Have drank, ate and laughed here many times! Great bar with amazing staff and friendly banter. They show all the big sports, have karaoke and quizzes! Great shots menu so grab your friends for shots and shenanigans

Super little cafe, welcoming and well run. Dog friendly. Menu is limited however, if they're not too busy, other options are available on request such as full English breakfast. No obvious vegan options, other than toast. Oat milk available and gluten free bread. Freshly cooked food and really nice coffee. Full of locals, which is always a good sign!

Excelente ubicación justo al lado del agua y magnífica vista de los puentes. El pollo tempura era excelente. App para pedirme de vuelta a los días Covid pero hace que pedir sea muy rápido. Muy continental y agradable para perros. Nuestro cachorro disfrutó de su taza de salchicha

Absolutely amazing all day breakfast rolls. Don't bother with chain outlets as you get PROPER value for money here. Very friendly too!

Lots of space, not much in it... hidden dips which were a nightmare for toddlers in the play area. Same for the outside area too. Climbing frames etc were great. Animal shed was good too to let kids see animals. You weren't able to touch them though unless you stayed for the talk. Food was ok, not much choice on the lunch menu for adults.

We booked a table on recommendation from family who had eaten here. We were given a lovely table in the window with views over the Forth and the beautiful railway bridge. We both opted for the Sunday roast from the specials board and were not disappointed. We also shared a portion of cauliflower cheese. Every mouthful was delicious. We decided to indulge in deserts and again were very impressed. All the staff were very polite and friendly. I would highly recommend this venue.

Couldn't fault our dinner with friends at Ducks. Friendly service, lovely atmosphere and incredible food. In particular I have to shout out the desert which featured a sea buckthorn sorbet - genius! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

I came for lunch today with my Mum and Aunties. I hadn’t been before. The service and food were amazing. The sizzler peppercorn chicken was superb and the biscoff cheesecake was the best I have ever tasted. The sharing Sunday roast was quite something! What a feast! I will be back for sure. I never write reviews but had to come on and leave a review.

I used to do the karaoke in this wee gem of a place. Not sure if it's still open as I'm sure i seen a lease sign up at front of it 🤔

Went there for breakfast. Food was very bad and tasteless, I couldn't finish the coffee so bad it was. But the prices were 1.5 higher than Edinburgh. Pretty disgusting and it is a tourist trap

Stayed at the premier inn for a couple of nights and used the brewers Fayre for dinner. On both occasions, I left without receiving the pudding which I ordered and paid for. The first night, I got a rude reply from the waitress after waiting half an hour after finishing the main, only to get a rude reply. The second night, I asked for the pudding to be provided at the same time as the main, it didn’t arrive, asked a waiter and nothing happened, left after waiting a further thirty minutes. Don’t go here as you will not receive the items you have ordered and paid for.

Went down over the weekend. Ordered Cumberland sausage bagel and a coffee, I was misheard, and I ended up with 2 coffees(Blame the English accent). Told them it was wrong. The manager gave me my bagel for free. Absolutely first-rate service, well done! More customer service like this is required!

Fantastic pub with an authentic local feel. It’s cosy in the winter with events such as Carol singing organised by the local church, in the summer there’s access to the garden which makes it a fantastic space to relax. It’s also an excellent venue for events. My husband and I had our wedding party there. We couldn’t ask for better service and hospitality. Excellent food, very accommodating staff. We rented the glass house and really enjoyed having access to the garden as well! We’d definitely recommend the pub for marriage celebrations, anniversaries or birthdays!!

Mi hermano y yo vinimos a tomar un café. El personal era acogedor y amable - nos mostró a una mesa para cuatro al lado de la ventana, para que pudiéramos disfrutar de la hermosa vista bajo el sol. El servicio era genial y el café delicioso. Nos gustó tanto que volvimos más tarde para almorzar. Una vez más, el personal era servicial acerca de una bonita mesa lejos de la entrada y el bar. Deliciosamente frío Sauvignon blanc chileno y una muy buena sopa del día. También compartimos una porción de patatas fritas y eran fantásticos - crujiente por fuera y esponjoso por dentro. En conjunto, una gran experiencia en un día en el que, por tristes razones personales, apreciamos especialmente que nos cuidaran! Gracias.
