Emperor's Kitchen Chinese & English Takeaway in Conwy

Do not bother! Ordered at 17.00 received at 19.10 with some of the order missing tried to phone for over 1 hour after with no answer calls refused and this isn’t the first time this has happened…we won’t be using any more!!!! More than 1 chance given!!!

We order weekly from this lovely Chinese restaurant. The quality of the food is great and the customer service is outstanding They even deliver!!!

Having tried all the Chinese in the area,,this one has now over taken my previous favourite , as I feel I get Good Value for Money , good portions and it tastes nice!

We have been here 3-4 times in the past couple of months and I have to say for me it is the best Chinese establishment in the area. They have a food hygiene rating of 5/5 and have had that for the past few years which always goes down well with me. The place is immaculate inside the young lady who takes the order is lovely and polite. Then last of all the food is of a really good quality, best prawn crackers I have ever had. Food portions are generous and not too pricey as some are these days I would 100% recommend this place over any other in the area!

I hate writing bad reviews :( but I think it’s only fair to let people know how bad the food was. We ordered a chicken satay and a chicken Cantonese. Both sauces were as runny as water. The chicken was inedible, both it’s texture and taste screamed cheap. The spare ribs were stubby bits of bone which had no meat to them. The egg fried rice was ok. The young lady behind the counter was pleasant. Perhaps they were just having an off day. Happens to the best of us, but unfortunately it means we will not be going back.

Just spent a week in this town. Decided to have a takeaway and found this just off the main road. Service was fast and food hot and plentiful. Really tasty, so much so that we had another three days later. Thoroughly recommend this to everyone.

Ordered prawn toast, came without sauce which you would normally expect, prawn toast looked decent but was mostly bread and was hollow when you bite into it. On to the mains..... We both had special chop suey, I would expect there to be plenty of veg in there, but unfortunately, it was full of carrots and beansprouts and that's it, the beef was hard, and the dish overall was watery and tasteless, you could argue I didn't like the dish I chose, but ... It's what I order most times we go for Chinese, so I can confirm it was just bad. Very disappointed my girlfriend ate hers to be polite but I binned mine and went hungry

I have frequented Emperor's Kitchen numerous times throughout the past year and I have had a positive experience every time. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The prices are competitive, the portion sizes are good and the food has always been cooked well (never greasy) and very tasty. They are very accommodating and will customise the order to your preferences, and have a wide selection of meals to suit most tastes. Local gem,highly recommend a visit.

I asked for well done steak when ordering and when i got it and cut through it blood was pouring out of the steak not very good

We had chicken curry and a chicken bites. The chicken curry was ok... But lacking in flavour. Nothing really bad to say about the food but nothing very good either. We have been to better Chinese in the area so we won't return to this one. Chicken bites were ok but they were VERY salty. Just all very average.

My friend introduced me to the beef curry there never tasted anything like lovely fast delivery services and my food is always piping hot x

We ordered our meal and was told about half hour, within 20 it was delivered piping hot by a very present young man, I would highly recommend the Emperors Kitchen, excellent service, hot food and plenty of it....A*******

This is an excellent takeaway. Usually very quick service. The king prawn dishes are fantastic. Good value.

Ordered our food went into the pub next door for a pint whilst it was being cooked.. Got the food it was well cooked hot and very tasty. Would recommend. Good value for money

After reading some of the good reviews, we decided to give this takeaway a try. The first issue once we had picked up the food and brought it home was that half the order was wrong. We called and took it back and got the correct order. The prawn chow mein was tasteless and only contained noodles, bean sprouts and prawns. There was no veg. The curry had a strange powdery texture almost like it had been watered down. Very disappointing and did not live up to expectations

Just had a take away from here because our usual was closed, never again, duck was dry, beef curry meat was like rubber, sauce was watery, BBQ ribs tough the sauce horrendous. Childs meal chicken nuggets you only get 3 small dried up nuggets, chips are like they have been deep fried a few times. Never never again

We used this take away based on the reviews and after spending 40 quid have had to bin most of it.. The crispy chilli beef was like eating spoonfuls of sugar the curry was inedible

Lived in the area a few years now and have tried several Chinese takeaways ranging from the truly awful to adequate. We were walking in the village this week and realized we hadn't tried this one.Our search is now over as this was excellent and it's menu will now be ready on the fridge door for future occasions. In addition to it's 5star hygiene rating and it's excellent food they also deliver!

Never had a bad takeaway from here. Very generous potions (enough for two). Service excellent and great value for money. The food is always freshly cooked, hot and very tasty. Highly recommended

whilst out driving looking for somewhere new to get food i came across this place and i'm glad i did, i now travel all the way from Conwy to visit this place whenever i fancy a chinese, the food is out of this world, very tasty, really good portions, superb value for money. the girl behind the counter is very friendly and she actually remembers my usual i have from there hahaha..i'd recommend this place to anyone, as i say i travel from Conwy even though theres plenty of chinese takeaways near me. A must visit to anyone who is local or just passing by.

Fantastic takeaway, lots of variety, good price and really hot food. We went for the set meal with a few extras for the children. We really enjoyed this takeaway and would use it again next time we are in Llandudno.

So happy that I found this place, the staff are friendly and polite and the food delivered quickly and still very hot! Big sized portions and food tastes excellent! Particularly the Salt & Pepper chips of which I could eat lots and lots of! I regularly dine in China town Manchester and they don't compare to this fantastic takeaway! We highly recommend this takeaway! Give it a try, don't miss out!

We have used this takeaway quite a few times now. You can pay over the phone by card and they are quick to deliver! The food is always excellent and very hot. We were so happy to have found this place as there's another few Chinese takeaways in the area that are dreadful! Would definitely recommend!

Great little take away that delivers to your door and the food is still piping hot and they will throw in extras on a decent order. Very polite and friendly people and the food is the best I have had in the area.

Yet again ive visited this lovely chinese cuisine, the food was better than ever and the staff are awesome, feel very welcome as usual, they even do kids meals with a toy and drink for just £2.10. Bargain if you ask me, thanks again :-)

This takeaway opened recently and is a great addition to the area. Staff are lovely and service is efficient. Food is really tasty and just a little bit different. Very good portion sizes and very reasonably priced. Give it a try

I had a home delivery from Emperor`s kitchen last night, i was told my food would be half an hour but 15 minutes later it arrive, lovely food great service cheap prices an the staff are lovely :-)
