A very pleasant lunch spent with a friend in lovely surroundings and very professional and attentive staff The food was fresh and very well presented I’ll definitely be back!

The menu was very nice and a great selection of starters and mains. The staff were very friendly and very helpful in answering our questions. The meals were served promptly and they were hot. The dessert was also very tasty and I recommend the terramisu! Heather, our waitress was very friendly and had a great sense of humour too. She is also a co-owner with her husband Vito who is the pizza chef

Place has closed down permanently. Telephone cut off and no longer works. Don't bother trying to go there. ...........

Visited the Glasshouse Restaurant with family this week, we could not recommend this restaurant highly enough. The staff were extremely welcoming; friendly and helpful. The food was presented lovely and delicious. We have been to this restaurant on several occasions and it never disappoints. Looking forward to returning Thank you team Rowallan Michael and Anne McConnell

my friends and I came into this restaurant for a few drinks we ordered on the app when the drinks got brung over the waiter was rude he she whatever the gender was asked us for id we showed he she our ids this person then claimed he couldn’t accept my id? I asked why he then replied in a cheeky manor “ur underage this is a fake id” which it is not a fake id, he then went and spoke to his manager , we then saw the waiter walking around while we had been sat for 10-15 minutes waiting for someone to come and talk to us, the waiter then returned and said he couldn’t give us alcohol then rushed away from our table in a hurry, my friends and I were then sat there confused and annoyed, my friend then went up to the manager and asked for a refund. The restaurant straight up refused to refund us. Horrible customer service in here!! At the very least they could’ve had someone with the proper knowledge to check our ids again or they could’ve gave us a refund

Lovely setting and lovely staff. The food is really good and the place is nice and clean and well laid out. Prices were fair for what was on offer and really well prepared. Toilets were spotlessly clean as well, and the seating areas out in the entrance area were very nice.

We always have a great meal at Lochside and this Sunday Lunch was no exception a jewel in East Ayrshire the monkfish was sensational, the service friendly and efficient the table spacious, the seats comfy and it had views what more do you want

food was fairly poor this time. wasn't the best. the ceaser salad wasn't the best the chicken was dry and the croutons were so oily they were disgusting. the soup had far to much basil in and wasn't nice. the service was terrible we waiting a while on arrival to be seated and then waited ages to have a drinks order and then ordering food and then waited ages for food and when we had young children getting upset because they were waiting made it not very enjoyable. then we had to ask three times! for the bill at the end of meal again with young children getting upset made the meal stressful. and defiantly not worth the drive out there. more time needs to be taken with service staff and not be rushing around and also made us feel concerned when the staff were rushing around and we had two young children in high chairs felt like the staff were going to knock them over! just need to slow down and be more aware of tables.

Very warm welcome from the staff who willingly changed the sports channel for us. Good food and Dog friendly. Just what we needed.

we used the lounge for a birthday party everything was clean and tidy for us getting in and staff were there to help with anything we needed.

Staff at front of house very good. Made to feel very welcome.We have lunch here. It was gorgeous.Lovely wood burner fire in restaurant. Food a very high standard.Cosy place.Really enjoyed.

Nice quality food - pricier side of cafe fodder but not unexpected from the venue as a whole. Minor issue with not knowing what a Panini is when serving crusty baguette roll - the overall quality/taste was very good. Decent Coleslaw rather than the budget catering watery affair usually found. Pre-packed sandwiches with no option to create your own, Captive audience but plenty of room in the park for your own picnics. £46 for 4.

went here for breakfast with a friend breakfast was first class lots of choice and could not fault the service we received also purchased aggregate for garden service and free delivery there also excellent

I came in and within two minutes was asked what I wanted. One menu between two. So only time for one person to look at asked for more time. Ordered a baked potato cheese and one with prawn Marie rose. A can diet of irn bru and can of diet coke when recieved was literally slid to customers. Asked for wificode. I am partially sighted and wear glasses was "told look at board" Potato with cheese came big enough potato but salad was absolutely tasteless Potato with prawns came was average according to customer £2.60 for can diet irn bru £2.60 for can diet coke. Bit of a profit there. Didn't even get asked if wanted sauces vinegar or salt

Love this place. Fab freshly cooked food. Small menu but everything is made there and then and cakes and desserts are homemade. Staff are so welcoming and prices are very reasonable. Good selection of take away cakes, cheese and pies.
