woman with her dog on her lap, so the dog's head was over the table, almost leaning on it. We ordered a cauliflower dish, but they were out of cauliflower. So, we had burgers which should have come with coleslaw but didn't. When I complained, the server said they were out of coleslaw. When I complained a bit more, she said we could have some free side salad instead. Why didn't she tell us they were out of coleslaw when she brought the burgers and offer us the side salad at that point? Why did it take two complaints before we were offered it? Or, why weren't we told when we placed the order? The food wasn't very hot. In the ladies loos, the toilet roll in one cubicle was on the floor and in another, there was no toilet paper at all.

I went here for coffee and cake with three family members. It was really busy but running like clockwork. The staff were friendly and efficient, the atmosphere lovely, the coffee and cake really good, and the interior decor fantastic. I was immediately struck on the similarities between Ormo Lounge and Ludo Lounge in Southbourne, Dorset, where I live. The lounges website confirmed these two, and others around the country are owned by the same company. They really are great venues for social dining, a rest stop for coffee, or an alcoholic beverage!

We choose to go early at 6pm. Lovely surroundings and decor, wine was nice food ok, the 3 tapas dishes and a kofta flatbread were barely warm. My husband ordered a main and paid for choritzo as an extra but wasn’t added, decided not to mention as would have meant waiting and other food would have been colder. Maybe it’s old fashion but I believe when waiting to be seated you should be acknowledged by any member of staff, otherwise you feel a little awkward, we waited a few minutes and then seated but we saw others waiting longer and not acknowledged and some walked out. Would defo visit and try again,

The gluten free menu has such a variety of food which was a beautiful chance from the usual experience I have in most restaurants. The goods was amazing and I will definitely return.

Good food and service in a large tables only pub style eatery. Dogs welcome with diners and staff very accommodating. Only improvement would be not to ask for tip when paying in advance before guest has tried the food or experienced the service. Will call again 👍🏻

This place do the BEST Caramel Lattes, we have ever had! Others in our group said their coffees were amazing too! We didn't have food but everything we saw come out looked amazing! We will definitely be back to try their food & have another coffee!

Started to go here for breakfast and to meet up with friends on a regular basis, so to me, that suggests that it must be doing something right. But you still get constant emails asking how they have done, I don't want that constant harassment from a company. The venue is clean, tidy and the majority of the staff are very friendly. The food and coffee aren't the cheapest in the town, but the standard of the food is good. We will be visiting again in the new year for another get together.

Can be very noisy when full but that said I had a pleasant visit with friends

First time visitors here. Really brilliant place, the staff are excellent, friendly and attentive. (Especially as i was needing clarification on items that contained sugar on the vegan menu, which incidentally is one of the best menus i’ve seen so far). The food was really tasty, Great coffee. It was 9pm on a freezing cold Tuesday November night. Really nice place but us 2 and party of 4 were outnumbered by staff.

Didn't eat here but the menu sounds amazing. The staff were helpful, had a quick pint whilst waiting for the no12.

Date night pub,but as chain pubs go this is very good.
