Greggs in Conwy

Hot food and your average food for a Greggs, was clean and served quickly however the staff are extremely grumpy. Would be a much better place if staff learnt how to smile.

All the hot food was Luke warm, ate in so wasn't like I was walking through the winter air the only hot thing was the mozzarella bites

Firstly. It greggs, not a proper sit down restaurant but honestly, this is the worst greggs I have ever been in. There was little food on offer, the heated sandwich had no flavour, my daughters hot chocolate was awful (the machine had run out of chocolate but they were happy to serve it, even though it looked like grey milk) and the coffee (normally surprisingly decent in greggs) tasted bitter and nasty. The place was ABSOLUTELY FILTHY. There was food waste on every table, the chairs, all over the floor, literally everywhere. Paper towels/napkins were all over the floor also. The only saving grace was that the service from the staff was decent.

Greggs high street Llandudno Staff running around like headless chickens. No baguettes, order wrong to start, bacon under cooked, sausage over cooked or old, both cold.. latte cold.. will not be visiting again.

Abysmal. Food cold,drinks( 2 flat white coffees) cold,and bitter taste. Will not use Greg's ever again.Also, why do they not do PIES anymore?

The older women with glasses ,I honestly don’t think she knows how to cook bacon. How do you like yours?

Usually really good but elderly lady for the last 2 days has ignored customs as she was having a private conversation at the till so another member of staff had to take the orders from the line of people. The bacon is so undercooked that the fat is still completely white and very very chewy, not nice at all and a waste of food.

Called in to Greggs this afternoon to pick up a quick snack for lunch for the family. Whilst being served I asked if it was possible to get a carrier bag for the items we ordered. This particular member of staff looked at the other then looked back at me and just said ‘we Don’t have any’. Then smirked to herself. Another customer being served alongside me offered one out of her handbag. Which I was very grateful for. We waited for our ham and cheese toastie to be cooked and the other member of staff Chloe told me that there were bags available but they had no handles. I declined but thanked her for her honesty. Perhaps Chloe’s colleague could take a leaf out of her book and be more helpful next time or find a job elsewhere. She’s not cut out for customer service.

Had the breakfast roll was a bargain 2.70 for a bacon sausage or omelette bap plus a tea coffee or soft drink. Can't fault it. Filled with bacon very fresh bap and a lovely coffee. Both myself and my son enjoyed it

The food's really good for the price 😋 I'll go there again next time I'm in Llandudno.

New recipe cheese and onion pasties were hot and delicious .

Disgusting service beyond belief , rude ignorant girl with the fake lips didn’t have the patience to listen so was upset she had to ring the order through three times , curt snappy replies around vegan food which hasn’t been stocked all week here , she needs to listen before trying to throw us out of the shop before taken order, also VEGETABLE BAKES incorrectly labelled and action filled with meat products this is an accident waiting to happen

Good bacon bap and bottomless coffee for £2 70. I couldn't believe it until I paid and got given a receipt! Nice little Gregslgs on the high street, so you can people watch to your heart's content.

Brilliant . Got to spend my £25 gift card that I got in a Christmas card . Lots of fresh sandwiches and steak slices and available outside seating.

Excellent had a lovely Syrup porridge & a latte. Carl had a sausage sandwich with a latte and Alfie had Sausage. This is my 2nd return within a year. Thanks again. Had a veg breakfast bap and cappuccino, Carl & Alfie had Bacon. Be back soon 7/6/2023 ❤️👍

Love the cappuccino here. V busy with it being close to the beach. Shame they run out out sarnies so quickly and don't top up with more during the day.

Friendly staff, quick service, clean. Went 15 min before they closed, yet staff were nice and welcoming.

Bacon roll and a feg latte for £2.50 is a regular early morning item for me and delicious too. Shop is quite clean and comfy to sit in if you want. Roll (bacon) and coffee now £2.60 (Dec 22) but hey, what a bacon roll!!

Nice bakery but prices a bit high

The dining area leaves a lot to be desired. The food is ok though. I gave it four stars because the latte is beautiful.

Food is the same as any other Greggs. The hot baguettes always seem to by empty/sold out and this is before the lunch time rush. Staff are very very slow there is no sense of urgency to get people served quickly and onto the next customer !

brilliant service from a man - didnt catch his name who when i went to collect my too good to go bag didn’t hesitate to cater to my needs and give brilliant customer service. super friendly dude. manager also helped out even though she was on her break. :)

Friendly staff Mint hot chocolate is the best but could do with a bit more mint flavouring. Went to greggs today I havent been for ages and they have much more of a selection now

Call in here often but so wish they would turn the music down so I could actually hear the staff behind the plastic screen.

Totally useless when it comes to making order via just eat!! They just cancel the order. Try pound bakery.

Female member of staff on duty today, clearly needs to cheer up or get another job! I could hear her being short with customers in front, her tone full of attitude and displaying a clear desire to be somewhere else! No hello, no thank you, didn’t even look at me, slapped my change down in my hand and shouted ‘next’, awful way to be. Having worked in catering in a customer facing role myself many years ago for nearly 10 years I understand the pressure of such a job. However, not once did I take any of my stress out on the customers in such a way. She’s needs to be pulled aside and given some intense customer service training or told to move on! I’ll go to the pound bakery next time. Greggs need to train the staff in customer service as well as how to cook a sausage roll!!!!

Visit here most mornings but some of the staff are obnoxious and rude. Visited this last week to be told I would have to come back if I wanted a certain cold sandwich. Usually if it’s not in the fridge and you ask they make it. But this one girl was rude as if she couldn’t be bothered.

Must say I was a little disappointed with the waiting times for my wedges but the lovely lady at the counter was very apologetic & even offered me a complimentary hot drink to make up for the 20 minutes!!

As always quick food at reasonable prices, plenty of choice, friendly staff.

Choice was poor, and the hot food was very cold, I prefer the shop across the street, cheaper and hot food.

Freshly made rolls and filled baguettes

We frequented this Greggs all the way through the lockdown and particularly on a Sunday morning before my wife and I went to work. We posted photo's of our Bacon Roll on the dashboard of the car, with a view behind of the local area, on to our Facebook accounts. When we didn't our friends would comment, others also posted on Facebook when they did something similar. This was around 8.30am on a Sunday, when we queued with others to purchase Greggs products. Now they have decided to open at 9am, without notice and disapoint, not just us, but the council workers, others aon their way to work and the many tourists that are around, even in the winter.

Greggs was good the guy who served me was very helpful.

Consistently above average drinks and snacks. There are three tables outside and although facing the main road, it is good to be able to sit down and enjoy a drink.

Went in the other day and was super impressed with how a member of staff dealt with a rude man. Georgia showed complete calmness and politeness with man. The prices are amazing and in the middle of llandudno so easy to grab a quick bite

This place is not a good greggs. Visited at Lunch Time rush hardly any sandwiches on the shelf. No Sausage rolls. In the end we had to wait 15 minutes for a sausage roll. Loads of people were unhappy with the wait for a sausage roll. How can they not have enough sandwiches and sausage rolls for lunch time rush.

Bought a steak bake from here. Was about 100 yards down the road a seagull flew past my right ear and took the steak bake out of my hand, leaving me with just the paper bag. We returned to Greggs, purchased another steak bake and sat at one of the tables outside the shop to eat it. It was delicious. My advice, look out for maurading seagull with a penchant for Greggs food.

I’ve purchased Cheese and Onion Bakes from the Llandudno store many, many times before, but the 2 that I purchased at 3pm today were by far the absolute best ever. It helped that I was served by a absolutely ‘incredible and mind blowing’ member of staff.

Greggs Llandudno remains the best fast food restaurant in town. The staff are always polite helpful and friendly, even in these very tough times in local lockdown they continue to smile through! Absolutely fantastic! The food is always fresh, hot and well priced. Keep going Greggs we love you!

Been meaning to write this review since my visit a couple of weeks back. Just wanted to say that when I popped in at the end of the day, I was served by a lovely lady wearing glasses (I think her name was Nicola/Nicole!) and she made my whole day brighter. She was so kind to me and I don't think she'd have any idea how much a small gesture of kindness can be so appreciated. Just wanted to say thank you, and I hope she knows how lovely she is!

Why go Greg's when pound bakery over the road

in Llandudno for a concert, needed something for lunch. a well known chain with a consistently nice product. they are what they are. I got a couple of sausage rolls, and wanted something different. saw their Mexican 3 bean and sweet potato wrap. the wrap was nice, filling and with a fairly spicy sauce, very tasty. the rolls, always good, and for pud, a triple choc muffin. chocolate muffin, with a gooey centre and chocolate chunks on the outside, lovely. I've eaten at many Gregg's before, and no doubt, will again. as I say, they're consistent.

Went in for breakfast 2/3 times for convenience really but the bacon and sausage baguette was nice as to was the coffee at a reasonable price.

Pasties/Pies are ALWAYS cold. Very pricey considering theres a Pound bakery opposite but I like Gregg's filled rolls. The eat in charge is ridiculous considering it's very cramped, always messy and too busy. Sometimes having one person serving leaves you wishing you were somewhere else.

So sorry Guys! Even 1Star is being too generous. All the tables were_ To put it mildly 'Uncleaned' for a period of time.In disarray with the chairs.Noticed other customers' signs of ?? Having to remove food debris from the tables. Then the Server_sweeping the floor and serving food without washing hands. I appreciate it was coming at the end of the day's shift...but Standards should be maintained.

Good for a quick lunch, when they are willing to cook the pastries.. It's a shame the staff preferred to keep their day slow and steady instead of doing their job. Won't be returning to this particular Gregg's.
