We meet for a family lunch here about once a month. Parking is easy and it's free. The dining area is spacious and appealing with lots of natural light The serving staff are always welcoming and service is good. We had a good lunch as we normally do. The menu has improved with more choices and a selection of specials. The food was good with excellent, smiling service today from Heather, Karolina and Lesley. We'll be back.

These guys did the catering for our daughter's wedding recently. They were so good. We were given sample meals to try before finalising the menu and both were delicious. They were highly organised on the day and the service was first class. Thank you Giraffe cafe!

Fantastic meal, fantastic food. We had a great evening. Midge and I went as a last minute idea and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.

Hemos visitado en varias ocasiones durante los 2 años pasados y siempre recibimos excepcional estándar de servicio y excelente comida de degustación, algo que parece ser difícil de encontrar en muchas diners, lo que le pregunto por qué estas otras empresas están todavía en negocios. Nunca hemos tenido algo más que de las comidas excepcionales en una gran relación calidad-precio, es una pena que no viven más cerca. In town centre parking all around.Served quickly and friendly. Nice menu we both opted for the steak pie. Which didn’t disappoint tasted delicious and good portion size. We even greater ourselves to pudding - sticky toffee to be exact served with ice cream - absolutely delicious.£25 for 2 x 2 courses and soft drinks good value.Defo recommend.

This is a hotel restaurant with a limited menu. Staff friendly. Not very busy, quiet. Food good, but nothing special.

Really disappointed having heard good things. We were treated rudely by the staff and the vegetarian selection was extremely limited. We had to return the main course risotto as it was cold, it was then returned to the table having been reheated in the microwave rather than remade so was still lukewarm. It was an expensive evening that was spoilt by the service and quality of the food. We won’t be returning.
