Lovely place with a great atmosphere. Busy but not noisy. The food was great. Perfectly cooked Ribeye. Nice bottle of wine and a lovely waitress called Alice who did her job all smiley. Thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic birthday lunch. Richard and Solanche greeted us when we arrived and made us feel very welcome. They were also great with our 21 month old and Solanche especially who helped keep her entertained while we ate. We both did the tasting menu and the food was perfect. Richard and Sam came out and gave us very helpful explanations of each course. Overall it was the perfect birthday lunch and we will certainly be visiting again when we are in the area

Great location, but you need the weather to go with it, and the cream teas are good enough to back for.

Lovely pub very nice location. Relaxed atmosphere and good prices. The red lion burger was fantastic and the chips are the best

Had a couple of hours child free and came for a bite to eat with my partner at lunch. Both had the fish and chips and it was delicious.... as good as by the seaside! Couldn't have asked for a nicer date setting, not only are the views breathtaking but the staff treated us like old friends and made us feel so welcome!

Came here for Sunday lunch and had a three course special menu of handmade scallop ravioli to start, beef rump with trimmings for main and lemon meringue soufflé for dessert. Food was great, the beef was very tender and the dessert was to die for. Service fantastic too, thank you for making our Sunday special!

A great relaxed atmosphere. A brilliant breakfast. I had the regular breakfast and the fried bread made my day! Loved the coffee too .

When in Stratford, particularly when I am on my own, I love to drop in to Del Café.... I love the chilli con carne, and it's grat to have the option of a glass of wine ( or beer) with it....so many cafés are tea and coffee and soft drinks only. Better value than a pub, and has a more vibrant feel. Cakes are great too! Give it a try, if you can grab a table.....but you never have to wait long!

Popped in for a quick pint Sunday afternoon. Nice beer, friendly locals and great old building. Just a shame it's not my local!

Me he alojado en este encantador pub con habitaciones una docena de veces. Eso habla por sí mismo. Gran personal por lo general, alojamiento cómodo y comida encantadora! Todos merecen una puntuación superior a 9. Sin embargo, esta vez me dieron la habitación 7 por segunda vez. Esta habitación es muy pequeña y ruidosa, justo en la carretera principal con muy mal ruido de tráfico y ruido de golpear las puertas internas. Nada de baño. El control de la temperatura de la ducha se rompe, por lo que es prácticamente imposible. Esta habitación sólo me saca un 4. El personal no preguntó cómo fue mi estancia y no parecía interesado. Servicio de comida y restaurante bueno como siempre.

We wanted a 1 night last min stay but struggled as I’m quite fussy lol..then we found The Fuzzy Duck, wow what a little gem this place is in North Cotswold! A boutique style hotel, very clean, very friendly staff, beautiful decor throughout and gardens which were lovely with patio heaters/fire pit - well thought out with lovely little touches here and there. Dinner was superb. Breakfast was fresh and plenty. Rooms were lovely - felt home from home! Dog friendly. Honestly we could not fault it, an absolute gem and really hope it stays as amazing. The staff were helpful with a wonderful polite service! Keep up the great work TFD - we will definitely be returning.

Lovely meal, good wine list and friendly service. Only small grouse, it was noisy which slightly spoiled the atmosphere.

Really disappointed, met a friend and we both travelled a fair distance to eat here. There was no chicken, no pinot grigio .. food was VERY average. Felt for the lad who was on his own serving. Feel the previous reviews aren't accurate
