A lovely place for a light lunch, we had toasties which were tasty and beautifully presented, and cappuccinos which were beautifully smooth. The place itself is lovely and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Very nice quick service, I had my iced coffee in the comfy outside seating area sat in the sun. Peaceful settings and would definitely recommend to anyone coming

Delicious coffee and banana bread

A little bit disappointing - food was very bland and not much for your money! Staff seemed uninterested and spent most of the time in the middle of the walk way chatting to eachother while we waited 30 minutes for food. Decorations in toilet placed in a way that made the accessibility functions unable to be used. Staff taking personal phone calls in the garden where people were eating. Coffee was nice though and the vibe was nice, just few things to work on and could be great with a little more attention to detail! I.e staff maybe shouldn't be wearing clothing with midriff exposed whilst serving hot coffee! Few tips: give a rough estimate of a wait time for food to avoid disappointment, and maybe invest in hardier plates as food nearly went flying!

It could just be a bad day of course this place really was a favourite it then went very downhill and the since the new ownership there is a push to be better which is great to see On Sunday Brunch is a big focus. The cakes are pretty much the same as every other higher end coffee bar “posh mass produced” but there’s a good selection if that’s your thing. The Sough-dough bread from Oxford bakery is some of the best around The coffee has changed “Bad Hand” personally I preferred the “Origin” blend but that will be personal choice Toasted banana bread today was very dry which is a shame as normally it’s one of the best around Fingers crossed this was just a blip but today’s visit didn’t warrant the drive sadly

Great Coffee served by Nick, also DELISH Pancakes with fresh fruit, and the Bacon sandwich went down 'a treat' as well with Mr. P We sat in the outside Garden on this lovely day. Well done all.

We came across this lovely independent place randomly after deciding to come inland a bit from the concession stands on the sea front, in search of food. They didn't have sausages for their Sunday Brunch but free styled the pictured dish with Asparagus and extra bacon which was excellent, especially with the parmesan on top! Will definitely remember to pop in here again if in the area.

Been here before and gave good review, the coffee beans WERE one of the best in BCP area but visited yesterday and very very disappointed the new owners changed the coffee beans to Bad Hand coffee and there is no sign outside to tell you that otherwise we wouldn't go in as that was the main reason we were going to this coffee shop-the quality of the coffee beans. And very sad to say but we are not going back as we don't like bland coffee. And surely the owners paying much less for Bad Hand beans but the prices of coffees are the same in the shop. Lack of marketing strategy and CRR will drop significantly in the next few months when old customers find out they can not get the same product as they used to. Good luck

This coffee shop has gotten worst since I last visited back in 2023 . The food and coffee tastes awful . The staff used to be so efficient and good with their coffee making and knowledge, this also accompanied friendliness and inviting manners , making you want to come back and relax and know that your always get a 10/10 coffee. Now the staff are rude and useless especially the manager .

Avoid! Service poor. Coffee cold. In a place where coffee houses live or die based on their quality of service, product & atmosphere, this place has NONE of this. Worse so, took 2 attempts to produce coffees requested only to have to ask for refund, still not made right coffee. Barrista chats away with local clitique, doesn’t say hello until it’s your time to be served after almost 10 mins of waiting despite being the only person waiting. Would like this to be a great coffee house, indeed purchased coffee some months ago disappointed on that occasion also, wanted it to be good this time round as I’m always driving through to work but nope even worse. How do I put no stars? Cost was £8.80 for two regular lattes. Pretty pricey for not a lot. Good luck to you!

Coffee and food is nice however will never buy any of their cakes or pastries. They are left uncovered on the corner where customers are paying. Seen customers pick things up and put them down, breathe over the produce and worst I constantly see flies/ bugs landing/ overlong around it. If they simply kept the food covered up I would have given 4 stars in stead of 3.

All of the coffee saloons are consistently let down by their unfriendly staff. Shame because the coffee is great - but there are plenty of other independent coffee shops selling great coffee these days - thank goodness!

I’m going to be honest, I don’t like coffee. Or at least that’s what I say to people, considering what 99% of people consider to be coffee. From your instant Kencos, to your filter coffees, Nespresso pods or even your high-street Starbucks, Caffe Nero’s and Coffee Ones, it all tastes like different varieties of burnt marmite to me. But then there is that 1% of what us coffee snobs would consider “proper coffee”. You can make it yourself at home with some effort, a cafetière or an aeropress, the right beans, a coffee grinder, a kettle that heats up the water to 80°c specifically. A milk frother if you want a latte - it’s a whole process that I do not bother with as there’s too much clean-up to deal with. Once in a blue-moon you will find a location that serves this “proper coffee”. Coffee Saloon is one of these places. The fiancée and I used to go to the one in Westbourne fairly regularly and were devastated when it closed down recently. The staff there were super chill and friendly and the lattes are a solid 10/10. This morning I found myself making the trip all the way to Poole just so I can have a Coffee Saloon latte. Thankfully the coffee’s here are just as good as the ones in the Westbourne branch. If this place were to ever close down I will commit ritual seppuku. It’s so hard to find these spots that actually know what they’re doing when it comes to coffee.

This is a great coffee shop but it now closes too early in my opinion, they claim to close at 3pm which is way too early for a coffee shop anyway but after 2.30pm they turn all the stools upside down and just offer takeaway, it’s a shame.

Stopped in after a 5 hour drive. Staff were intent on their conversations,chatting, presumably having fun. Customer service was non existent sorry to say. Food when it arrived was fine, but made to feel like an inconvenience. Eat out alot in my home town but would definitely not frequent an establishment that clearly doesn't want my custom. Had to repeat my order several times, little things like asked for a glass of water, waited, had to ask again. More intent on their phones and chatting to each other. Found much more welcoming places to eat during our holiday stay.

Stopped off for breakfast after beach pilates. Very generous portion of smashed avocado on sourdough toast with bacon. So generous I packed half and took home for lunch. Lovely ambience in the garden. Large long tables perfect for sharing.

Terrible food had a bacon sandwich which was greasy and full of fat. Husband had a toasted sausage sandwich toast was burnt very poor quality sausage and in spite of asking for hot coffee they came luke warm cups carried out no saucers. Neighbouring table left big pile of burnt toast. What happened to using local produce? Will not visit again!

Went for a walk on the beach and took a look at the local shops. Went in the Coffee Saloon and was presented with the most Superb tasting Mocha. I’m definitely coming here again.

Lovely little cafe near to Compton Acres. We stopped as a cheaper alternative to having lunch at the Acres itself. We arrived just before 1pm on a Saturday and found a large part of the food menu was unavailable (mostly the vegan/vegetarian options) which was disappointing. However, for those of us that ordered the mozzarella and pesto toasty we were in for a treat. The toasty was absolutely delicious! The pesto had whole pine nuts still in it so appeared to freshly made. It was a huge portion and at such a reasonable price. The coffee was tasty and beautifully presented. I’d love to come back when more of the menu is available to try out some other food here.

We love this coffee shop. Always friendly service from the staff, and the lattes/flat white are first class. Reasonably priced for the area and a good selection of tasty snacks to go with your coffee (we've tried quite a few). Location ideal for picking up drinks before a beach walk. Always helpful when I bring the pram in, too! Highly recommend

A super place for a coffee. Everything is freshly prepared ( both food and drink) and the atmosphere is laid back. Friendly staff too.

Food is good quality and fairly priced. Cleanliness lacking, cramped seating arrangement and lots of dogs inside. It was full of cooked bacon smell/smoke (perhaps extractor fan broken?). Local council food hygiene rating is 2/5 which is not wholly surprising.

I love coming here, and I come here every day. Buzzy but also relaxing place to be for a break in your day. Darren, Jordan, Lily & Naomi are all amazing, super helpful and make my day a bit brighter!

If you want a good cup of coffee then this is the place to go. And good service. I highly recommend it.

I actually go out of my way to come to this place, because not only is the coffee first class, but the service and therefore the atmosphere is spot on. Even popping in for a takeout is a pleasure. The baristas are so faultless, easy going, efficient, smiley, upbeat and professional. They always make you glad you visited. Pretty neat trick, and I say that as a customer service professional and tutor of ten years. Thanks to Jordan & Darren, who managed to nail top notch coffee with efficiency and a huge side order of friendly feel good vibes & welcoming manner. If I was still in the business, I’d have stolen them by now. A credit to the business. (Pay rises all round).

Came for coffee (excellent) and lunch, had a selection of salads and sandwiches all really good and great value. Highly recommend and only a short walk from Flaghead Chine beach.

It's a lovely place to get a nice coffee (a wonderful hot chocolate with creme in my case) after getting out of the water at Branksome Chine beach. After doing a water sport for an hour and half or so, it feel like getting into heaven! They have a fair variety of cakes to combine with your drink also, even hand-made ones. It's nothing posh, but definitely, it's cosy and the stuff are friendly. What else do you need to spent some time with your mates after a good working out in the water. Ah! Easy and free parking on the side/lateral road always seen to be available. Thanks for reading and enjoy your hot drink!

We have visited this coffee shop many times. Sometimes just for a cuppa and more often a cheese toasted sandwich with toms and chutney and my partner just simply cheese toastie with tom sauce! Lovely staff, friendly and always make our dogs feel most welcome! Always return and never disappointed😊

Shame that drinks took twenty minutes to arrive (though nice expresso made) but not a single smile from ladies serving who seemed to be loving their jobs...NOT! Tables and floor were filthy and salon just looked totally unkept unfortunately. Maybe a bad day but will stick with Westbourne.

Used to love coming here,but over the years the service has got slower and slower and the cafe has got dirtier and dirtier ,the last nail in the coffin for me was when I learnt they had only received a 2 out of 5 for their health and hygiene certificate, won't be back.

Popped in to get a takeaway coffee, 4 members of staff all behind the till making the coffees and no-one else in the queue waiting however took 20 minutes to get our coffees. Also asked for a diet coke and was given a glass bottle...

Slow service, kinda rude. No one wore a mask. No hello. Placed my order, staff just texted behind the counter instead of making it. Someone else made my coffee, I confirmed my order when they gave it to me, when I left I realised they lied about it.

Coffee Saloon make lovely coffee and pastries but the waiting time is a little too long for the 5 stars. Great effort to stay open during lockdown, I look forward to sitting in whenever that may be.

I actually have access to a few coffee saloon locations and all do great coffee, and the staff are helpful and friendly BUT, Lucy, Pierre and their colleagues at the Canford Cliffs are so delightful to deal with that I always make a special trip....

Really excellent, mellow and rich, cappuccino every time. Today we also snacked on a really delicious chickpea veggie sausage roll which we shared with a lovely orange polenta cake. Top class - just the ticket before our walk down nearby Canford Cliffs Chine..!

What a great cup of coffee! One of the best I've been to this year. Strong rich flavour and great service. Very reasonably priced and a great little outside space as well. If you're in the area it's worth a visit. If you're not in the area, find an excuse to be, you won't be disappointed!

Simply the best!!! Coffee Saloon serve the most amazing coffee and delicious food. Particularly good is the freshly squeezed orange juice and flap Jack. Savoury muffins are also a great hit. Would highly recommend. Coffee shop also in Wareham is good.

It's quite a cosy place. I just went there for a hot chocolate. There are just few tables available and the rest are high chairs and bars. The hot chocolate was great but i wanted to sit at a table. Edit: Not sitting at a table was my reason to give the establishment 4 stars, which is a high rate. I wasn't implying that you needed to change anything about it.

This is a small Coffee Bar in a corner of Canford, in the Poole area. The Fare on offer is good, service is prompt and efficient. But for many first impressions are important and the state of the decoration, flooring being an example, was not...
