Cornucopia in Poole

Amazingly good. No frills breakfast roll. Cooked fresh in a huge torpedo roll. Pre ordering is a must though at peak times. Not a huge place. But absolutely top notch old fashioned style cafe and takeaway.

I’ve had sandwiches from cornucopia a few times and the food is always excellent but recently I’ve found the way the staff speak to me as a customer off putting, it’s blunt and with no concern for the needs of the customer, I understand that this is a working mans sandwich shop but manners go a long way and it would be nice to feel like my custom was valued

I’m a big fan of a breakfast roll in the morning and I find it hard to get a good clean not greasy roll but this place has to be the best going very nice food 10/10

Another successful enormous gap full of bacon sausage and Mushrooms. Bring it on. See you over Xmas when hing over.

Nothing like a plate of bacon sausage and mushrooms in a bun on a Friday. All for less than four quid. Superb. Keep delivering. P

Stopped here to pick up a picnic whilst walking the dog on the nearby beach. The salad was very fresh tasty and very large, whilst the sausage bagutte was perfectly acceptable.

Needed to eat lunch whilst travelling last week . My husband brought me chicken salad from here. Lovely crispy lettuce tomatoes cucumber. The beetroot was delicious think it was in sweet vinager. Loads of coleslaw and chicken and bacon . I really enjoyed this. Much better than a prepacked supermarket one. Highly recommended

Whilst working in the Hamworthy area it was lunch time and I spotted Cornucopia and managed to park nearby. Outside there is a raised area with tables. Inside there is a counter and you can see the food preparation area which was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and I was amazed at the selection of food on offer that it was hard to make up my mind. I chose a bacon baguette which the staff prepared in front of me and it was hot,tasty and good value. I would recommend a visit to Cornucopia.

I have been going to Cornucopia for years now. They do amazing breakfast baps, rolls and baguettes. They do a wide selection of sandwich fillings which are always fresh and the food is made in full view of customers. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Brilliant value for money and always tasty. They do delivery too which is very handy.
