Amazingly good. No frills breakfast roll. Cooked fresh in a huge torpedo roll. Pre ordering is a must though at peak times. Not a huge place. But absolutely top notch old fashioned style cafe and takeaway.

A good place by the sea with a nice view to the lake. The fish and chips were good and tasty. We tried fish of the day which was cheaper too. The staff were very friendly and we enjoyed our time there. I recommend to try the food and beautiful view.

Best coffee shop in the local area! Warm and welcoming atmosphere with a cute garden which is a real suntrap! Extremely friendly and proficient staff who clearly know what they’re doing, with delicious food options too - especially the weekend brunch! 10/10 would recommend to a friend :)

Chios left far too long before being replaced with a fresh batch. Only 5 mins to home and chips were lukewarm at best and old. The cod was ok, but not the freshest either. This was a Wednesday at 18:00 so should have been very fresh. Won’t be going again, gave them benefit of doubt last time, but this is second time recently that chips were very poor.

The food was very nice . View is great.. Experience would have been a lot better will better service . Waited 35 Mins for our first drinks . Then when they arrived it was with the food but we had expected to have a drink whilst waiting. Then had to ask for the wine we ordered ( to have with the food) . Asked for water but none came at all. Nobody checked in on us. Tables next to us left uncleared for the whole 2 hours we were there .. would have liked dessert but nobody came! Then when we went and found someone for the bill - they gave it to the wrong table so we had a longer wait again. BUT the food was very good.

It's been a few years and this lovely Harbour side restaurant is now a Members' Club. However, if you have business in the Marina - Elliot Brown in my case - you can get a guest ticket. I think at other times if they are not too busy you could possibly eat here. Anyway, great situation. Good service and an extensive Menue. On this occasion I opted for the Ploughmans, delicious and all the ingredients were really fresh, but on WHITE Bread? The Americano with cold milk was superb. Sometimes an excuse for an average Coffee. Not here. Great Ice Cream for Dessert and another Coffee - Macciato this time. Hayling Seagoon

Pleasant situation, friendly welcome and good coffee, what more do you need. It was nice to sit opposite the quay and watch the world go by. Would definately go back.
