Went with my boyfriend for breakfast on a Sunday morning. Ordered 2 hot drinks and 2 full breakfasts. The hot drinks came shortly after but we waited over an hour and still no sign of the breakfasts. We then politely asked how long they’d be as we had something else on afterwards and the staff had to check and came back to say there was an issue with the till processing the order. We were sat right next to the kitchen door and many other customers who came in after us and ordered the same were served within 10/15 minutes. It’s difficult to understand why this was not picked up by the staff before having to ask. By the time we had raised the issue we didn’t have time to wait on them restarting our order so asked for the bill for the hot drinks. At this stage I would have expected at least a good will gesture for the hassle but no they still charged us fully for the drinks and we left. Very poor customer service.

The Moat House has been a favourite for years. Another great dinner at the Moat House ... WELL DONE !!!

Un buen café poco, que hace un rugiente comercio de comida para llevar. Cada vez que hemos estado allí a la hora del almuerzo, siempre hay una cola para su sopa y rollos que son muy buenos y a un precio razonable.

I took a group of volunteers, from the Barshaw Peace Garden workers for a Christmas lunch. There were 14 of us and for the size of the kitchen I was a bit concerned, they wouldn't be able to cope. However, we had nothing to fear, the service and food was excellent, the food was very tasty and portions were a good size. No complaints from any of our party, who all enjoyed the afternoon. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. We are already thinking of booking a year in advance.

Travelling back from Kinning Park with my eldest son, I decided to stop off here for a bite to eat as I needed to pick up a few things anyway. Overall, it was some good scran. Aside from the food, I also thought it was brilliantly priced (Kids eating for just £1), the staff were decent and the cleanliness of the seating area was on point. In comparison to the Morrison’s café in Anniesland, which has plummeted in quality over the last four months, it really was night and day in comparison. I opted for the Sweet Chilli Chicken Panini (lovely) and a Cappuccino (unfortunately the machine only poured 2/3 of a mug). The wee man had Pancakes, Crisps and a Fruit Shoot (unfinished but he seemed happy enough with it). I was impressed with the choice on offer - it certainly exceeded what I’d expect from a Supermarket café. Being a fan of Rangers, I’ll most likely be in the area again very soon and would happily head back to Asda.

Found in the food court before the security checks. Great menu choices, the fish bap is certainly worth choosing, friendly staff and fairly quick service.

We turned up without a booking. The waitress could not have been more helpful. It was busy but she said there was a table available in thirty minutes. When we came back we were recognised immediately and shown to our table with a balcony view. The service stayed fantastic throughout the evening. The food was both looked and tasted amazing. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I was in with my mum sister who is only 5 and is severely autistic and my 3 aunties and my nephew who is only 2 we were enjoying a lovely lunch until it came to dessert and the old women with blonde hair who was working was extremely rude and abrupt, the kids were standing at the Puggy machine and were just loving all the colours that were goin across the screen the worker then came over furious and and started shouting and being rude asked us to get the kids away from the machine which we did do but they are only young and get running back she then started shouting and bawling and then proceeded to tell us we weren’t getting cutlery for our desserts which then leading to the kids eating there ice cream with there hands she came back two minutes later and slammed 2 spoons on the table for the kids then proceeded to shout and tell us to get out we’re barred and she flung the money on the table back for our desserts . My auntie did raise her voice back but that staff members attitude and tone was disgusting, wouldn’t recommend going especially if u have kids because u will probs end up in our situation which is terrible

Great bar, West End Glasgow. University Student hub, great selection of beers and wines. Haven't been in for years but popped in for a few.
