The food was okay but for £17 for the veggie platter thing is WILD. I don’t even pay that much money in London for more food. It had 2 falafels and some mezze sauces it was cold and they forgot the dolgma so had to go back down to so for that too. It’s Middle Eastern food where the flavour and freshness it was so dry and bland worst value food I’ve ever had pissed me right off . The vibes and aesthetic is very nice and gives the Middle Eastern feel but for the price you would expect some sort of service but no you had to go to the till to order and a tiny portion. Just feel very scammed it’s not worth the price at all don’t know why there is such a high rating

Great breakfast, excellent service and value for money. We had the pancakes and the big breakfast. Cooked and presented amazingly. Server was helpful too. Have been here before, for dinner and has to be the best of the Bills restaurants we have ever been too. Definately will be back

A very cosy and quaint Middle Eastern restaurant serving a number of well-known traditional dishes. The portions are generous and it's really good value for money, especially if you go for one of the platters. The service was super quick, I don't think I waited for more than 10 minutes, and the staff are really welcoming and friendly people. Wholeheartedly recommend coming here =)

Highly recommend this place, the smell outside was so delicious we had to come in for lunch. As a family of 4 we walked in on Saturday lunchtime and we were seated right away. The food was amazing with big portions served quickly. I'd also really recommend the mint tea.

The restaurant is very nicely decorated and relaxing inside, which was such a nice surprise as I was just looking for a really quick pre gig bite. The food was fresh and really tasty, service smiley and attentive, no pressure. A really surprisingly great experience! Thank you

Great place!! Although the menu is a little small the Food is really nice and excellent 😋. It's also really good value for money, especially if you go for one of the platters or even kebabs. Atmosphere is definitely 10/10 especially if you go upstairs, it's very comfy and welcoming. A great place to go to escape the stress of this world and enjoy some great food.

Freshly made bread like you can get nowhere else! I thought i was done and wanted a sweet treat for the way, ended up having the best baklava I've ever had (and that says a lot!) thank you!

Fantastic food in a wonderful atmospheric setting. Sitting amongst these beautiful chandeliers eating this delicious food is an absolute must. I might also add that the prices are extremely reasonable.

Loved it! We booked without knowing much. It's shall, but upstairs very cute. The service was friendly and efficient. Simple menu, advice given if you're not too sure, the food was amazing. I'd certainly recommend. The lamb with smoky aubergine, 1st class, as is the spicy lamb kofta.

Pretty good! Took a little bit long for the food to arrive as it was busy with take away orders. The food was tasty but in the wraps the ratio of meat to salad to sauce was bit off. In each bite I would only get one or the other. Also a little bit too pickled cabbage for my liking and bit oily. But overall it was nice

Really tasty shawarma, very fresh and such good bread. The herbs on the chicken were so yummy and juicy. The side salad was a great addition too! Definitely recommend and also they have very lovely warm staff!

Just up town to get me hair cut popped in here for lunch and was blown away the food was great id highly recommend stopping by you wont regret it,gonna go back after my air cut for another one!

We just finished our meal at Lavash. Falafel & babagonoush bowl and lamb kebab platter. Outstanding food, very fresh, falafel, lamb and flat bread cooked in front of us. Don’t miss out this restaurant.

The food has always been good here. However, today something happened that upset me a lot. I ordered a shawarma platter. When I took a bite of the couscous, something crunched against my tooth. It was a tiny stone. When I got home, i noticed that my tooth there had broken off. I’m extremely disappointed in Lavash.

Enjoy a wonderful chicken cõp wrap. Wonderful fresh bread, lovely chargrilled chicken and home made relish. Good value - would certainly go again.

Wonderful service, immediately got given a table by who I think was the manager, was given a menu and ordered some wonderful drinks, food took a little longer but was expected as it was quite busy (still only about 25 minutes) but it was totally worth the wait. I had the Halloween special “Count Duck-Ula Burger” which was very flavourful and had a black bun! Food was great, service was great, atmosphere was great, 5 stars!

The service was extremely friendly and helpful unfortunately that didn't quite make up for the very unimpressive food we were served. The children's meals were too small and didn't look or taste very good either. The carrot Batton's didn't look fresh and one piece had a black mark on the end. My breakfast was very disappointing, the streaky bacon seemed undercooked with a lot of very pale fat. I wouldn't ever bother to try another Bills again. I was confused how it was so busy in there and it really doesn't represent good value for money. I'd have enjoyed a weatherspoons meal more tbh and saved around £60 as well.

Fresh bread takes the wrap to next level. Chicken shawarma was great! Staff friendly. The restaurant second floor decoration is so cozy and toilets are super clean. We are not from Brighton and felt so grateful to pick a random restaurant and find it brilliant in every aspect.

Lamb Cop Shish wrap is fantastic, the freshly cooked bread wrap is delicious. Chilled low-key atmosphere. Good lunch spot.

We liked the look of Lavash as we walked past so popped in for some lunch 🥙 and we were so glad we did as the food was very flavourful and the staff was friendly and welcoming 👍 it was a bit noisy on the ground floor so we move up to the first floor that was much better 😎 the only thing that fell short was the salad 🥗 that we paid an extra £4.95 for that was disappointing ☹️ over all we had a nice meal and would eat in there again 😎

Loved the flavours & enjoyed the bulgar instead of rice. Not something you see too often. Nice warm & welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant. I never knew how much space was available to sit down in there. (Mostly upstairs). Would go back for sure.

Last week, we visited and had great lamb pieces cooked with aubergines. It was served with v tasty mezes. We loved their mezes as well!🤗 great food, great experience 🤗 I would definitely recommend 😊

I love Lavash!!! So unassuming from the outside, this is one of my favourite eateries in Brighton. Their interior designer clearly knows what they are found this place is just so cool inside - especially upstairs. The staff are super friendly and are quick to explain what the various dishes are if you get confused. The food is top notch and so fresh it really is brilliant. There waitress was busy so the chef brought my order straight to my table himself to ensure that it didn't sit around even for a few minutes. Brilliant! I've been on my own and with a group of friends and every time the food has been just amazing.

Wraps and sharing plates are delicious, filling and great value. They also have a good loyalty scheme in place for regulars.

The food was rapped with not fresh and cold rapp Dry and with small 4 pieces of mead and no tasty vegetables!! Staff was a very not polite and not nice!! Specially who served us. Above more it is so expensive for this untasty. food. Usually Turkish food so delicious but not this.i wouldn't be recommender to eat there !

Had really tasty chicken here, the food was brilliant. The service was excellent. The espresso I had, blew my head off, which was perfect. Great place to relax and eat good food.

Megan/Meghan, our server, was really helpful and understanding when we complained about a particular meal being quite bland (the Hippy Bowl). She dealt with it so fast and was really friendly so we definitely would go back. Otherwise, the vibes are really nice and the deserts are especially good!

We have been coming to various Bills for many years, starting when the Lewes restaurant was the only one. I don't think we will be going again after such a bland and boring lunch in Brighton. The premises are tired and grubby. The food was on the table within 5 mins of ordering, suspiciously quick. It was very bland and generic and mass produced. The waitress was charming and couldn't be nicer. Basically this place has become too tired and has no trace of the original so only the name femains

lovely chilled out experience with really nice drinks and excellent customer service. we were served by ella who was very on it and made sure we had everything we needed, and when i accidentally left my keys at my seat tried to call after me as i left (and when i returned looking for them, had them moved aside for me thankfully!!)

The best shawarma that I have had in the UK so far! Not the usual kuboos, freshly baked bubbly naan right at the counter. The chicken was soft and full of flavour and all the ingredients were fresh. The place was maintained so well and excellent customer service! We spoke to the manager as well and she was very kind! Must visit place!

The two of us shared the veggie platter because we just needed a snack in between and it was really perfect. Very tasty compilation! There are generally many vegetarian and vegan options. Highly recommended 😊

We were visiting the Seven Sisters via Brighton and then we found this place. In the beginning being sure was difficult because it was not seem so good from the website but everything was so delicious and I really liked the atmosphere of the restaurant. Worth the prices.

Chicken shish wrap was delicious! Very big and filling… only downside was the wrap could do with some sort of sauce, other than that it was delicious!

The food was simply magical. Very tasty and very nice and friendly staff. I will definitely come here again. Turkish beer is very tasty. Lamb kebab, chicken kebab and two beers cost me £42.

Visited few weeks back with family. Place has warm cozy atmosphere. Staff were nice, and helpful. Our order was mixed up, and served different food. When we said this waitress didn't hesitate to change it. Later came and apologised for the mistake which is very hard to see from most restaurants. Food was delicious, big enough to fill your hunger. Fresh and tasty. Price was also at OK level. Recommended.

Unseeming from the outside, but amazing food and a beautiful restaurant on the inside! Definitely a great find, also not too touristy. Dining area and toilets are also very clean. We both had the Falafel wraps and it was some of the best bread we've ever had. Also, it comes at a reasonable price (10£ p. p.) with complementary tap water.

Lavash is a Middle Eastern restaurant located in the heart of Brighton. It has a warm and inviting atmosphere, with traditional Middle Eastern decor. It doesn’t look like much from outside, but the interior decor is beautiful. Although a bit pricey, the flavors are truly authentic. I recently visited Lavash with my partner for lunch. We shared the mixed kebab platter. It comes with grilled chicken, lamb çöp shish and handmade spicy lamb mince kebab (Adana kebab) served with bulgur pilaf, red cabbage, raw onion, salad, chilli & yogurt sauce. We ordered the veggie mixed platter as well but they forgot about it which is why they lose a point on service. We also tried the baklava for dessert, which was a nice sweet treat to end the meal. The baklava was tasty but tasted like it was a little old and had a bit too much syrup for my liking. For drinks, we ordered pomegranate juice, Turkish coffee and şalgam (turnip juice). The pomegranate juice was delicious. The Turkish coffee was well balanced and served with a Turkish delight. Not too bitter. Overall, we had a good experience at Lavash. The food was delicious, the service was friendly, and the atmosphere was inviting. It was a shame we didn’t get to try the veggie mixed platter, I’m sure it’s yummy. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a authentic Middle Eastern dining experience in Brighton. If you order a main per person and a few starters to share, you’re probably looking at paying £20-£30 per head. They also do 10% off for students.

The food here is DIVINE. Really high quality stuff - got recommended by a friend and am so happy that it was. Service was quick but a bit cold, but the food more than makes up for it.

Lavash is a little gem tucked away in the middle of the big businesses of North Street. Great food!

I went here with some friends and just had the lentil soup. It came piping hot with some lovely flatbread. It was delicious and very wholesome food. I look forward to trying other dishes when I return. Highly recommended!
