Excellent food and service. Reasonable prices. Great sunset and sea view. Staff were excellent. Very dog and child friendly!

Very poor all round: no indoor seating (despite plenty of space for it), a tiny coffee, that was very expensive (£3.40), and very mediocre in terms of its quality.

Nice rooms. Great staff Kuba a great host. food available at night is really nice. Great chef. and breakfast spot on. Ample parking

this is a great spot for summer will definitely be back, the chef needs raise eggcellent omelette and my friends had delicious pie which tasted so homemade. staff are efficient

£3.50 for a portion of chips that tasted like the oil was way past its best. Managed to eat about £1 worth before I thought it better to call it a day. The seagulls seemed to enjoy what was left.

The food is always good, the prices are good, it’s dog friendly which is great,with lots of room and very comfortable. The food is always excellent, same the coffee and tea, good service. A pleasure to visit in all ways, long may it continue,

Had takeaway chips today - what has happened??? Normally have takeaway chips from here when visiting St Mawes and they have always been lovely traditional fish and chips. Today the “chips” were chunky frozen wedges style potatoes . Knew it wasn’t going to be good from the smell when waiting - not the normal chip shop chips. Awful - won’t bother again. Have also previously eaten in the restaurant but would not again after this experience.

Popped in here for a bottle of water on a hot afternoon. Thought I had misheard when told it was 1 pound, that's a great price. The ladies were very chatty and explained they tried hard to keep their prices down. Although there were plenty of patrons sat outside it was quiet inside and I had a good chat/laugh with the two ladies. It seems a popular place.

Full of character,very quaint & quirky & maybe needs a little updating here and there but clean & comfortable so a very enjoyable stay,hosts very welcoming & friendly,beware of glass front door my husband walked straight into it!.Some rooms could perhaps be noisy as beside main road.

Worst service ever. Pig ignorant man and the most awful passive aggressive woman I’ve ever met. That obsessed with how busy they might be that they forget the people paying their wages .

Very disappointed i normaly love there cakes . Really looking forward to there cakes went there it was shut dead on 4 online it says 5.30 think you adjust times online you going to have some disappointed people . I wanted bit take home tomorrow. So was not happy .

Staying at Premier Inn, breakfast and dinner next door - good value meal deal. Good selection on menu and drinks. Friendly, helpful efficient service.

this restaurant is a perfect location for travelling or if you want somewhere new to eat out, the food tastes amazing and the service is excellent

We went into this pub just for a drink. There were 5 of us with 2 dogs. As we went in I politely asked the woman behind the bar if it was ok to sit round the back with the dogs. She answered with "yes". The most miserable bar person I have encountered! Anyway my husband went and got the drinks and came back with 1 glass of wine, 1 pint of lager, a coke, lemonade and lime and soda. The soft drinks were in small glasses, no ice and were flat. No slice of lime in the lime and soda. The most miserable drinks that matched the miserable bar staff! That round of drinks cost over £20. The table was grubby and so we're the chairs. What a horrible place. Such a shame!
