Dirty and dated. The bathroom was covered in dust, and the shower full of hair and therefore didn’t drain. My duvet had a blood stain on it, visible through the bedding. When I raised this with reception and requested a replacement duvet, nothing was done about it and I was left to sleep in a bed that felt dirty as there was nobody on reception post 8pm to raise it with again. Also dubious stains on the carpet. And the TV didn’t work. The only good things I have to say about the place are that the lift was pretty cool, and the girl working on reception in the morning was nice.

I was attending an afternoon function here and meeting a lot of friends. The bar staff were really friendly and I think everyone had a good time.

Impecablemente limpio y uno de los mejores Premier Inn que nos hemos alojado. Tenía la comida y la comida era excelente. Todo el personal es amable y hablador. Ubicación perfecta, especialmente para el Hydro y Armadillo, que son solo un salto sobre el puente en la puerta. Íbamos a Barrowlands, que es poco más de dos millas a pie a lo largo del río. No sigas el navegador satelital que te indica que salgas por el cruce 19 , es mucho más fácil salir por el cruce 24 .

I've eaten here a few times and had some great meals so was looking forward to a Sunday Roast collected from the Loveable Rogue (their new name). In the past, the meat has been delicious, perfectly seasoned and served with outstanding sides. All I can say is that I am glad I was at home, as having to put food back on the plate is fairly unattractive but the beef was so gristly that neither of us could actually eat it. It was over salted as well, which didn't help. Had we been in the restaurant then I am sure that we would have had that taken into consideration when it was time for the bill. As we had collected it, all we got was a 'sorry it was not good, we have let the kitchen know' email. Apparently they are using the same supplier and cut as we have had in the past - hence the hit and miss title. There are loads of places doing Sunday Roast now, both part time sit in and take away. With chances to experience hospitality being limited just now, I think I will take my chances and my money elsewhere...

The chips and battered food tasted weird…I think it was the oil/fat. The pakoras were dry and flavourless. Plus they sent a guy away with a tray of kebab meat and chips with 3 scoops of hot sauce in a polystyrene tray without wrapping it in paper to secure it or keep it warm. Granted it was in a carrier bag, but not enough care I think. I ordered a curry sauce which was in a tub but by the time I got home (which was a short journey with little walking) the curry sauce was all over the bag. I called to grumble about the sauce spilling (we spent over £50) and the guy didn’t seem interested. I won’t return there.

Had my Ruby Anniversary at venue on 21.10.23, room was dressed for us perfectly in Red and White. We took a package from the venue and it was well worth it, this included Food and DJ. The buffet was great Staff worked really hard behind the bar, the DJ (Ronnie) was great played all the music we asked for we cannot not fault him, thanks to him. Thanks to all the staff for making our Anniversary night great, all our guest had a brilliant night. Would definitely recommend the Glencairn to anyone.

What a disaster the redesign of the tron bar is. Lack of seating and uncomfortable - shame the old bar was gorgeous. We left and went elsewhere.l before the show. Don't waste your time. The Tron needs funding to stay open, so open the old bar and get people back in.

Service was objectively poor. No drinks menu offered, no after service, couldn't find server, basically abandoned and ignored after food dropped off. Had to basically walk out the restaurant before they had the bill prepared. Poor service bordering on discriminatory. Restaurant was not even busy. Food was less than mediocre given the price and reputation. Underseasoned and underwhelmed. Could not recommend.

tionist who checked us in and explained all about the hotel and its restaurant. We booked breakfast for following day. Our room was on the 3rd floor and was deemed double deluxe. Upon entering I found it clean tidy and well done out with tv,large mirror ,cupboard and bed with ensuite bath and shower. it was comfortable enough with extra pillows in said cupboard. All electrics are powered by your door card so you cant really forget or lose it. Only problem was it was a warm night but if you opened the window a lot of traffic noise was unleashed. But dinner and breakfast in the restaurant was excellent(seperate reveiw)

Delicious, high quality, fresh food, you will not regret ordering from here!! Everything is made fresh and tastes outstanding, and the staff are so kind.
