Of course it was wonderful to be greeted by Max, the guard dog! Nice atmosphere for drinks, and to learn a little about the area. Book ahead for dinner there - it gets great reviews, and many people were trying to get a table with no success. It will be on our list for next time!

We were delighted to make a return trip to Edinbane Lodge for dinner in February 2025. Once again it was a delight. Service was friendly and informative, and the food was really exceptional. Standout dishes from the ten course tasting menu were the langoustines in orange butter and the Falasgeir desert. Keep doing what you are doing, Calum, Eilidh and team- you create exceptional food and great memories.

Found this place after a morning of fishing and so glad we did! Great takeaway set up, super friendly service, cakes clearly made with passion, they were to die for! We couldn’t decide which to buy so bought all 4! Was going to save two for later, but they were too good to keep, so ate all 4 with a lush cuppa overlooking the sea - mmmmm delicious! Thank you for sharing a little slice of happiness with us!

Donald very kindly offered us a Xmas dinner at his gorgeous bistro on the 20th December. The restaurant would normally be shut over the winter season as it is so remote. His Cullen Skink was outstanding as was our delicious xmas dinner finished off with homemade treacle pudding! Delicious food and such friendly welcoming hosts. We will be back! La tarde Sir Ian Noble empezábamos algo, cuando él concibió la noción de gaélico College en Skye. Es desarrollado por saltos y límites en este extremo de la isla, tan cerca de Armadale Ferry y vale la pena persiguiendo. Escondido en la esquina, y sirve tanto a estudiantes y transeúntes, los precios son muy buenos. La sopa permite una excelente relación calidad-precio para el almuerzo, y hay una buena variedad de pasteles y otras ofrendas en la exposición. Ahora es un dos mes Skye festival (julio y agosto) y muchos eventos tendrá lugar aquí, y los más jóvenes, justo al final de la calle.Me quedé aquí para el concierto de apertura en el edificio más antiguo. Una noche fantástica con sub inglés títulos!! Muy recomendable; y el personal es muy amable.

Home made chip - great. Soup - hot and tasty. Wraps - delicious. All freshly cooked to order, food as expected+

Ambiente bacana com boa comida. Um pouco caro, e não vá sem reservar pois pode não conseguir sentar. Também recomendo ir cedo.

We visited here on our first night in Skye as it was close to where we were staying and it was dog friendly. We had to sit in the bar area as we had our pooch but this didn’t detract from anything, the welcome was warm and the food absolutely delicious. Well worth a meal here if visiting the area.

Went out for supper for two nights running and the quality of food, presentation, menu was excellent. Between us we had: starters - mussels (best mussels by far in over 35 years), soups mains - seatrout, haddock, venison, burger, macaroni and steak sweets - sticky toffee pudding, apple tart, nougat with passionfruit sorbet, icecreams This is out of season, a smaller menu than possibly on offer in the summer and without hesitation I would go back again for a couple more nights choosing something more off the menu. Staff were attentive and very nice. I would not hesitate to recommend this establishment to absolutely anyone.

We went for dinner with high expectations, but things fell short for us. The cuisine was not particularly to our liking, so our food choices were few. Cocktails were well prepared. Our final bill was outrageous for what was served in my opinion. I would not return.
