Amazing coffee! Beautiful cosy cafe, clean and welcoming. Lovely, friendly guy owns this place and cooks from fresh the most sensational food that is reasonably priced. This place is an absolute hidden gem. This is the second time I’ve been here and the food and service are second to none. Treated like royalty yet again…I will definitely be back again and again. Highly recommend 🥰

This is a great place to have some delicious cake and coffee! Really peaceful and pleasant inside. They have lots to choose from on their displays, which makes it 10x harder to decide what you want, as everything just looks amazing! I had a raspberry cake and a lavender latte both heavenly. I did end up using a coffee shot which i later regretted, as the latte without the coffee is good as it is! Would give 5* had the service been a little more enthusiastic to match the vibe, it was very straight forward but still ok. I highly recommend this place.

A bit of a lacklustre experience after expecting great things. The main problem was that the eggs were teeny tiny and a very aneamic pale lemon colour....not the sign of a good quality egg at all.I asked where they sourced their eggs and the response was that they were currently using a different company and that the chef knew they were not up to standard! It was hoped that if we came again they'd be back to better quality. The tables were sticky as if not really cleaned that well and the coffee a bit on the bitter side. I felt the staff overall were great...if perhaps a little keen to hetbthe bill to us....it didn't feel like we'd stick around over another coffee and leisurely do the Sunday crossword as we planned. Overall with tip, £47 for an eggs benedict and full English breakfast with a couple of teas/coffees. Sadly over rated for the price.Loos lacking a workable hand drier when we went.

As a regular visitor to the cafe, usually after parkrun, I had no hesitation in taking friends there during the marathon. One of the party has severe allergies and Ollie set about finding a solution, despite it being the busiest day of the year. Attention to detail, friendliness and care was second to none. No one went hungry! Thank you!

From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to help us create the perfect wedding dinner and party. The staff were both fun and professional, making sure everything ran smoothly while keeping the atmosphere relaxed and celebratory. The food and cocktails were absolutely incredible – every dish was perfectly cooked and beautifully presented, and the drinks were a real highlight for our guests. The team worked tirelessly to bring our vision to life, from helping to decorate the venue to creating a tailored menu that suited us and our guests perfectly. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, and it showed. The restaurant itself is so organised and such a vibe! The atmosphere they created was warm, inviting, and full of energy, making it the perfect setting for a celebration. Whether you’re looking for a place to grab drinks, enjoy a great dinner, or host a huge event, we couldn’t recommend Third Avenue enough. A special mention to Ben and Ayesha, who were phenomenal from start to finish. Their support, organisation, and attention to detail ensured the day went without a hitch. They truly went the extra mile to make sure we and our guests were looked after every step of the way. Thank you so much to the entire team at Third Avenue for making our wedding day absolutely perfect. It’s a day we’ll never forget, and we’re so grateful for everything you did to make it unforgettable!

Our local pub down the road . Absolutely great in every way . Great staff , great food , nice outside area . Very kids friendly, lots of entertainment around ☺️overall .. brilliant!

Take your dogs, shut the baby gates and relax, as they play with other doggie customers and the owners dog. let them sit on the settees, and relax too

Very fresh and tasty food, cod and chips lunchtime special is a great deal. We have been three times now and we’ve had great food every time
