Hot breakfast baguette was cold

Food was incorrectly packaged with cold drinks so although it arrived on time the food was freezing cold and soggy.

Food arrived early but was cold and no indication on wrappers which was what. Three different bakes ordered and we had to guess.

The staff were lovely and polite and also coped very well whilst under pressure from the food demand. The place was packed. However, it wasn't a problem with us as we were off on our way. The only thing they could improve on is staffing and room in the shop.

By Greggs high standards, a bit disappointing. The shop floor was dirty & some of the pastries looked over cookefld.

It's a Greggs they are everywhere and you get the same goods as well Recommended

Sausage rolls were burnt and dry and the delivery driver ended no where near my house and he was in the same spot for at least 10 minutes my house he said the app had taken him the wrong way

Nice person serving on Saturday afternoon around 5pm but that’s where the good news ends. Cheese and onion bake wasn’t actually baked properly at all, just like a mush. Sitting outside, why not clean the tables and pick up all the empty Greggs wrappers blowing around. Won’t be going there again for a while. Shame, love a Greggs, but not this one.

Was swerved by a super friendly young lady who was really engaging and had her product knowledge down to a tee. Inside, found they had a really good selection of hot and cold foods and a well stocked array of drinks. Big well done to the staff though, they made a difference to my visit.

Can’t leave a review for delivery time because it never turned up just eat has no section for customer service to sort this issue, ordered from greggs and it said the courier was at the restaurant for nearly two hours then changed to delivered and the food never showed up

Ordered at 11.28am didn’t receive order till 13.25om

Delivery driver very nice food was still warm just the drinks being in the same bag made them a bit warm but other than that it was very good 👍👍

Stated they were at the restaurant for ages, to the point I rang the place up. Nope, they had been served and gone for more than 15 minutes so no idea why they were claiming to be somewhere they were not at. I suspect they we doing deliveries while travelling with my food. Saying that, the food was nice, even though I did have to use the microwave because the delivery took a very long time.

Driver stopped at McDonald to pick up an Uber eats order for 8 minutes with my food in his car

Driver was angry disrespectful shouted at me and I am missing half of my order ?

Driver didn’t wait for my pizza slices to be done, so he left without them and brought half of my food.

If you want Burnt pizza this is the place to go, this order and my last order both pizzas were burnt.

Hot food and your average food for a Greggs, was clean and served quickly however the staff are extremely grumpy. Would be a much better place if staff learnt how to smile.

All the hot food was Luke warm, ate in so wasn't like I was walking through the winter air the only hot thing was the mozzarella bites

Firstly. It greggs, not a proper sit down restaurant but honestly, this is the worst greggs I have ever been in. There was little food on offer, the heated sandwich had no flavour, my daughters hot chocolate was awful (the machine had run out of chocolate but they were happy to serve it, even though it looked like grey milk) and the coffee (normally surprisingly decent in greggs) tasted bitter and nasty. The place was ABSOLUTELY FILTHY. There was food waste on every table, the chairs, all over the floor, literally everywhere. Paper towels/napkins were all over the floor also. The only saving grace was that the service from the staff was decent.

Greggs high street Llandudno Staff running around like headless chickens. No baguettes, order wrong to start, bacon under cooked, sausage over cooked or old, both cold.. latte cold.. will not be visiting again.

Abysmal. Food cold,drinks( 2 flat white coffees) cold,and bitter taste. Will not use Greg's ever again.Also, why do they not do PIES anymore?

Usually really good but elderly lady for the last 2 days has ignored customs as she was having a private conversation at the till so another member of staff had to take the orders from the line of people. The bacon is so undercooked that the fat is still completely white and very very chewy, not nice at all and a waste of food.

The older women with glasses ,I honestly don’t think she knows how to cook bacon. How do you like yours?

Not the right order latte was cold too

My food didn't even turn up and then I ring them they tell me to do online chat and all the offered was a refund in 5-7 days twice this has happened I will use uber eats from now on.

It didn’t arrive. The app says it was delivered but it wasn’t. I didn’t even get a call from the driver.

Had the breakfast roll was a bargain 2.70 for a bacon sausage or omelette bap plus a tea coffee or soft drink. Can't fault it. Filled with bacon very fresh bap and a lovely coffee. Both myself and my son enjoyed it

Called in to Greggs this afternoon to pick up a quick snack for lunch for the family. Whilst being served I asked if it was possible to get a carrier bag for the items we ordered. This particular member of staff looked at the other then looked back at me and just said ‘we Don’t have any’. Then smirked to herself. Another customer being served alongside me offered one out of her handbag. Which I was very grateful for. We waited for our ham and cheese toastie to be cooked and the other member of staff Chloe told me that there were bags available but they had no handles. I declined but thanked her for her honesty. Perhaps Chloe’s colleague could take a leaf out of her book and be more helpful next time or find a job elsewhere. She’s not cut out for customer service.

The Only Thing I would say is the sandich order was wrong. Ordered 1 bacon and sausage with tomato sauce and 1 bacon with no sauce but ended up with 2 sausage and bacon with sauce. And I can't stand ketchup 🤣

The food's really good for the price 😋 I'll go there again next time I'm in Llandudno.

Ordered at 7.20am... Said it would be here at 7.40am. At 8am i tried to cancel... App said it would still charge me if i did. I rang the shop and asked them to cancel it... They saud a driver had just walked in. HALF AN HOUR LATER the app said a driver was there. The food never got here till 8.50am. Was missing items and was cold! Not happy at all.

Disgusting service beyond belief , rude ignorant girl with the fake lips didn’t have the patience to listen so was upset she had to ring the order through three times , curt snappy replies around vegan food which hasn’t been stocked all week here , she needs to listen before trying to throw us out of the shop before taken order, also VEGETABLE BAKES incorrectly labelled and action filled with meat products this is an accident waiting to happen

Good bacon bap and bottomless coffee for £2 70. I couldn't believe it until I paid and got given a receipt! Nice little Gregslgs on the high street, so you can people watch to your heart's content.

Brilliant . Got to spend my £25 gift card that I got in a Christmas card . Lots of fresh sandwiches and steak slices and available outside seating.

Nice food surprisingly stayed hot but very late delivery no contact at all from either greggs or the driver.

Excellent had a lovely Syrup porridge & a latte. Carl had a sausage sandwich with a latte and Alfie had Sausage. This is my 2nd return within a year. Thanks again. Had a veg breakfast bap and cappuccino, Carl & Alfie had Bacon. Be back soon 7/6/2023 ❤️👍

Love the cappuccino here. V busy with it being close to the beach. Shame they run out out sarnies so quickly and don't top up with more during the day.

Cold food, took nearly an hour from ordering. Driver went to wrong address. Want a refund please as the food went in the bin.

Friendly staff, quick service, clean. Went 15 min before they closed, yet staff were nice and welcoming.

Over 3 hours no food. Never came and said it was delivered but nothing! Ordered just after 11 in the morning and almost 3 in the afternoon said delivered but there was nothing. Couldn't let me cancel order once the app said the driver was at the restaurant which it stayed in that update for almost 2 hours.

With both my last two orders I have had several items missing from my order. First time I was owed £5.55 and this time £7.50. I shall not be ordering Greggs again.

Ordered 2 hot chocolates only 1 came No sausage roll in bag and the one hit chocolate had been spilt in delivery on gone all over the pizzas
