Restored my faith in pasties! After a couple of letdowns elsewhere, this place got it right. Fresh, hot, and full of flavour—exactly what you want on a chilly day. The sausage roll was good quality too. Prices are fair (£4.25 for a pasty, £4 for a sausage roll), and with the beach just a minute away, it’s an ideal snack stop. Everyone was ready to go back for more—always a good sign!

Beautiful ice cream and friendly staff! Ideally positioned right next to beach car park. So many flavours… can try a taste of every one if you like before you make up your mind! I still think £13 for 3 single scoop ice creams is a lot but it the going rate across shops down here.

My children got their ice creams from here but I decided to have a chocolate milkshake, it was one of the best I’ve had. The children really enjoyed their ice creams as well. The lady who served us was so friendly and the prices were reasonable as well.

Called in for a pasty with my wife on Saturday afternoon whilst on holiday here in a neighbouring village, Bolingey. Unfortunately, they had sold out of all pasties but........ fortunately as a second choice. I had the best chickenTikka baguette I have ever had, anywhere! Plenty of deliciously spiced chicken tikka meat with mint mayo, with loads of fresh lettuce, red onion, tomato and lettuce which was also delicious served in a fresh baguette. I had a fantastic Americano too and together it was a truly excellent lunch. To be honest I enjoyed my lunch so much I can't even remember what my wife had for hers! Must've been good though as there were no scraps left for me! Called in again on Sunday for a quick bite but it was very busy and I had to give in to my hunger and walk to a neighbouring cafe! I will definitely call back in before we leave for home later this week. Had a great chat with (Dave?) the proprietor whilst we had lunch there on Saturday and he is a very personable guy.

We where staying in Newquay and Decided to visit Perranporth after a wander we decided to look for somewhere for lunch. As I am a mussel fan I was drawn to the menu here that advertised mussels in a rattler cider and white wine. I am not keen on cream in mussels so this drew me in. Place seemed lovely and had a cosy vibe. We ordered a bottle of wine and then our main. When my meal came I could see that it was in cream. I questioned the waitress who strangely told me that menu says there is a dairy alternative but menu said cider and wine 🤔🤔🤔 that aside my mussels which are usually firm where very small and quite mushy.very dissapointing. I was offered to have new ones but by then my husband was halfway through his meal. Pls if only for other customers either change you're menu or maybe offer meal in wine OR cream. Will add our wine was lovely and my husbands fish and chips where good
