Best brunch we’ve had in years. Each element of the dishes we ordered was cooked to perfection. Clearly quality produce. Staff lovely. Gutted we don’t live locally!

Lovely, friendly staff and great ethos. Fresh, quality ingredients all presented very nicely on the small plates. However, unfortunately we found the food lacking in flavour, it tasted bland and therefore we were rather disappointed with the meal. I wouldn’t return but my other half said he would because of the fresh, local produce & the restaurant’s ethos

This venue have missed a trick by not offering a decent range of allergy alternatives, not hard to achieve in this day and age just think outside the box, instead of trying to offer copy cat food offer products which champion the allergy, this would then elevate the overall appeal of the venue.

Had a meal at Romney Bay House Restaurant and it was exceptional. A delicious array of canapes awaited, including some red pepper pearls, to accompany our pre-dinner drinks, before we were called into Dinner. A fish course, of sea bass, was our first course, which was moist and tasty, followed by Duck, again, cooked to perfection, next up was a fresh, light pastry fruit tartlet, accompanied by cinnamon ice cream, was next. The final course was a selection of cheeses, all chosen to compliment the meal and not too heavy or overpowering in taste. Coffee (or tea) and Petit fours were then served in the lounge area, to complete the meal perfectly. The service was attentive and all dietary needs were requested at the time of booking, and reiterated before the food began to be served. Highly recommended and we felt very good value, based on the quality and presentation of the meal, which was certainly en par with Michelin Starred and Rosette restaurants, that we have visited.

These premises ar run by a lovely family who produce and sell bakery goods of the highest quality BUT various other sites give misleading information, they are not a restaurant nor are they permanently closed. They are operating very nicely in the High Street, Hythe. Producing bakery of the highest quality.

What a great little cafe.I remembered how good it was from last year.So we went back again when we were in town. Great home cooked food at very reasonable prices. The liver & bacon was so good. The rest of the food served was spot on.The cafe is run by a great couple.Which made for a good family meal. One thing for sure we Willie back to eat.Next time we are in Dymchurch. Give it a go.Its worth it.

Amazing. It's a bit like being invited round to a top chef's house for dinner. Small, homely atmosphere and you're greeted like old friends. Very limited menu of two things per course so only go if you're not picky, in sense that you eat a limited number of things. But do go if you're picky in the sense that you know really good food when you taste it. The food was incredible. Every single item of food was so elevated, it's hard to explain. The best example I can offer is that I've never had a tomato that tasted so tomatey. If that makes no sense, I can't help you. The wine was great, we tried the fizz and the picpoul and both were spot on. And then there was the creme brule. The absolute highlight.
