Came here for a hot chocolate & it was delicious. Both my husband & I had the Hazelnut flavour. There was plenty of choice & staff were friendly. Will definitely pop in again.

Always enjoy coming to Lady Luck. Lovely atmosphere, quick service and great food - not an item on the menu that we haven't enjoyed. Staff are always friendly. 13/13 would recommend

we'd walked past several times from the car park to the city centre and this time thought we'd try it for lunch. There's a courtyard out back for nice days and we enjoyed simple toasties and coffee. It was quite busy but the service was Ok and friendly enough. Perfectly fine.

Having the opportunity to eat (very well) on a terrace by the water is a great thing about a pub! The terrace has a lot of charm and adds a big plus to an already very good meal!

Took my family for a Sunday lunch on Sunday and what an amazing experience we all had 3 different meats home made roast potato's fresh carrots Brockoly and green beans pig in blanket Yorkshire puddings and stuffing I will definitely be comeing back 10/10 amazing food thank you

It's racist environment there I had my car windscreen smashed on my a class when Parked in the sideroad when I spoke to the boy behind the bar I was told a tramp did but I got a really bad vibe from the boy with long hair who works behind the bar anyway since then Ive been back many times he is never friendly or welcoming to me I even get a sense of racism from him but can't prove I'm mixed myself and when reversing my

Whenever we visit Canterbury we always come to the Victoria to eat . We had a carvery on Easter Sunday & Bank Holiday Monday & everything was excellent. The Carvery is the best & the service was excellent. We will also stay at the Victoria on our next visit to Canterbury the Hotel is spotless.
