Poplar little roadside cafe on the A259 road Hove. Poplar with Trades people. Opens from 6am and closes at 1pm. Appears to good value meals ranging from Full breakfast to salads and scampi and chips and Rolls to order if required . Always hot and tasty Lovely staff always very pleasant

The best coffee and toasties Brighton. And don’t get me started on the Victoria Sponge! ❤️ Owen and Tracy are the loveliest people - so friendly and full of hints and tips about the City. My new favourite place.

Great pub, friendly staff, Thursday night quiz night is great fun

Needed a spot to charge phone and ran across this place. Had a very nice milkshake. Very dog friendly. Planning to visit again

Bangers and mash were spot on. Very tasty! Service was wonderful as well.

Frankie is a friendly guy who knows his products well. The food is excellent and reasonably priced I had the chilli prawns which were sumptuous. Get there before the season ends, you won’t taste better.

Fantastic little place, framed beautifully within its own narrow street with the sea at the end. Lovely outside seating area and quirky decor within. Great beers and wines with cocktails as well. The staff are friendly and cool. It's a great place to enjoy company or just stare wistfully at tge sea.

Disappointing portions and flavour for the price compared to other local places

Good ambience and beach views. Our £17 glass of champagne was served in a plastic glass! Nachos were tasty and fresh.

Excellent service and friendly. Accommodated 50 people for drinks at short notice after we had been let down by a nearby pub (pre-booked). He (owner) was serving on the bar on his own but served speedily and in a welcoming fashion.

Very nice pub for having an high quality hamburger. There’s the possibility to get a lunch deal for only 10 pounds including hamburger, chips and a soft drink. Very good homemade lemonade! I appreciated a lot the chips, made with fresh potatoes and perfectly fried. Very gentle service as well. SUGGESTED!!

We had a lovely dinner here last night - the food was of a very high quality as was the wonderful service we received from Faye, Jo and Jasmine - we would highly recommend the Flint House

Excellent fish, excellent chips, and the nicest and most helpful card. I’ll definitely buy here next time I’m in Brighton.
