The Crown and Greyhound in Southwark

I was bought lunch here as part of a birthday treat - we had the roast dinner sharing platter. It wouldn't be an exaggeration to say it was one of the most delicious roast lunches I've had. The pork in particular was absolutely melt in the mouth. We ate in the patio area which was nicely arranged with heaters at each table. The lady that met us at the door, Tina, was also extremely friendly and accommodating. I really hope to eat there again.

Met at the door by Tina. She was so friendly and welcoming. Tina explained everything and let me know that my dogs would be welcome in the patio area. Ordered the roast s as d it was just delicious! Zane served me at the bar and was very pleasant and professional. I thought the venue was impressive and I’m looking forward to returning soon.

Gotta be londons best pub garden no doubt. Had a couple of pints out back before the six nations on the big screen upstairs. 10/10 girls & boys

Amazing food and welcoming atmosphere. Our server Kyla was great, very attentive. Visited with a friend and used both the app and went to the bar, both of which were very efficient.

Cold dark atmosphere. Overpriced roast £21 for a small beef. Wouldn’t return although staff were pleasant and food was ok. Not the wow factor expected from other peoples experience and recommendations.

Food was really good, service from Haliya was great! We were there to enjoy a family lunch, restaurant had a nice relaxed feel.

Came in here with a group of friends on a pub walk. We sat down with our drinks in what is a perfectly nice pub although after a few minutes a member of staff came up to us and asked if we would be gone in about 30 minutes as he wanted the table for a food reservation. We thought this wasn't very friendly and so moved on quite quickly.

Good selection of dishes for a reasonable price. Nice staff. Service was quick, and although we only used the restaurant there were some nice sitting areas both inside and outside.

Live locally and just love this pub! Really improved since 2023 and service is delightful. Food is delicious and the wine recommendations are great. Hate to disclose but one of the best beer gardens in SE London. Tina the manager is a delight.

Went here a couple of days ago to catch up with some friends. Was greeted by lovely bar staff and the drinks were lovely! At one point I ordered the Calamari and some chips and received them quickly (worth recommending to anyone who visits)

Had an incredible Sunday roast here last Sunday with my family we managed to get a sharer Sunday roast which was amazing plenty of food for 3 of us to share and had a selection of all the meats and trimmings staff where very accommodating...

Food was pretty poor for the prices. The bacon cheeseburger was severely underwhelming and the cod, beans and chorizo dish was extremely bland and didn’t even contain chorizo.

Would recommend booking in advance. I came by myself and just about managed to get a seat in the sheltered outdoor area in the beer garden. Great atmosphere.

Food was cold and of poor quality. The roast chicken was very dry and the roast beef sparse and tough. Extremely overpriced for the quality of the meal.
