Visited this deli on Tuesday 23 April 2024. First visit. Excellent array of goods. Well priced. Very friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

Amazing place! We were near Perth for a friends wedding - they were due to have a wedding cake made of cheese but delivery never arrived. This place came to the rescue - helped us call round other locals and when nothing was available, managed to help us make a great cake out of the cheeses they had available! A very stressed bride had a much better day because of them. Thank you :)

Entró temprano hoy. La tienda permite un máximo de 3 pulgadas a la vez para mantener una distancia segura. Como de costumbre, hay algunos quesos excelentes en exhibición y se posaron en una buena cuña de Godminster. Luego, algunos excelentes croissants pasaron mucho tiempo examinando las ginebras y la buena selección de vinos. Salimos felices pero cargados. El personal es realmente amable y conocedor.

Gran selección de alimentos frescos. Quesos y carnes increíbles. Personal muy amable y conocedor. Nos brindó un almuerzo increíble en nuestro viaje por carretera escocés.

Aburrido de los quesos del supermercado, decidí echar un vistazo al sitio web de Provender Brown. He usado este deli antes porque su queso es excelente y tienen quesos que no se consiguen en un supermercado. Para mi alegría vi que estaban ofreciendo un servicio de entrega a personas como yo que, al estar en el grupo vulnerable, no pueden visitar su tienda. Investigando más a través de su página de Facebook, pude ver qué otros "beneficios" estaban disponibles. Envié un correo electrónico a la tienda para verificar los arreglos de entrega y recibí una rápida respuesta de Diane. Ella no podría haber sido más útil. También pudo decirme que los espárragos locales acababan de llegar, lo que siempre es un placer en esta época del año. Hice mi pedido y fue entregado por una señora muy agradable que observó cuidadosamente las reglas sobre distanciamiento social. Esto lo ha convertido en un fin de semana muy agradable de delicias deliciosas. Pan local, queso y espárragos y mucho más. Un deli fabuloso y un servicio excelente.

Dropped in to pick up some cakes and pastries for later .What a smashing shop this is with plenty of samples on the counter ,terrific cheese selection and quality wines ,we were in our element . This is a busy shop with locals and visitors ,well worth a look if you are in the area .

A wonderful selection of cheeses, mostly Scottish. All beautifully wrapped. Good selection of Scottish delicacies, smoked venison, crab cakes and haggis as well as a great selection of preserves. Helpful staff. Well worth a visit if you like really good food.

The staff are absolutely lovely and very helpful, lots of knowledge advice and samples to help you choose what you wish to buy. The food is delicious, lots of deli produce and enough selection to make a meal. We often use provider brown when we have people for dinner to save cooking and now they stock some of amazing local restaurant Tabla’s food we will probably be back more often! Also the wines are particularly good, have never had a bad bottle!

First stumbled across this gem on a Christmas shopping trip in the fair city, I expected only to find cheese, antipasti and ham...but whoa hell no! This deli has far far more to offer. I was stunned at the range of exciting and interesting continental goods I'd never seen elsewhere alongside some wonderful little local scottish products I'd never seen before. I swear I spent about an hour just looking at all the beautiful packaging design on the products (always important!) trying to decide what to purchase, and returned home with some much appreciated gifts for family and friends. As a coeliac I was interested in which products were available to me, staff were excellent in recommending various gluten free foods both sweet and savoury. This honestly made my day. as often in situations like this I've been dismissed as a fad dieter or told that gluten intolerance is fake - it was a breath of fresh air to be taken seriously! The reason I'm not rating full 5* is due to the last couple of visits the shop seemed a little understocked (bearing in mind I usually pop in before noon). Perhaps though it's just a temporary measure. All in all I could easy say this deli is perhaps the best I've ever visited. I would recommend to anybody looking to palate something new or unusual. I was searching for pomegranate molasses all through the city and ths was the only place I could find it, once in, I was aware of the many deli delights available

I love coming to this deli it has a great choice of breads, pates and cheeses. I go every time I am in Perth

Visited for the first time and will definitely be back. The staff were very friendly and happy to chat about their products. An extensive range on the deli counter with some nice samples to taste. The shop has too many lovely products to list - well worth a visit.

They have a great range of delicatessen products and will order a niche product if requested! Superb sandwiches as well! We plan our visits to Perth around them (we live an hour away).

Lovely Delicatessen with a good quality range of foods,wine,coffees and more. On this visit bought cheese,olives and have bought other thing over the years like coffee,Brandy etc Will alway buy here have quality foods.

Always a fantastic selection of quality foods. I particularly buy form the huge selection of chesse, olives and crackers but there is so much more including wines, craft beers, olive oils etc. Wish we had shops like this where we stay

I shop at Provender Brown and am always impressed by their range of delicious cheeses and cold meats. They also have a great selection of products from around the world

This is a delicatessen, not an hotel. Am not sure why anyone would advertise it as such. I have, however, purchased food from there and it is of excellent quality.

This is a delicatessen where only the very best food wine and spirits is served. There is everything here that you could possibly want from a huge selection of cheeses, cold meats and salami, to wines, bread and loads of bottles filled with all kinds...

If you'r looking for something different here is the place. Nice cheeses, smoked meat, all those yami chocolates!! <3

We love this shop, the people who work there are so friendly and helpful, we wouldnt go past here for their selection of cold meats and cheese. Love the blacky ham which i have never seen anywhere else. So glad we discovered this lovely delicatessen.

Lovely wee shop selling interesting foods and alcohol. Deli meats and antipasti type goods. Staff friendly. Only went for salad dressing but was a nice atmosphere in the shop and enjoyed looking around
