Been coming here for 44 years (as the Alpini for most of them). Absolutely faultless, clean and fantastic value for a lovely breakfast. I really wish all concerned the very best you are keeping the very high standards of previous owners over the years.

The best Sunday Roast I've ever had in a pub, and I'm not young - I've had way too many. The music, the Sunday vibe, the super friendly service, the great wine, the food, the lovely beers, the obvious passion, the comfy seating. This really is a perfect pub. I so wished that I lived nearby but whenever I'm in London at the weekend, this is where I will be.

What a traditional pub shaman, a smiling and professional service. The kitchen is very good. I can only recommend coming and spending some time in this wonderful place.

Great place. Lovely pint of Guinness and you can actually sit and chat to folk without shouting. Friendly staff and it’s a cosy classic pub that feels authentic.

Horrible Experience - Extremely Unprofessional Staff I had the worst brunch experience at SUNDAY today. The service was slow, the staff were inattentive and rude, and their attitude toward customers was appalling. After I accidentally dropped some food on the floor, the staff laughed at us instead of cleaning it up. When we politely requested them to remove it, the waitress got upset, picked it up angrily, and we overheard her swearing about us to her colleagues. The staff spent more time gossiping and staring at customers than attending tables, creating an extremely uncomfortable atmosphere. Their behaviour was unprofessional and unacceptable. I will never return.

While the kitchen closed at 9:30PM sharp, we enjoyed a Guinness and the atmosphere. This place is smaller than it appears, but still was a very nice visit. It is one of four bars within a block of the Doubletree.

the nicest girl served me today on the till. i had a teeny problem and she solved it quickly :)

The drinks were disappointing, and the person who appeared to be the manager was rude. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Love Bills. Been to a number of them generally on a Sunday morning and you get a great breakfast good service and certainly a meal to keep you going for the day. Well recommended.

Otra tienda de pasteles y puré se está cerrando. Esta tienda de pastelería ha estado en Chapel Market por más de 100 años, pero con el aumento de las tasas de negocios y las ganancias de otra pastelería tradicional, la tienda de puré hace morder el polvo. Muy triste verlo ir a finales de marzo.

Our second visit and once again, lovely. The owners should be commended on their staff who are all so friendly and helpful. Our room was really nice with a very comfortable bed and 3 pillows each. The spa stands out. Very luxurious and relaxing. Breakfast offers plenty of choice and the eggs are a must - the eggs are laid by the hotel hens! Can’t wait to visit again!

We had our post-wedding celebratory drinks in Chapel Bar, and would highly recommend it! Luke and the team were very helpful, and adaptable to our evolving requirements, and everything on the day went perfectly. Food (we had canapes and cakes) was all delicious, and the atmosphere was great!

The food I felt was expensive. Smoked salmon starters were tiny and soup was not warm. Our friends thought that too much salt was used in the cooking of the steam and risotto dish too. On the plus side excellent bread and a beautiful dining room at the back of the pub which was quiet.
