The Surrey docks wetherspoon in Southwark

Rude and abusive bar staff, manager not interested when complained to. Will not use again,never had this sort of welcome in any other weather spoons.

Vormittags gibts Frühstück schon ab 5,99 Pfund, Kaffeeflat für knapp 1,60 Pfund. Hauptspeisen mittags und abends für knapp 10 Pfund, oftmals mit der Option auf ein vergünstigtes Getränk (alkoholisch / nicht alkoholisch). Sehr zu empfehlen zu jeder Tageszeit.

It’s been a few years since occasionally frequenting this boozer and it has not changed one bit. Decent selection of beer as you’d expect and your typical ‘Spoons food menu. Their Wiltshire ham & eggs adorned with a sachet of HP sauce went down a treat.

Upon ordering a bottle of Pinot Noir with others to follow with friends, I’m told they only have 2 wine glasses and would I like flutes! I then ask what the array of grim water stained glasses are hanging in front and I’m told they’re Gin glasses! Considering they sell wines both by the glass and bottle I’d expect proper wine glasses. Maybe this is Wetherspoons standards!!!

A group of twenty of us arrived for lunch, on a Saturday, without having warned them. The pub coped really well - no delays, food served promptly, sizeable portions, friendly and helpful staff, clean loos. A really good JDW experience.

Came with family today to have some food and left completely hungry, terrible experience, terrible food, ordered sirolline steak , asked for medium row , they brought not even sirolline steak , but thin cut frying steak, after complaint they brought for me exactly same, ordered side salad and hallumi ,which girl on the bar forgot to put in my order , basically in the end left completely hungry, even burgers ,which had my husband was terrible, small , enough just for todler, never will go to eat there anymore!!!!! So angry and upset. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

An item or mine was lost and binned accidentally through no fault of the staff. They found it, cleaned it up for me and were really helpful. Above and beyond! Thanks!

I come here with friends, family and sometimes on my own for lunch just because I love the atmosphere it's walking distance the food is always good and the service is amazing the bar staff are so welcoming and have an actual laugh unlike other boring pubs I've experienced. They are always so kind and smiley especially the 2 lovely lady's Lesley and mel and also David he is a true gentleman and anything is not to much to ask him for even if he is so busy he will never forget you...... And to all the other staff at Surrey docks stay fab my favourite spoons always...... From Lucy lu xxxx

Lesley is amazing . She really helped me out with Learning difficulties as I couldn’t read the menu and she politely sat down to read it to me great service will definitely come back love her

Food and drinks were good but staff members on floor socializing with friends, being loud, saying inappropriate things and swearing. They were more interested in socializing than customers within the pub. They were on phones and weren't very professionally about their jobs at all and one had ripped jeans on. Very disappointing to see. They carried on the whole 2 hours we were there.

The very least I could do is write a honest review about this pub! Went here last night and the staff are all genuinely so friendly and helpful and LOVELY! Seems to me like the best pub in the area! Thank you! Xx

This is always a busy Spoons and definitely one of the better Spoons (and I’v been in a few!). Drinks can sometimes be a bit slow to arrive, on one occasion not arriving by the time my food had arrived, so had to ask for it, and I have previously ordered a drink and packet of nuts; the drink being delivered without the nuts, which I had to ask for; but on each time the staff have always been very pleasant, apologised and swiftly resolved the issues. The food has been consistently good (or as good as Spoons food gets), always hot and to spec, served with a smile even by clearly very busy staff. Iv found it to be kept very clean even when busy, with clean loos too. I shall be popping back occasionally whilst I’m staying nearby for work.

Last night was the first Friday I have had off of work for a very long time. I am a key worker so have been working all through this pandemic. I was looking forward to "freedom" and meeting a family member for an evening bite to eat and drink. I only wish that we were told that food service would be totally cut off at a certain time. We would not have stood in the cold, in a queue for over an hour. I understand and expected it to be busy, and yes was even prepared to have too wait for a table, but to get said table and start ordering (via the app) to suddenly have a message come up and say "These items have been removed from your basket" was annoying as well as inconvenient. (none of us had eaten..) The staff were very friendly and engaged with us while we waited in the queue, which was reassuring, and they tried their hardest to maintain social distancing within the guidelines. (People need to learn too listen!) I am not upset by the way we were addressed by any of the staff, in fact as we left we spoke to the security and they could not apologise enough! Just really disappointed at the outcome. Maybe there should be something to say that "food served up until..." then the queue of people waiting might not be so big. (Just a thought!)

We came here on the first day after lockdown. Greeted by Kylee on the door, she was professional, fun, friendly and so caring! She told us the new procedures in place and made sure we felt safe. She is really an asset to the team and the place, overlooking all of the guests needs. Been to this place before but Kylee’s attitude really made it special! Can’t wait to go back!!

Called in here after a game at the New Den. As away fans we kept a low profile, but thought the atmosphere was top drawer. Great choice of beers and a friendly efficient bar staff Worth a visit

Rude staff, absolutely disgusting service. Asked for a Kopparberg mixed fruits. She replies 'single or double'??? I repeated that I wanted a Kopparberg mixed fruits. She then told me she didn't need to put up with my attitude and that she thought I'd asked for a gin. I repeated a 3rd time Kopparberg mixed fruits and was told I needed to wait while they changed the barrel. Then I get given a Kopparberg strawberry & lime. Take the drink back, 'manager' is called and I ask if I could please have the drink that I asked for. Get told that she has to take into account both sides of the story, I need to make it a bit clearer what I want when I order and that they can't help a mix up due to the many different varieties of Kopparberg on offer!!! They serve 2 types. After the bad experience thought it best to get my partner to order food. He comes back and tells me how the staff were muttering between them and made some derogatory comment about him ordering. Get served the most disgusting, inedible garlic bread. I wouldn't be surprised if they'd put bleach on it out of spite, it was that revolting. My partner took it back and asked the 'manager' to taste it herself to see how awful it was. She told him they're not allowed to do that and that she wasn't going to do anything about it as she had to take into consideration our earlier complaint about the drink. WOW!!! I've never experienced such horrendous customer treatment in all my life. Needless to say, I will never go back there again.

I visit this establishment every day of the year to drink and eat, but!!!!! I have not had a solitary drink from the owners as a thank you will for being a regular maybe the CEO should look into giving regulars a complimentary drink for there loyalty, this upsets and frustrates ps: see you tomorrow

Ideal para comer y beber en una ciudad que es muy cara. La comida está bien, nada de otro mundo, pero teniendo en cuenta el nivel de Londres en lo gastronómico, no está mal. No esperen gran atención por parte de los empleados. El trato es el justo y necesario. Los niños pueden estar hasta las 22 hs, luego les piden que se retiren.

The staff member Mel was particularly rude to us and we was not impressed by the service given to us.

Witherspone is a bank when talking about affordable good food and drinks, one knows what one gets. But instead to follow this main goal in this restaurant the emploeés does not care. Less than half filled with people many nonoccupied tables loaden with the rest of the meals of others, plates and rests of food and drinks on the tables surfaces. After I had asked for it was "cleaned" by wiping just across and through the remainings, table left wet and called it as perfectly done = appetite mostly gone.

Love this Wetherspoon next to Surrey Quays station. Nice outdoor area. I put wrong table in my online order but they sorted nicely. Lamb Shank yummy. Wetherspoon, always great value.

I have been to this pub on three different occasions two for work when people have left and one with my family when I came back from holiday.I must say it is definitely really nice eating and drinking here. The service is very friendly and fast

I've visited this wetherspoons a few times and the food is pretty ok, you get what you pay for and can have a really cheap eat and have plenty of choice. It is slightly awkward when the staff encourage the men that have been there from opening time to drink more, i've seen that a couple of times and it's a bit rude, especially when the customers get very drunk and staff don't do anything about it. I was there a few months ago and a older man was shouting provocative things and the staff don't seem to mind that and just laugh or continue their converstions, I don't think it's fair to allow people to stay when they comment sexist or racist things about other customers who are minding their own business. Anyway, we ordered through the app and I had 3 different meals that I did not order come my way, my families meals had all come and I had to ask twice for my food to come, it came 15 mins after their food had arrived so I was eating alone. I find some days are worse and it depends who works there, but I do think something should be done when people are acting very inappropriately and staff are doing nothing to help because I have seen it on more than 1 occasion where people have left because of things that the drunk older men have said, but the staff do nothing to help and rather serve them more alcohol. I have seen other wetherspoons take action and not serve people when they have obviously had too much to drink, maybe they should go on training days with other staff.

I visited The Surrey Docks in August and I had the loveliest time. I was visiting London with some friends and decided to pop in for some food and drink. The tall boy with black hair was lovely when serving. The food came out swiftly and was very nice. Prices are very reasonable for London. Definitely returning!

We stopped for lunch, as we were in the area and the pub sits conveniently close to the Surrey Quays Tube station. The pub is quite big, with an outside terrace on the street (exposed to local car traffic), the interior is welcoming and displays several posters with biographical trivia of people connected to the area: I thus discovered that sir Michael Caine was born in Rotherhithe; and that Barbados-born sir William Maynard Gomm, who served the British Army for 80 years, the longest career on record, inherited in 1822 the Manor of Rotherhithe, from part of which the Surrey Docks and the Southwark Park were created. Enlightened by this glamorous information, we each ordered chicken avocado wraps with chips and a drink - all tasty and plentiful; I expanded my beer education taking the Wandle on tap, a bitter from Sambrooks brewers, while my wife modestly stuck to a diet Pepsi. The bill was £10, not bad for London. Service was friendly and efficient, and we had a pleasant time. We will go back, when in the area, and discover more about the local historical celebrities.

Visited this pub and found that the staff liked talking to themselves rather than serving us. The staff were very rude and completely ignored us. I have been here a couple of times and the staff seem to like being rude to customers. So i will never venture into this establishment again unless mr wetherspoon himself sends all their staff on a ,"how to be nice to people" course.!!.

I popped in here today to feed my brood after a trip to the bowling alley. I normally go to another JDW locally but thought I’d give this one a try, we were literally on its door step so made complete sense. My Nan needed the loo and wasn’t sure where to go so asked someone behind the bar for directions. She was given a key to the disabled toilet. When she opened the door the floor had water all over it and the bottom of her trousers were wet when she came back. We went and ordered by a young man who was pleasant. Our food came out relatively swiftly. I ordered two ultimate burgers and another three meals. The two fish and chips along with the classic burger came out fine. The ultimate burgers came out cold. The streaky bacon literally felt ice cold to touch! I mentioned this to the you g lady that served us the food and she took the plates back to the kitchen. She came back with both plates very quickly and said ‘it’s supposed to be uncooked it’s from the fridge that’s what my manager said’ Her body language, tone of voice and facial expressions indicated to me that I was being a complete nuisance. I mean how completely inconsiderate of me to question why the food I had just purchased was stone cold! I said I wasn’t prepared to feed my son bacon that was from the fridge. She then said very gruffly ‘so what do you want me to do about it then?’ She added a little huff on the end, which I’m sure was to let me know (if I hadn’t already worked it out) that she was annoyed. By this time another young boy who worked there came along to watch the show. I mean there were dirty tables everywhere and a flooded toilet. Sadly he didn’t prioritise his workload effectively. I replied to the young lady ‘what do you suggest?’ She looked at me and rolled her eyes. I replied ‘I won’t eat ice cold bacon so can you replace it without the bacon?’ So off they both went and the young lady said very loudly ‘why’s she got such an attitude?’ And both her and the young boy laughed. Completely unprofessional. I went to the bar and asked the man who served me earlier if I could speak to the manager as I wasn’t happy with my experience. The young male employee who came to watch ‘the show’ was by the doorway of the bar. He then began to protest his innocence and said ‘I couldn’t say anything to her because I didn’t want to get into an argument with her’ (referring to his colleague) I told him repeatedly I didn’t state that I was complaining about him. He was, by the end of this part of the show, raising his voice at me and was clearly agitated and was told by two other members of staff to go out the back and calm down. The manager finally arrived and I briefly explained what had happened. She made it appear that she wasn’t really bothered. Don’t recall getting an apology, she simply said she’d get new food and she would ‘talk to them both out the back in a minuet’ I went and sat down. She came over quickly and said she’d make sure the food was ‘brand new’ I thanked her. Food came, Everyone else had finished. My son didn’t want it by this stage and only ate the chips. I didn’t eat any of it. The young girl continued to serve people their food and stomped past my table a few times like a stroppy teenager. BbI asked the manager if I could have the names of the two individuals as I was intending to make a complaint. She said she couldn’t give their names to me (very convenient) I have made a complaint via the website. I will be sure to follow it up too. Unfortunately in an establishment that sells food, you will have food sent back. Stroppy, young (clearly inexperienced) staff who cannot control their emotions and conduct their selves in an unprofessional manner will result in complaints. I won’t step foot back into this establishment. It was an absolute shambles. Maybe the area manager or head office should pay an unexpected visit.

I have been coming to The Surrey Docks for over 10 years and it never disappoints! I went on a Monday afternoon and it was quite busy but there was still room to get a table and have space around us. We ordered via the Wetherspoons app and took advantage of two meals for £8.59 and ordering two drinks. The drinks came very quickly and they were ice cold - perfect for this weather!

Cheap even by Wetherspoon standards - only a small number of real ales on, and the one of these we wanted was "off". Meal served in reasonable time, usual JDW standard. Staff friendly and hardworking.

Having been to many Wetherspoons, this one is disappointing. It is almost dead all of the time, some weird people are usually disturbing customers. Staff is good though. Table ordering using the app is good but slow.

The bitters are either not on or cloudy The tables are never cleared and it's impossible some times for my disabled friend to use the diasbled toilets

El agradable día caluroso me gustó mi envoltura de pollo habitual con chipotle mayonesa y papas fritas (con mis 2 jarras de cóctel Tutti fruiti) y sabía a ACEITE DE PESCADO, así que hice una buena queja y me dijeron que era viernes. La mayoría de las cosas saben a pescado porque están ocupadas. hecho en el mismo aceite que el bacalao (malditos pesques los viernes) ¡ahora qué pasa si eres alérgico al pescado, a veces cucharas! No prestaría atención a los comentarios sobre comida horrible. Si eres alguien que quiere barato y alegre, como cualquier otra cucharilla, hace el trabajo perfectamente. Pedí un panini, papas fritas, pan de ajo grande con queso y Pepsi Max, todos por debajo de 9. Los amigos tenían una hamburguesa, uno tenía un curry, todos disfrutaban de una variedad diferente de comida que sabía increíble. Las bebidas también son muy baratas, una de las mejores cucharas en las que he estado hasta ahora.

I went to the Surrey Docks last Sunday. I was excited about eating at the Surrey Docks. We can spend a comfortable time there. For example, we can eat lots of dishes of foreign country. And then, that dishes has given us various experiences. However, the location’s bad. It’s far from the centre of the town. So, it is very difficult for us to go to the Surrey Docks.

Came here with my nan, for breakfast ordering at the bar the lady was so rude and grumpy she asked whos next we said us and she said to another customer, 'let me get them out of the way' she huffed as we ordered and spoke over us. I will not be returning to such low standards of service. No need to be so rude.

By far Is my best pub, if you live nearby you can’t miss this place.

I’m a local! On Wednesday 16 October 2018 the customer services was (0) and the manager that I spoke to him he shouldn’t be a manager.

Decir que esta parte del sur de Londres ha cambiado casi más allá del reconocimiento es una subestimación, pero ver el nombre de este pub es recordar los días en que los muelles locales (¡NO muelles!) Atestados de mercancías de todo el imperio y el muelle se llenaron de locales. estibadores Ahora los muelles pueden estar llenos de yates de lujo, los almacenes reemplazados por los ostentosos apartamentos de 1980 y los trabajadores por banqueros mercantes, pero este establecimiento, que una vez fue notorio, sigue siendo un último bastión de la clase trabajadora Bermondsey. You can't beat the value of the Curry Club. The pub itself is a typical Wetherspoons with a good selection of drinks and plenty of staff.

It's a really nice place for drinks, with a good selection of beers and a nice atmosphere. Not really impress with the food, we ordered 2 Ultimate burgers, wich came after like 10 minutes, but the buns were cold, the onion rings as well and the chips were...ok.

Love this Wetherspoons. Superb Doom Bar at £2.25 a pint. No idea about the food as the beer is too good to think about eating. The young staff provide excellent service.

Amazing place, great value for money and the staff always very friendly! The outside area specially this season of the year is a must. They have screens inside and aircon. The food is good and also great value. If you around Surrey Quays pop in.

Both the wife and I had a nice time in this lovely little Wetherspoons. We ended up leaving central London to come to this pub because it was far far cheaper than in the Centre of the city. The flowers in the front outdoor seating area were lovely as was the drinks that we had - haig club whisky, a few cans of IPA to name a couple.

The woman is completely useless she don't know what she's doing she's very rude I will not be returning to this rubbish establish if you want a cheap Wetherspoon go to Greenwich which is five minutes bus ride

Para ver un gran parte del exterior reservados para los no fumadores, lástima que no es impuesta por la administración, al parecer debido a las dificultades de la actividad policial, debido a la mala señalización que ha sido solicitado pero no entregado. Así vi los carteles en las mesas, por lo que sentado en la zona de no fumadores. Así que una comida con amigos completamente estropeadas por el rumbo de los vapores cancerígenos. Después de quejarnos, el gerente de todo el personal no enviar, con escobas, a despejar las colillas, pero no pide a los fumadores que ambos ponen sus cigarrillos o desplazarse a la zona de fumadores, que es, por supuesto, es por el viento de la zona de no fumadores! !

Recientemente encontré este pub después de una noche en la casa de los vendedores ambulantes por la calle, el personal era super amable y concentrados. Nunca esperó para bebidas y cuando habíamos pedido algunos aperitivos llegaron rápidamente y fresca. Bistec era un poco duro pero por el precio vale la pena! Mi amigo tiene la app, así que probé por primera vez y el personal era muy rápido para entregar las bebidas. En general, un pequeño pub, definitivamente regresaremos cuando estoy al lado del barrio. Todo lo que quieras desde un relajado y - weatherpoons relajado.

Estaba de visita en Canadá para Agua parecía lugares para comer. La encima del pub era práctico para las tiendas, así que fuimos allí, muchos asientos y un ambiente animado. Buen servicio en el bar y comida pronto llegamos. Caliente y abundante. Excelente servicio

No me gusta que han desechado algunas ofertas wetherspoons club, utilizada para amor bistec asado, curry y clubes domingo, pero porque ya no es lo mismo. Bonita zona al aire libre para fumadores, dentro de no demasiado mal. Desayunamos unas cuantas veces pero sale frío,...

A veces pop aquí un descarado cerveza después de compras en Tesco. En otras ocasiones puede tomar el desayuno aquí. Siendo un Wetherspoons usted está garantizado una buena selección de cervezas a precios económicos y un desayuno decente. Este pub es siempre bien frecuentado y es un lugar fascinante para ver a la gente local, pero sólo intenciones Bermondsey no mirando!

Great pub for the remaining working class in the area. Busy on millwall matchdays. Good service. Enjoyable.

This is still one of the best Weatherspoons staff do not seem to 2 understand how to clear a table clear it and wipe it one table at a time or leave all tables dirty?

Wir waren für ein frühes Abendessen samstags im Surrey Docks. Es war rappellvoll. Dementsprechend war es leider schwer, einen sauberen, freien Tisch zu bekommen und zu behalten. Abgesehen davon war das Personal aber freundlich, das Essen und die Preise gut.

Not a particularly attractive building, and darker than the average JDW, but the usual good value Wetherspoon food, good staff, and very well kept ale.Loos could do with a refurb.Handy for London overground, and opposite mega-Tesco

Although well located for Surrey Quays station, The Surrey Docks is quite a grim pub with a lack of natural and an outdated decor. The service and drinks were fairly good but the onion rings we ordered were not the best quality. Cheap doesn't always mean cheerful.

Drinks here are literally half the price of central London Wetherspoons pubs. Staff are friendly, don't mind large groups moving tables which is good.

Appena arrivati abbiamo faticato a trovare un tavolo libero, non tanto per le persone ma perché erano tutti pieni di piatti e bicchieri sporchi che non venivano portati via da nessuno. Ci siamo accomodati all unico tavolino libero che era di un lerciume nauseante, non ci si poteva appoggiare perché era tutto appiccicoso. Attendiamo che vengano a prendere le ordinazioni e dopo essere stati ignorati per almeno 20 minuti andiamo al bancone a ordinare, paghiamo e torniamo al tavolo. Dopo qualche minuto ci vengono a dire che uno dei piatti era terminato così abbiamo cambiato scelta pagando la differenza. Dopo qualche minuto ci comunicano che entrambi i piatti erano terminati e scegliamo altro con successivo rimborso. Sembra una presa in giro ma nuovamente i piatti erano terminati ( ma prima di farci pagare non lo sapevano? ). Ci informano allora dell unico piatto disponibile ( su un menù di almeno 4 pagine) e acconsentiamo a prendere quello non essendoci altra scelta. Dopo 30 minuti di attesa chiediamo al cameriere che va a informarsi e ci comunica scusandosi che si erano dimenticati le nostre ordinazioni e dovevano ancora cucinarle. Mai visto un servizio così pessimo. Il cibo non era cattivo ma neanche memorabile. Peccato però che il giorno seguente ci siamo alzati stando male. Assolutamente da evitare.

Standard Wetherspoons place so cheap enough. Food was served up pretty promptly and was of reasonably good standard. Staff were obliging and efficient. It was a bust friday night when i went and locals were in good spirits!

Locale non proprio in centro ma se siete di passaggio fermatevi in questo pub. Ottimo locale, spazi ampi e tavolini fuori. Buono il servizio. Varietà di piatti e birre tutti buoni! Worldwide food. Delicious burritos and desserts. Excellent quality/price ratio. Good service. The only dot in a very relaxing evening has been the guy who took our orders at the desk.

Wir haben einen tollen Abend im Lokal verbracht:Nettes Personal, super Drinks, günstige Preise, unterhaltsame Einheimische.Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl hier und werden bestimmt nochmals vorbeischauen.

Real ales at good prices. It's what you expect from a Wetherspoons pub. However, the good news about this busy, street corner pub in a gentrified part of Docklands, is that despite reports of football thugs roaming nearby all was peace and calm. And despite the crowds the staff also kept calm and carried on serving.

The food is disgusting the staff are rude and also i think this pub has a bad smell in there not recommended be warn Tower Bridge spoons is better

I had a full English breakfast at The Surrey Docks today for only £4.50 including an excellent cappuccino. Service friendly and efficient. I returned in the evening and had an excellent sirloin steak washed down with a pint of Guinness for only £8.25. We even had a goo laugh with the very friendly Cockney locals.Five stars. JD Wetherspoons does it again!

It is quite average but it does what it says on the tins ie: supply beers and a place to seat and chat with friends, there are better places but if you are around it is ok

We called in here on Sunday morning as we were in the area to support those taking part in the London Marathon. This pub is in a prime location on a junction near Surrey Quays Overground station and great for seeing the runners. The pub was busy as they were serving both breakfasts and bacon/sausage sarnies to the 1000s of people in the local area. The staff were run off their feet which is to be expected but I was massively disappointed in the state of the gents toilets. I went in just after 9am and there was water all over the floor, one toilet was overflowing and there was paper strewn everywhere. Not good to see, especially when you're about to go and tuck into some food downstairs.

As ever, the best place to go for breakfast in SE16. Good food, great value - served fast and hot. Also, great value local real ales.

We visited at lunchtime on a Bank Holiday. We got served quickly, the staff were polite, the food good, hot and tasty. They accommodated our requests to variations from the menu well.The place was clean and tables cleared quickly.We will be going back.

Went in for Sunday lunch on Mothers day and what a lovely experience for somewhere cheap and cheerful We spent about £12 each for a two course steak lunch and a pud, Steak was well cooked, tender and juicy, servings were large and the peppercorn sauce was just spicy enough. Service was efficient, polite and friendly, we were served by Alasdair (?) who couldn't do enough for us and waiting times were not too long considering just how busy it was. We parked in Tesco's opposite which was free!It's a Wetherspoons, so it does what it says on the tin. Great value and lovely experience.

Sunday roast (lamb) with all the trimmings and a pint of real ale for only £8!!Roast tastes great and portion is quite big!

A good place to go for a quick 'catch up ' , drinks, meetings,etc, close to Canada Water and Surry Quays Stations.Food's relatively O.K and it's a 'Witherspoons' type pub, close to Tesco's and the main Surry Quays Shopping Centre.

I went to the pub the other weekend with my other half to have a quick meal after a nice walk.I think we all know that the quality of the food there isn't the best, but it's cheap and simple. Having said that, neither of us was very pleased when the waitress tripped over her own feet and dropped two plates full of gravy, meat and vegetables.Our clothes and shoes were messed up and when we asked the store manager to cover the costs for dry cleaning, he said to go through the online channel.Did that about a week ago and haven't heard anything.I can't recommend it!

Visited wetherspoons before midday on a Monday. Not to busy just a couple of locals. Quite a big pub inside but very dark in places. Staff friendly but not over the top!! Had a beer and a coffee. Had the chicken burger which was good and value for money but when the big breakfast came the beans luke warm and the sausages are a very poor quality there definitely need changing!!! Would pop in for a beer if passing but not for food not until there are some changes made.

I came here with my friends to have a nice evening New Years meal. The lady who is the assistant manager was extremely rude and reluctant to clean the table where we had to bring the dirty plates to her. The bartender who served me had a bad attitude, cocky and did not acknowledge me at all and let the other customers jump the queue. Family pubs or any pubs are suppose to be friendly and warm but this pub proved me wrong. I am very disappointed in how this pub is ran with no care for their customers and staff who just don't want to be here. Unfortunately there is a no star rating for this app.

I took my brother-in-law here on Christmas Eve. The beer was good, the staff friendly, and there was a good atmosphere.It was let down by the really disgusting men's toilets. Somebody had obviously been sick in there, they stank, and several of the cubicles were out of order.I don't let a single bad experience inform my reviews. However, I've been back there this evening with my partner, and the toilets are still disgusting.Fine if you only want a pint and don't need to use the toilet. Otherwise stay away
