Been visiting this pub for years and was so glad it has had a much needed refurb. The pub now is much more inviting and the outside area is really fabulous. Thought we would try their Sunday roast and wasn’t disappointed. The beef was just the right side of pink with lots of veg. Husband had the chicken and he didn’t leave a morsel. The pub was busy with a good atmosphere and the service was very friendly. Will definitely be back.

A lot of Very rude male staff. not a kid friendly place to stay. Front desk male staff who assisted checking out had a know-it-all atittude. Big male staff wearing coat in the dining hall was loud, strong and unkind to my kid. Even threatened to put my kid in a dark room. The waiter during the wedding we attended banged the wine bottle on our table for no reason. All female staff were kind and nice. Very POOR Customer service from MALE STAFF. Place was very nice but because of the experience from the staff and big man wearing coat our stay became a nightmare.

Obviously they were running out of food or their chef and I use that in a loose term is on a massive bonus for food savings Basically charged for fish and chips and got the small version which is alot less money The mushy peas looked a larger portion than the chips and the fish fitted nicely around the outside portion of the plate well a quarter of the rim Tip for everyone don’t order late and not the first time I’ve had a problem ordering late here and when I say late I mean with an hour of service still to go

The manager is sooooo rude to her staff always raising her voice at them I walked out without ordering when I saw the sandwich maker cross contaminate foods without changing her gloves!!! She picked up Tuna and spread it with her hand and then used the same hand any pit it in the ham!!! She the touch other sandwiches from the toaster all without changing her gloves!! If you have allergies or dietary requirements - I would avoid!

This was our local and we felt welcomed as a family until this month. Typically we went once or twice a week to get out of the house and spend time together as a family. Sadly, we were made to feel unwelcome yesterday. Our three year old moved around in the pub for approximately 90 seconds, with me supervising him and within arm's reach. A member of staff approached me and said the child couldn't do that and made a further comment about how I had dressed my child. I should say that we immediately complied with the request and then left. It was not busy in the pub at the time, and we always came for about an hour and then left. Parents and children should be welcomed in public, and it is very rare that someone is in the right to comment on how a parent chooses to rear (and especially dress) their child. To preempt a response about health and safety, ultimately it is my responsibility to ensure these for my child and I was supervising him closely, and the movement was under two minutes total. When we've gone in the past to this pub, people were interested to speak to us and our child and generally our child was quiet or doing normal toddler things like talking to us and others. Children act like children, and that's and important part of places that can build community such as local pubs. If childlike behaviour is unwelcome, please put up a sign saying "children are not welcome" and be done with it. We will be avoiding this pub from now on.

Located a short distance from Richmond Park kingston Gate. This pub is extremely tired with uncomfortable seating. Prices of beer are much higher than normal. Staff only seemed interested In the regulars not first time customers like us. From our experience give the Park Tavern a wide berth
