Had pate for £8 which came with 4 small pieces of bread and thd salad was just a few leaves of something green, no dressing. Asked for extra bread and was Charged £2.50 mo
Fantastic overnight stay at an independent hotel. Wanted for nothing and we’re well looked after by Kirsty. The full English over delivered and is highly recommended.
Sadly this hotel has now closed and is being transformed into a dental surgery . It will be sadly missed after years of providing good family wholesome meals coupled with great and personal service.
Terrible!! Took an hour and a half for delivery on breakfast.. sausage was like cardboard..cheap quality.. the ‘scrambled’ egg was a boiled egg cut in to pieces. Very overpriced!! We WONT be returning
There's a sign in the window offering a job, so I applied. I was offered a trial shift which I went to, I was there for 2 hours and 30 minutes. I finish the shift and I'm told to send my hours worked

This pub is right by the Portsmouth ferry in Gosport, nipped in for a midweek roast, was really nice. Generous portions fresh vegetables cooked just right, didn’t have to wait long. Highly recommend
