I go here several times a week. Since it started, it has become a key spot in the community, The location is central to the village. The reception, staff and atmosphere are relaxed and welcoming. The food is excellent quality and good value for money. Ranges from a good English breakfast, range of lunches, celebration afternoon teas, good coffee, cocktails, beers, wines and spirits. Eat inside, at a table in front or in expansive covered area at the back. Space for parties.

Just bought a steak pie today, absolutely delicious, it was a deep filled pie crammed full of tender steak, will definitely buy another definitely recommend Also bought their home made potted beef which I’ve bought lots of times and again would recommend this, you can certainly tell the difference from shop bought, Kate’s kitchen 10 out of 10 and includes a variety of sandwiches always tasty

fantastic and tastiest sandwiches in rotherham. 10/10 would return. they always have very fresh food on offer and can even order thru the app if you want! we ordered for collection and it was great.

Never had a bad meal,and the bar staff are brilliant. Woul highly recommend.

Not best fish and chips I have had. Too greasy with lot of fat in the bottom of the takeaway tray.

Called today with my mum today at 11am ordered 4pots of tea which was served in the mug a cold the young man replaced straight away a fetch pots of tea .we ordered hand cut chips a one fries with chabbatti bread which was dry a cold with butter that just ran out of the packet the fries was cold a the hand cut chips was red hot so was the dishes everyone agreed they had been microwave in dish .the waitress slam cutlery with serviettes on table,l was talking to a member of my party when she was carrying our order she snapped very Rudley l can only carry 3 l wasn't even speaking to her .l come quite a lot for meals never have l experience what we did today.So different when we fetch my mum for her 90th birthday we got teapots for our tea , lovely chips a hot bake bread a first class service that lady had just had news her grandad had died but she was fantastic a that day their was fifteen of us a no trouble.Today only 6 of us a it was disgusting l never thought I'd ever right a review about the mill dam sad

First time visited today. Lovely atmosphere and great beer. Not tried the food yet. Highly recommend.
