The coffee stop absolutely went above and beyond for a 50th party that I arranged the food was exceptional and everyone off the guests said the same, more than enough food and amazing service I would rate Angela and George 100% if I could I honestly can not thank them enough for making the occasion so special.

We loved our evening in Coxon and Coxon. Superb choice of wines and very reasonably priced. We shared a charcuterie platter…..delicious. The staff are very relaxed and friendly . We will be back!

A month after visiting this place I am thinking about it, wishing I could have lunch there again (I live down south). Perfect food, perfect atmosphere, perfect hosts, VERY obvious care for quality. Can’t recommend enough and I hope to visit again.

After spending an unexpected day in Berwick upon Tweed, we found this little gem for dinner. It's a cosy restaurant, with a great menu, and friendly staff. We had the steak pie, burgers and curry, all of which were very tasty. We enjoyed it so much, we pushed the boat out and had some desert too. Can't wait for out next visit again soon!

The cafe has a terrific position just under the old walls with a handy carpark on the doorstep and marvellous views over Tweed estuary, the sea and the famous three bridges that span the mouth of the river at this historic spot. We opted for the fresh crab open sandwich (£13.90) which was very generous with delicious sweet white and dark fresh crabmeat, plenty of interesting salad and good bread. As it was a sunny day all the outside tables were already taken but we were comfortable inside. A very tempting display of cakes and desserts also beckoned, so we indulged in the triple cream layered Victoria sandwich. Good coffee, interesting tea selection, pleasant table service. A great discovery, we will definitely return.

A great find, purely by accident. The first bonus it was dog friendly, second being they made vegan cakes! 🌱 I had a lovely peach and walnut cake with a delicious oat milk latte. We returned the next day where I enjoyed a coffee/walnut cake and coffee. The lower part of cafe is dog friendly, not the upper section, but there are plenty of seats. This cafe was constantly busy, the lunches looked to be very good too. Quirky cafe, would highly recommend.

Really great coffee and delicious cake (raspberry and white chocolate, since you ask!) Service friendly and view from the perching stools and tables at the end of the cafe rather lovely across Berwick’s rooftops. Good place for coffee before or after the Lowry exhibition!

Went there yesterday in a group of 7 of us ranging from age 39 to 68. Drinks are overpriced but we went there because on previous visits the staff have always been very friendly and welcoming. Not yesterday. The eldest of our party was asked to leave by the door staff, when we queried it with who I assume is the manager she went to speak to them then walked straight past us on her way back to the bar without saying a word to us. We had to ask the doorman what was said, they were told we could stay but couldn't have anything else to drink as our friend was 'too drunk', she was sat there not saying a word, not doing any harm at all. We tried to speak to the manager again, she walked away in the middle of the discussion. Disgusting attitude, we won't be back. Much better places to visit than this one.

Called in for quick lunch, despite bieng nearly empty service was dreadful, tables not clean, staff were too busy chatting about themselves to bother with customers ! Had a toastie which was very average and they forgot my coffee! Shame as its a very cool space which could be a great venue.

A lovely relaxed experience, I love Neros in Berwick and find it calm and peaceful. Today I visited with my 3 sons, who wanted a sweet treat, the man who served me could see I was busy with them and was patient, polite and just helpful! We love the little library too, it always occupies my two youngest.
