Staff miserable.never smile. That’s what you get when you hire family members. My advice. Take your own drink . As someone who spends a lot of time in coffee shops and traveling. I certainly wouldn’t recommend this place.

It’s was a good visit. It’s a service station just off the motorway, but was fine. There’s a Starbucks and a self service Starbucks in the shop and a Starbucks self service in the Waitrose, which seems excessive. And… a Burger King. Great toilets and a good car park.

Management stick 100% with staff but REFUSE to hear anyone else’s opinion on what happened. Even though they have cameras.

The staff at Starbucks are Not professional to inexperienced. BurgerKing was ok. Waitrose staff tend to let people pay at self check out rather than serve.

The worst Lamb and Mint pasty I've had the unluckiest chance of experiencing....ever. The problem is we have such low expectations for food in the UK...this overpriced processed excuse for food get's sold. When you're hungry you'll buy it...overpriced! Dick Turpin has evolved into Motorway services. Will not be buying food from here again.

I find the staff are very friendly and helpful if & when required. I do wish they would fix their restroom/toilets so they flush better. And paper to dry hands

My friends ordered coffee which they enjoyed. I ordered tea . I don’t think I have ever had such a bad cup of tea. Handed a cardboard cup with a teabag in it and no matter how I stirred it, it resembled dishwater. I can’t say it tasted like dishwater because I’ve never tasted dishwater. But it was absolutely vile. If you like a nice cup of tea give Starbucks a miss

Little Station with everything you need under one roof, clean toliets, could do with a overall , as outdated , polite cleaning staff always helpful . Food prices ok . A great place to bring in our dog for a relaxing visit , didn't see name but the red head cleaner didn't stop all the time I was there , impressive. Will come again

Jane was very helpful. Cleaning the Starbucks tables. And polite. It’s worth a visit. I come regular . The manager of Starbucks isn’t the friendliest. Staff serving apart from that are great

We were heading west on the M54. It was not clear to me which way to go at the roundabout until we were almost at the top of the slip road. The entrance to the car park was worse - the best way to the spaces being signposted "Exit". Indoors was OK, if crowded and mean with their microwave.

Order via deliveroo. Always forget items....so annoying. Especially when it costs so much. It's not that difficult. Happens often and now won't use again, as never know what you are going to get, or not get in this case.

Most expensive coffee starbuck coffee ever £6 for frappe-chino. Incredibly bad service. Waitrose over priced. Very expensive. Highly recommend you give this a miss. Save your money and your time. Very poorly laid out. Incredibly bad service. Toilets poor. Parking poor.

We called at this site on Saturday 7th September. There were notices up telling people that they had to wear masks, and there were supplies of free masks and hand sanitiser by the entrance doors. However, the majority of the customers were taking no notice whatever - charging around, shouting and squealing, not wearing masks, not using the sanitiser, and almost bumping into other users (such as us). And no-one from the service area was making any attempt to draw users' attention to the rules in place for everyone's protection. We went to the toilets, where we found that the warm-water taps weren't working properly - producing just a dribble of water, insufficient to wash hands properly (increasing the risk of spreading Covid) and they were overcrowded, again with no-one making any attempt to regulate how many people were in that confined space. We had planned to buy some food to eat outside, but our experience thus far was so alarming that we left as soon as possible, and in future we will avoid this service area like the plague (Covid) that is almost certainly being spread there. We will have to wait and see whether we are some of the unlucky ones to have been infected as a result, or whether our vaccinations will protect us.

Coffee, Burger King, Waitrose & pasty's. I'm sure you'll find something to you taste. Plenty of electric car charging points on site but I can't comment on cost. DON'T buy fuel here though LPG might be ok but at 20p per litre more than average (I actually paid 25p less on way to here) it'll hit your wallet unnecessarily hard
