The best restaurants serving British food in Southwark London

Unfortunately we have been very disappointed with it. Novotel is a great place but restaurant really lacks in service , speed and quality. More than one hour to get two pizza (frozen) , wrong order and really tooo long service. A real pity !

He frecuentado Sobo varias veces, hemos tenido el raro pero principalmente por una bebida caliente en el pasado camino. La comida es muy agradable, cocinados a la orden y es la mejor lattè al sur del río. Creo que es un establecimiento familiar y el personal son muy amables y tienen parecía recordar mi pedido ahora! !

Una gran noche con amigos. Disfrutamos la comida Ambiente animado. Servicio amable y profesional. Lamento no haber recibido el nombre de la joven que nos sirvió, era increíble. NB. Me encanta tu política sobre las personas que usan tu restaurante como espacio de trabajo

I was to the Leather Exchange 35 years ago with some friends I used worked out at David Prowse's gym... fast forward to last week. The pub was good back then but has gotten even better with time. Ian was fantastic telling me how area has changed over the years. The beer was fantastic at a reasonable price. I will definitely be going there again soon!

It's one of my favorite places in London — in fact, it was the first traditional pub I visited, so that might be why it's so special to me! There are many delicious cocktails, good beers, and tasty (though not the best) hamburgers and chips. The prices are affordable, and the atmosphere is great with a traditional feel.

Amazing food, Charleigh gave us a great table over looking the river and her service was amazing. Thankyou for a lovely experience. X

We nipped in here for a drink after visiting the Chinese restaurant opposite. Decent enough spot, but a bit too loud for us all.

Fish and chips must have!!!!! Loved it

Lo visité con mi hijo, mi hija, mi suegra y mi nieta. Mientras esta última dormía, sus padres y yo tuvimos un excelente almuerzo. La ciabatta de gammon puede ser el mejor sandwich que he probado en mi vida.

Sehr schönes uriges Pub mit super Lage an der Themse. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Sandwiches sind sehr groß und zu empfehlen.

María (Portuguese lady) attended to us very well, we had a good chat with her. I had the pork belly which was delicious however it lacked vegetables. My wife had Chicken Milanese which was tasty.

A lovely building and with the usual good wetherspoons prices but the staff are so miserable and the dirty plates just sat ignored even though the place was very quiet.

Fue una buena comida de pescado y patatas fritas con una bebida y cambio de diez libras! (Trato Post 2 pm) Han añadido una fotografía para mayor claridad. Sirve pescado de buen tamaño.

Nice atmosphere, decent prices. They seem to have a lot of events + cool nights going on, which is very cool!

Very nice, atmospheric restaurant in St Catherine's dock. multistorey, nice pub but in the 1st and 2nd floor you can have proper, nice food as well. there is also a small garden. Ideal location
