What a wonderful little cafe, the food was excellent and the staff were so very friendly and accommodating.

Will not be going again, order two breakfast, one was fine, and the other was just the juice and a full 37 beans

Best coffee shop in Perranporth! Staff are amazingly friendly and go out of their way to help you. Food is delicious and there is a wide variety from hot and cold food to snacks like cakes that melt in your mouth! Coffee is extremely tasty and the kids loved the different variety of juices and cold drinks on offer. We always go here everytime and can't wait to get back! UPDATED...we went today and again they accommodated our family of 7 and as always service, food and staff were amazing. This place will always be our favourite spot in Perranporth and now we live closer, we can visit more often!

Excellent cream teas with the lightest fluffiest scones and paninis to die for - lovely flavours (I had cranberry, brie and bacon) . Reasonable price and good service - best eatery so far this holiday

Popped in for late lunch, and place was half full, so place not busy at all. Ordered 2x prawn baguettes and tea. Tea was awful and weak, not saying used tea bags but no taste and just weak even after crushing tea bag to strain as much flavourout as possible. Milk had more colour. Prawns we're freeze thawed, and tasted like raw hide as they were chewy and not nice. Also prawns not drained correctly so bread was mushy and sauce was watery. Tried once and will not rush back again.

Gorgeous cafe with gorgeous food served by gorgeous staff. Stumbled across this gem of a cafe by accident and we will definitely be coming back! Affordable prices too.

Now seems to have a bias towards vegan, not particularly good value, perhaps trying to capitalise on the holidaymaker's trade, but the season is coming to a close...the locals won't tolerate the offerings on hand.

Stopped here today during our holiday with the family. Accommodated 7 of us no problems, the owner was incredibly welcoming and very cheerful. Food was great and tasted great, we had a mix of panini melts and toasties with milkshakes and hot drinks. It's definitely worth a visit while in Perranporth

Absolutely LOVE this place. The food was really tasty and the cream tea was delicious. We were completely cheeky and took up the offer of butter, as well as the cream and jam. All the staff work so hard and are very friendly. Especially loved the couple working during the week (we ate here a few times and didn’t see them on the Saturday). The lovely blonde lady from down south, and the gentleman working on the till. Both were the reason we kept coming back. (Also because of the food). Had breakfast. Had a cream tea. Had a lunch. All were great. A real asset to Perranporth.

Never been in before but great place. Good friendly people running it. Gluten free available , which has become rare in this high street. Great cream teas and wide choice of regular cakes.

We visited on our last day of our holiday, the lady serving at the till was really helpful with providing me Gluten Free options for my breakfast, even double checked with the chef to ensure it was safe for coeliac. Breakfast was great and will definitely return on our next visit.

Just got back home to Australia after spending a wonderful 4 week holiday in perranporth. I went to the cove almost every morning for breakfast and my coffee. The service was excellent, staff are always super friendly and always have a smile on their faces. I would like to give a special thank you to Julie who was fantastic. She was always so happy and her service was fantastic. My compliments to the chefs also, The food was amazing and everything was made to perfection, Delicious 🤤. I’m very fussy about my coffee and the lovely waitresses always made it to exactly how I like and always with a smile. Oh and the cheesecake was to die for. Highly recommended. Well done to all the staff for making my holiday experience just that much better. Well done 👏👏👏

This is the place to go if after a bite at Perranporth, nice ambient and roomy, very pleasant staff( seems like a family run sort of vibe) and nice food,can get busy so early lunch is recommended for a relaxing break for food and drink.

Friendly welcome, nice food and decent (lavazza) coffee Opens at 8:30, closes late afternoon somewhere between 3:30 and 4:30

Absolutely love the cove, been coming here for years. Customer service is exceptional, food is exceptional, my wife is celiac and the cove offers a variety of gluten free options including superb cream teas. My only small request would be gluten free sausages which in my opinion are better than other sausages and would make things even better for celiacs, but I’m being severely picky the cove is a truly outstandingly friendly place to visit. Thank you to all the lovely staff and management 👏👏👏👏

A lovely place, lovely ladies who greet you with a smile and polite , the price is reasonable for a full veggie breaky is £9.95 and when you come from Cambridge is a nice change! The breakfast is clean and yummy , they have lots of options and I love that they serve breaky until 1:30pm! The only thing I’d change is the option to have mushrooms or some mixed grilled veg with the veggie breakfast , I’m sure if I asked they would have swapped something or added it. It’s our go to breakfast spot in Perran now, love it :) would 100% recommend

What a lovely little cafe! The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Good choice of food and drinks (especially gluten free) at reasonable prices. We enjoyed our sandwich/bap, the cheesecake was delicious and the best cappuccino I’ve had so far. Glad we popped in!

We were welcomed on arrival and immediately felt like our custom mattered. The lady that took our order was so friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble. The young man doing the food prep delivered fresh, delicious and well presented meals. We will visit again soon.

Popped in with the children and menu was perfect for what we were fancying for lunch. Breakfasts being served upto 1.30pn so couple of us had the veggie breakfast bap, which is pictured. Good value and would come again when next in Perranporth (and try something else on the menu!)

Extremely pleasant staff and very tasty take away prawn sandwich and crab bap. We have adventured from Scotland and had a dip in the sea pool, the food was a perfect after swim treat🥶😋

I come here every time in am in Perranporth. Really simple food made very, very well. The service is always great and food comes out quick.

We popped into the Cove Cafe for tea/coffee and breakfast before we began our journey home. We found the staff super friendly, our breakfast baps/sandwiches were excellent and personally, I find the coffee the best in Perranporth. The cafe was super clean. We are back down again in a few months and will certainly visit the Cove Cafe again. Thank you for making us feel very welcome.

Lovely place, we came for breakfast and sat outside because we had the dog, staff were so accommodating and lovely, they let me buy some sausages for my dog to eat. Our food was delicious and service was quick, would recommend!

Food was really great, but what I want to highlight is the staff who were wonderful. So so friendly and helpful, just a really nice relaxed atmosphere created by the lovely staff. 100% will return next time we are in Perranporth, even if the food wasn't as good as it was we'd still return based on the staff! Absolutely 5 star

Great service, lovely staff and great food! We have visited the cove many times and you just can’t go wrong! We ordered some lunch on our visit: - Tuna Panini - Sausage and bacon roll - Jacket potato with Tuna Mayo - Cappuccino - Latte - Can of Diet Coke Faultless, quick service, yummy food and VERY lovely staff.

My mum and I went into the Cove Cafe when we visited Perranporth recently. She had a fruit scone cream tea. I had a sweet chili chicken with cheese and tomato baguette with salad. The staff were lovely and friendly, told me there was a wait for food, but we hardly had to wait at all. My mums scone was warm and fresh. My baguette was delicious. Lady popped over to ask if everything was ok. Would definitely recommend this place. Very clean, staff very attentive, lovely food and reasonably priced..thanks Cove.

Very lovely place to eat. We've eaten here a couple of times, and the staff have been lovely each time. Great for a quick bite to eat and the prices are very reasonable. The place is clean, has sanitizer for your hands if you wish to use it. I didn't want a big drink so I had a kids size hot chocolate which was lovely and a great hit of chocolate.

The nachos were exquisite, and the flake cheese cake was indubitably the best in the country.

So we got a seat outside. Very busy little cafe. Asked for hot chocolate, never arrived to be told we haven’t ordered it, but definitely added to bill ad watch her charge me so had to pay again, tables are not cleared very quick at all and had to clear my own table before sitting down, staff seem very slow, unhelpful and not very polite. However the food (we had 3 cream teas and a waffle) was AMAZING! I’d go again for the food if the service was a little better! Staff also knocked over someone else’s glass from the table and then expected an apology from the customer, and was asking the customer 20 questions about it, like what was it, who’s was it, how did you brake or etc. over all service was poor but the food was amazing.

The most delicious full English breakfasts ! We came at 9 am and was very busy the staff weren’t phased by this at all. The food was perfectly cooked and the service from all staff was excellent. Such a warm and friendly welcome ! Perfect way to start our day , thank you x

Extremely accommodating and welcoming cafe on the main high street in Perranporth. All ot food was delicious and well presented. My daughter enjoyed her vegan breakfast ( served until 1:30) , we also had lovely jacket potatoes, and paninis. Food was prepared freshly. We had individual teapots of tea and the milkshake was tasty.

Fantastic service we initially went over to piggywicks who couldn't even serve the bare basics we went over to the cove, who was absolutely lovely and very welcoming. Served my family really well and very very friendly I couldn't of asked for better customer service. The food was lovely, and very much enjoyed by my baby and young daughter. Thank you to everyone at the Cove for a great experience and making my family feel so welcome. Would definitely come back here again.

After a morning of surfing on the beach we were cold and hungry so decided to stop here for lunch. We were seated right away. We ordered 2 portions of nachos and a cream tea and cold drinks. The lady serving us was really friendly and helpful and the food when it arrived was excellent and not overly pricey. We would definitely return if ever in Perranporth again.

Gorgeous scones melt in your mouth. Lovely friendly staff. Drove from Newquay just for a scone!!! As the perranporth lavender was closed on a Tuesday!!!

Cute little cafè, food was good and the staff were so lovely! They were brilliant with our toddler and made us all feel so welcome.

We have been to The Cove twice now and we have to say it is so refreshing to have such wonderful customer service!! Very rare these days!!! Nothing is too much trouble! It was my partners birthday and they kindly put a candle in his carrot cake slice. It's the little touches!!! All the staff are outstanding as is the food and drink. Recommend highly!!
