The best restaurants serving British food in Leeds Yorkshire and The Humber

I will no longer be visiting this place after they housed migrants and turned there back on the loyal public for pure greed

Ordered an oat latte only to be served one with cow's milk (which I was unfortunately only able to confirm after a few confusing mouthfuls). The waitress did apologise but having been vegan for over 20 years the "that was my bad" didn't really cut it. Was then charged £3.50 for two slices of plain toast. The staff are friendly enough but the service and light flickering need a good talking to.

A very traditional pub - no loud music or TV, and mobile phones are banned inside. Great if you want a quiet drink and a chat - not so great if you disagree with the many rules.

We have been to this pub loads of times over past few years and it has gone down hill massively. The manager is unaware of how problematic her “team leader” is and we have regularly seen her bully other team and speak to the like they are nothing, Often seen leaving the staff visibly upset before changing into a different person when manager appears! Food average pub food, drinks expensive. Fire doors regularly locked and chairs put on them whilst still open (often an hour before closing) is the reason we will nolonger be visiting as it is not worth our lives if there is a fire! How Greene King think this is ok is beyond me.

First time visit as just passing through the area and found a gem! Lovely staff, great food. The best greenking pub we've ever been to. We did accidentally have an issued with a kids meal, told the young chap on the bar who was absolutely amazing. Quickly resolved, no fuss, no drama and the food was so nice! Wish I'd got his name to mention him but thank you!

Nice selection of beers at decent prices. Sadly only positive thing I can say about the place. The venue needs some TLC, especially the outdoor seating area. Chairs falling to bits and filthy outside. Equally filthy are the glasses used to serve drinks. Absolutely disgraceful to think you can serve drinks in that state. Such a shame that the place has gone down hill

Neglected to mop up wet floor by exit causing me to slip and seriously injure myself, bouncer says ‘happens often’ and didn’t do anything about it

Was introduced to this place by a coworker, knocks any office lunch out the park. The shawarma wrap meal deal goes crazy, staff are chill too. 10/10 would scran that shawarma again

Called in here on a recent shopping trip. It's not changed which is a good thing. It's still a special place to visit to take in the views and relax with drinks. A deejay was playing good music to add to the atmosphere. Although we didn't dine, the food coming to the other tables looked great.
