Googled for a local restaurant whilst we were in Telford and this came up. Had good reviews so we tried it yesterday. Great value and lovely food. We had the chicken curry and sausage & mash. Both meals were served hot and they were very filling with very good portions. Two lads were working - both polite and professional. Highly recommended 👏🏻

A pre booked event for 14 adults with advanced list of starters and mains . What could go wrong 😑 the staff had to be asked to start serving the starters after we’d been sitting down for 40 minutes. Yet again another member of are group had to ask for the main dishes to be served 45 minutes later. 3 meals were wrong which meant they had to sit and wait yet again. 20 minutes after everyone had finished we had to ask the staff that were sitting at the bar to clear the table and supply the pudding menu, only 1 menu was given between 14 people 🤦🏽♀️The food left a lot to be desired, some were cold others had food that had meat that couldn’t be chewed and I’ve never seen apple crumble with raw apple slices in it ever. The service was appalling the food was extremely poor would i recommend going most definitely not 😠

Husband had steak and ale pie came with mash or chips. He decided on chips. The pie he said was nice but for5p off £15 it was very poor value. All you had was pie with about 6 chips no veg. Never again. I had the panini which was dear enough at £9 but had a nice little salad and crisps.

Really bad experience! We had a table booked for a birthday party, upon arrival we were told that they had no room for us even though the booking was on the system - absolutely appalling! The manager did nothing to help and told us if we waited for 30 mins a table would be available but we would just get scraps of what was left of the carvery. So so disappointing- would not recommend this place, if you have a booking there I wouldn’t count on actually getting seated.

We were heading west on the M54. It was not clear to me which way to go at the roundabout until we were almost at the top of the slip road. The entrance to the car park was worse - the best way to the spaces being signposted "Exit". Indoors was OK, if crowded and mean with their microwave.

Stopped by for a coffee whilst walking in the area. Lovely garden seating area. The coffee was average but it is a great place to stop at and enjoy the scenery. They have a few snacks and also ice cream. I was told it has been taken over by a charity helping ex-convicts so it deserves some patronage if you are passing.
