The service and food is overall excellent, location and ambience good , just what Llandudno needed.

Really lovely place for drink and food!

One of the best bar experiences I've had in many years. The decor was fantastic which gave you a feel like you were in a bar from 100 years previous. Lots of comfortable seating and the tapas was to die for. And the best part of all was that you could have your furry friend sat beside you. After a night of cocktails and amazing food, me the wife and the dog came back for breakfast next morning!

Had the Tuesday Tapas deal with a glass of house red, excellent, the young lad that waited on us very attentive and polite it very busy, the atmosphere was great it would be nice if in the evenings you could sit outside with a brandy and hot chocolate under a heater and complementary bl anket. 😁 Really like it here, somewhere classy and upmarket, we need more of the same in town.

Had to go here for my partner's Mothers day treat. Not a great experience. Firstly the food, I had the Vegan Curry, it was a bit bland, no hint of any chilli, luke warm at best, and a really small portion. So basically a meal that was a poor curry experience, had the feel that it had been left lying about getting cold, and a sad small portion. Come on, it's vegan, no expensive meat ingredients, so why the skimpy portions? Worst of all was the dogs. I really take exception to sharing my dining experience with other peoples animals! I have a bit of a phobia for dogs, and there was none in my area when I arrived, but quickly got surrounded by them, one, ( a nice black Labrador ) had covered the floor with the mess from his endlessly attacked chew bone thing. As someone who has a problem sharing my dining experience with other peoples animals, I am tired of being discriminated against.

2nd visit to this Lounge and compared to the first visit shortly after it opened it has improved considerably. We have visited several different locations and you know what to expect surroundings food and service this was not the case with Ormo first time round however today the breakfasts (vegetarian breakfast and bacon butty) were both fine. The staff attending the tables were attentive and pleasant this time and seemed happy in their work. Surroundings remain one of the Lounges best and a pleasant atmosphere. We are used to ordering at the bar and probably a bit more attention when newbies arrive at the door would be useful but well done on the vast improvement in service and food, we’ll definitely return

These places are always decorated the same, like a french theme. The place is quite large, nice and clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Pleasant music being piped through. Enjoyed my beer and visit.

Miami Brunch could do with more feta and avocado. Otherwise, tasty. Staff not especially interactive/friendly but did the job. Pity there is no option when placing order via app to add service/tip AFTER eating. I'm not going to give a tip before I've eaten!!

We visited here a few times whilst on holiday. Good food, nice coffee and very friendly service. We will be returning

Food was good, the nasi goreng was espically nice, but when we arrived we stood at the doorway for a good while, at least 3 members of staff (out of many more) saw us and didn’t send anyone over or address us so we went to the bar to ask for a table instead. For drinks though, one person had a Coke but there was a lime in it that looked like it had been squeezed into a cocktail prior and then plopped into the Coke, we had an orange juice with weird brown bits floating at the top, and then had an apple juice (asked for with ice) that came without the ice.

Great place (decor and dogs), however ordering from the table through the app and being asked to leave a %tip even before any service taken place. I don't think its value for money overall... Over priced.

A very pretty place to eat. Food was timely and of a good quality. Staff are mainly sad looking, they paste on a fake smile at times but they all need a good cheering up.

Had high hopes for this visit - it is such a beautiful venue. It literally sparkles at night, and that's just from the outside! They have done such a most fabulous job of renovating and keeping the existing beauty and character of this lovely building. Very good selection of food, and due to visiting on a Monday evening, good offer of either free glass of wine or dessert with every main, good value deals. Drinks are on the expensive side, as expected in any restaurant. When the food arrived, I was disappointed as looked like they had just been microwaved, although full of taste but little meat in my chilli. The biggest let down was the staff and service. Felt like we were putting them out and made no attempt to be welcoming or friendly. As we visited at 8.30pm, the restaurant was practically empty and lacked any atmosphere as such a big place. The staff literally disappeared and got the impression they were waiting for us to leave to clear up. Will revisit, possibly in day time or weekend to see if there is a buzz and warmness, as had noticed other times it was really busy and looked inviting. Though definitely needs some improvement around food and service.

Fabulous on all counts , can't give food, staff, atmosphere enough praise.

Love this place, the food is good, the coffee is good, the prices can be a little on the high side for some things but not outrageously so. There is however a BIG problem with this venue. The waiting time to be served is horrendous. Even when it's not overly busy 1/4 full or so. It takes a good 15-20 mins or more just to place an order. No where near enough staff. I'd dread to think what it's like here on a busy day/evening. I'd not even consider going in. The table ordering system never seems to work either. Disabled as staff can't cope with even a small number of customers. My suggestion would be to have at least 1 additional till to place orders, more staff and an express queue for customers who don't want time consuming cocktail orders. I visited this evening and just wanted coffee and cake. One person placing an order for complex cocktails took up a member of staff for nearly 20 mins. Not great when there's only 2 taking orders... Could be epic but owners, pull your finger out, get more staff and the manager needs to streamline the location. Perhaps a second bar to place orders? The online table order system should never be disabled.

Absolutely lovely latte BUT, I mention nearly every time I leave a review for this place, it needs to be hotter and half pints of alcohol should be served in beer glasses not pop glasses. We always order on the app which can be a bit iffy.

Uncleared tables, staff in food stained clothing, grubby floor all suggest poor management. There is huge potential here, but it is not realised yet.

Called in here today for a breakfast and wow, what an addition to the area. Venue itself is simply stunning, beautifully and tastefully decorated. Food was extremely tasty and well presented. The freshly squeezed orange juice was an absolute delight. Range of seating to suit everyone's taste, plus great big picture windows, ideal for watching the world go by

Popped in for a coffee only (latte) on this occasion, as we didn't have time to eat. The coffee was just how we like it, hot and tasty, not luke warm, weak and watery, which a lot coffee shops offer up ! We looked at the menu, good selection of meals which sounded tempting, so we will be eating there next time we visit👍🏻 The decor is very artistic, with beautiful wallpaper, lots of interesting pictures on the walls, a gorgeous wooden serving bar, cosy soft seating areas as well as tables and chairs. The staff were friendly and attentive. An eclectic mix of customers added to the interest factor. The atmosphere was relaxed and warm, and I absolutely loved the fact that they allow dogs. We no longer have a dog but, if we did, we would probably be in there everyday. We will definitely return next time we are on holiday in Llandudno for coffee, drinks and nibbles......and probably not just once !👍🏻

We love eating in Lounge bars as we travel the UK. Great gluten free options. Pretty consistent quality. Enjoyed Ormo Lounge. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Nice decor and cocktails are good but sub-par food in comparison to others in the chain. Quite hit or miss with the food. Just dependant on the day you go it seems, you can go twice in a week and have two different versions of the same order. But you'll likely feel that both are overpriced, if you want something off the chain'd menu go to Aberystwyth, the food there is 100% better than here.

Lovely place for brunch, very good for families. Well appointed and interesting venue. Good quality ingredients and cooking, everything was enjoyed. Little boxes of games and starters and drinks included on the kids menu was a nice touch.

Lovely atmosphere with pictures and mirrors. Food was available for all, including vegetarian and vegan. Went t twice for breakfast and lunch the next day.

A real jewel in Llandudno. I was wandering around when I found the Ormo Lounge. Guaranteed I'll be back.

Absolutley amazing venue in Llandudno, cannot rate it high enough! Brilliant decor, plenty of comfy seating, nice music, great atmosphere. Excellent selection of food and drink, something for everyone. Cruzcampo lager was crisp and cold. I had the bacon burger, which was one of the nicest burgers ive eaten! My partner had the tapas one evening and the chicken another time. Definitely try the the caramel chocolate sundae too. The staff were exceptional!! From bar staff to managers. They couldnt do enough. Big shout out to Tom the assistant manager there, top bloke, really friendly and helpful! Really made us feel welcome. Thanks Tom! And to Gill, for being very friendly and attentive. The decor is amazing inside, lots of interesting paintings and prints, nice lighting, first class place to visit and very reasonable prices too. Had a great time there! Thanka to all!

This treasure of a resturant in Llandudno has a cozy and relaxed atmosphere with cool art deco architecture. Very accomdating of allerigies, and our server Jill went above and beyond. Food was excellent and flavorful. Shakshuka was perfection. They make a mean bacon butty. Hummus is light, fluffy, and creamy. Gluten Free Menu. Gluten Allergy friendly Dogs welcome

Lovely place and staff but the food was terrible had muffin with sausage and plastic Square cheese this was over £6 and my mum had egg muffin and sausage the egg wasn't cooked the white of egg was clear jelly ...this is sad to say mcdonalds do a better muffin ...wish we had gone to wetherspoons across the road better value for money ....

I ordered the Nasi Goreng - portion size was terrible. There were 3 tiny tiny TINY shrimps in the whole dish and probably 5 shreds of chicken. What a rip off. Such a shame!! Step it up! The ciabatta’s were really yummy. No reason to spend more on the main dishes as they’re so much lass filling. Enjoyed the cocktails

Went here for a spot of breakfast with my wife this morning and was pleasantly surprised how I had managed to miss this place for so many years. The decor was beautiful, the service was quick and more importantly the food was plentiful. At first look on the menu there is rather a lot and you do notice the price seems rather high (near 15 quid) for a large breaky... however the produce and quality of the food was good nice Cumberland sausages...nice thick bacon...real fresh bread not cheap rubbish everything tasted fresh Asif you had used nice butcher sausages and bacon etc, to finish the drinks were just as nice and well made. Will most definitely be back although hopefully the prices will remain the same any higher and I would think it would be over priced however currently for what you get and size and to what seems to be fresher nicer produce it's in my eyes definitely worth it.

Beautiful lounge eaten in the one in stockport multiple times, but visited the ormo lounge for the first time, first for brunch then came back for tapas! Stunning venue excelled themselves with this one, staff were lovely and friendly! Really makes a difference, very quick service and great food 10 out of 10 from me and the family.

Very disappointed . Poorly situated table , slow service , staff not enthusiastic . Food was only lukewarm and poor quality. Won't be visiting again.

Fab place to eat, drink, talk and people watch. Surroundings are really lovely and quirky. Monday offer for including the wine on any main and burger is really excellent value. But we would pay normal price anyway as we really enjoyed the atmosphere of the place. Staff were all friendly but not over powering. Will definitely visit again.

Like a bad witherspoon. homogenised food, cant decide if its a burger joint, a tapas place, a breakfast place, a family feast ... beers are awfull overpriced fizzy stuff, not a local brew in site. Massive menu and Massive place with no soul or spark, shame as they clearly spent £££ on it. Hint... do less things and do them well, learn your food, learn your beers, wines and spirits, be local, be proud and you might just last more than a year.

Called in for a drink , and was impressed with the cosy and distinctive atmosphere. Rhys and his team are courteous and friendly , offering a great selection of drinks . Dog friendly which is always a plus+ This chain of Lounges offers some great tapas and food Pairings - worth visiting .

Great atmosphere, interior design amazing!Five humans, 2 dogs. Food very good, plenty of tables, lots of cosy corners to chill out in.

Food was cold and didn't arrive together 2 of our party were both ill (both had the same dish). Ordering food and drink is a pain. Tiny bar and hit and miss if you order on the app. Drinks orders and food orders both mixed up. Not much of an atmosphere we went in just before Christmas a lot of under aged drinker and no heating on. Very noisy.

At the start of the New Year, this place is a beacon of warmth and welcome. Fantastic food and service from a lovely staff of friendly and well informed and welcoming young people. Thank you so very much.

What a Beautiful, quirky place! Twenties style building, opulently decorated with Brilliantly unique quirky twists. Loved it so much we have come away with a few interior design ideas for home. The menu was mouthwatering and the food lived up to it, utterly delicious! We would both highly recommend the Ormo Lounge and will definitely dine here again without hesitation when next visiting Llandudno.

Beautifully decorated place went for lunch , food good and fresh . Ordering on the app using qr code took well over 10 minutes ..and although dog friendly ..was overrun with them at least 10 dogs maybe more ..a separate area for them maybe considered????

Hard to find a table most had reserved plates in full view of the table. I was about to leave when a customer who had finished their meal waved us over. Ordering was easy however the food when it arrived wasn't visually pleasing.

Nice decor, staff are polite and you are able to use the app to order. Long queue at the bar for a Wednesday afternoon and it felt like an overflow for the weatherspoon across the road.

Love this place. Eclectic decor. Some great brunch choices. Two of our party of 4 had a traditional breakfast. I had a veggie breakfast and another of us had poached eggs and avocado. Avocado was at bit hard and therefore tasteless. This happens sometimes. Show me a ripe avocado. Gold dust. Traditional breakfast excellent. Good produce used. My veggie breakfast superb. Little fritters delicious. Greens and pepper great. Reasonable prices for such a high standard.

Lovely spot this. Good varied menu and a lovely atmosphere. On the pricier side for Llandudno, but that is fair bearing in mind the above. Will be coming back.

Great experience at Ormo Lounge last weekend. Staff really friendly, managed to get a table for 5 together immediately when we walked in which we really appreciated. Drinks menu is great aswell. The Elderflower spritzer is definitely a good choice! Thanks guys.

We chose to visit Ormo Lounge to celebrate a friend's retirement. Despite there being a large group of us, Ormo Lounge were extremely accommodating, welcoming and friendly. The service could not be faulted and everyone was extremely helpful. Our food was served simultaneously which I didn't expect and was delicious. There was a wide choice on the menu and everything we had was lovely. Thank you so much, will definitely be coming again in the future

We decided to just pop out for food. After visiting another eatery and initially being told food was still being served we ordered drinks and looked at the menu only then to be told there was no food being served. We then walked to Ormo lounge, which was my 1st choice anyway and had lovely food and service. I'm never disappointed when I visit any of the lounge establishments.

Just popped in for drinks, cocktails are very nice, the bottled, non-alcoholic IPA was excellent. Nice space.

Absolutely loved our brunch and can’t wait to go back and try other stuff. Cozy warm ambience even when it’s cold and rainy outside. Plenty of space. Delight of food. Variety of menu items to select from. Wouldn’t miss it, if around if I were you.

We had tapas with additional garlic flatbread. Tapas was fine, flatbread was tasteless, and the only reason for the lower score. Drinks were good. Decor really added to the atmosphere, will return.

First time visitors on Saturday. Brilliant place. Food was really lovely and varied. Well priced and the staff were lovely. It's not a quiet place to eat but the atmosphere is lovely.

Modern and spacious place with good atmosphere

Fantastic redecoration of the premises, including opening up of the ceilings. Very comfortable and wonderful atmosphere.

Delicious food, very nice service. The interior is amazing and unique.

Service was great, the serving staff were knowledgeable, polite absolutely great. Food however was below average, the house slaw was a day or two past its best and beyond burgers were undercooked in the middle. Salad and dressing was nice.

Staff are friendly, food is consistently good, prices are reasonable and the decor is interesting. Only grievance is having to order on an app and being prompted to give a tip before receiving any service.

Went here the other day for dinner,never new it was their. We went in and it's a big place very nicely decorated with a great atmosphere. The staff and food was excellent and and great value for the money. Their breakfast is served alday and they allow dogs in , highly recommend this place and will definitely go back.

I ordered beef brisket chilli and it was delicious. My partner ordered the tapas hummus and a side of onion rings she loved it and the biscoff banoffee milkshake was amazing. Really friendly service and the food came really quick. Definitely be back again at some point. Thanks guys and gals.

Very good and much needed addition to Llandudno. Nice relaxed place to eat/drink and very tastefully decorated throughout with plush comfy seats and cushions in most areas. Very good food and drink menu everyone catered for, normal/ vegan / gluten free and very well priced too. Place very clean tidy, staff very friendly and helpful. No need to book just walk in and sit where you want. Recommend yes.

Wow what a place! It's absolutely beautiful inside. We ordered some main meals and they came after about 10 minutes. The burgers were delicious. Chips crispy and hot. Homemade coleslaw - wish there was more on the plate!! Couldn't stop looking around at our surroundings. The lighting in there was warm and welcoming and loved the candles on the table. The service from everyone too was warm and friendly. We'll definitely be returning next time we're in Llandudno.
