Visited recently and could not believe how bad the food was. Slice sausage was the cheapest of cheap frozen rubbish from Farmfoods or the likes of it. Chicken curry was simply not edible, again cheap frozen junk and the food was over priced.

Having left a recommended review of this wee cafe previously I was shocked to have returned expecting same quality only to find it has changed completely. New owner, new decor (seats well past their padding) and new very limited menu. Now quite bare and basic but seems to attract more custom from the surrounding work units than your average shopper looking for nice lunch. Food was just ok but I was disappointed to find it had changed so much.

Been here a few times when out shopping. Close to Tesco with easy parking. It’s a little off the beaten track nestled within industrial units but once you know it’s there, you’ll surely enjoy nice home cooked cafe food. Their salt and pepper chicken is amazing. Very reasonable prices. A great wee find.

Great service from the high house cafe. Fantastic fish and chips to be had. The portion sizes you get for the prices are great value. Try the lemon gougons, they are my fave :D would definitley recommend!

I have been here many times. The staff are friendly, nice and helpful. The choice of food is good - for a small place it had such a variety. I have had a few things off the menu and if you want sauces or something - nothing is too much trouble. The fish supper (with lemon and tartar sauce) had a lovely big bit of fish with a generous helping of chips - all freshly made to order. Will be back - probably next week

Probably the best fish supper I have tasted, since the last time I was in I Ullapool. Perfectly filleted, crispy batter and white haddock that just crumbled away and melted in your mouth with that proper taste of the sea. Chips were a treat, with a lovely colour and crispy and one of the biggest serving you will get for £5.75. Staff very nice and always give the kids a lolly pop.

Buena comida, recién preparados. También hacen pescado especial brillante y sus fichas son cocinados a la perfección. Lo recomiendo.

food was fairly poor this time. wasn't the best. the ceaser salad wasn't the best the chicken was dry and the croutons were so oily they were disgusting. the soup had far to much basil in and wasn't nice. the service was terrible we waiting a while on arrival to be seated and then waited ages to have a drinks order and then ordering food and then waited ages for food and when we had young children getting upset because they were waiting made it not very enjoyable. then we had to ask three times! for the bill at the end of meal again with young children getting upset made the meal stressful. and defiantly not worth the drive out there. more time needs to be taken with service staff and not be rushing around and also made us feel concerned when the staff were rushing around and we had two young children in high chairs felt like the staff were going to knock them over! just need to slow down and be more aware of tables.

We meet up on a Friday night and I am the driver. I like pints and drink four or five on a Friday Night. I drink Becks Blue as I find it the most suitable for multiple drinks. After paying as much as £7 for a pint, we discovered Wetherspoons and real value for money. My pint costing less than a standard pint in other venues. At 10pm we fancied one plate of chips and we were brought a large plate without fuss. It was fresh hot and crispy delicious. So worth supporting this Chain as it constantly gives value and wholesome food with pleasant and helpful staff

My order has not arrived I have tried to contact the outlet to see if my food is coming but the line is busy I asked someone to send me a text from the outlet to let me know what’s happening just common courtesy to inform me if they have problems that’s fine but no one is getting back to me soo I don’t know what’s happening with two hungry teenagers to feed this is not good
