Ok soy snob de cerveza Aprendí a beber buena cerveza en Edimburgo, Escocia, en 1977, cuando no había "buena cerveza" en los Estados Unidos. Desde entonces todos sabemos lo que sucedió en la escena artesanal. El resto del mundo se queda atrás, incluido el Reino Unido. ¡Pero no en Craft! ! Increíble selección de cervezas artesanales locales y personal de bar experto. Feliz de hablar sobre las cervezas y cervecerías, ofrecer gustos y ayudar con las selecciones. Tuve algunas grandes IPA y grandes stouts. ¡Por supuesto que fue dos veces y podría / debería haber ido más a menudo!

Este es un excelente bar al que ir si quieres probar nuevos gustos con algunos amigos. Es animado y contó con una gran cantidad de gente. El personal del bar fue muy servicial a la hora de permitir catadores aunque estaba ocupado y esto lo hizo muy divertido, ¡aunque tenga cuidado con algunos de los más fuertes!

Eerste avond hier. De burgers waren zeer zeer middelmatig evenals de friet dus daar hoef je niet voor te gaan. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk. Mooie collectie bieren. De brick lane pils is een aanrader. De sfeer binnen is goed en ontspannen.

Went to try some new beers, really good and knowledgeable bar staff always chose a great option as per my request/taste. One issue was it seemed to be the last stop of the night for a lot of people so a bit of an unsavory crowd - no trouble just loud and distasteful shouting

En sortant de notre spectacle « The Motown » nous sommes allés prendre une bière dans ce bar situé juste en face. Accueil chaleureux, ambiance sympa et bonne musique. Le sous-sol en travaux, manquait lui pour le coup de chaleur et de « vie ». Endroit très sympa pour boire un verre.

If you are looking for a nice place to get some great beers, in a safe environment go for it! By safe I mean that this chain of places is building upon what to expect in a cozy craft beer environment, and they deliver! Why only 3 stars? The food... ordered a burger (90% of the menu is burgers), it was cold and boring. The service in the bar was great, not the delivery of the food. Go for great beers, but avoid the food :)

Parabéns ao chef brasileiro,Leon Borja, que está comandando a cozinha hoje! Bebemos bem, pois o lugar oferece mais de 10 tipos diferentes de cerveja artesanal, mas o diferencial mesmo foi a comida! “Harley dogs” é como vem no cardápio, mas além do cachorro quente que eu provei e adorei, tem hambúrguer e outras opções! Preço justo e sabor delicioso!

Great little pub, with loads of different types of beers to try. Decent service and fairly reasonable prices too for London.

At first view this is a craft beer outlet with a few pumps. Craft beer has been hijacked by the big brewers now so no guarantees. However not only was the draft in great condition but the bottles were varied and interesting

I happened across this bar by chance whilst on my way to meet friends. Excellent service, a really pleasant ambience and a superb selection of craft beers. I counted 25 pumps in service! I'll definitely be coming back.

Stumbled into this gem yesterday and had the most amazing evening. I am not a beer person but had a mango one, so different and delicious, a bit spicy, a great choice. The place is lovely, the decor, the staff and then came the jazz, this two playing piano and trumpet made our night. Left at 11 but only because they were closing. Looking forward to go back

We visit the place looking for some good ales! They have a wide variety and the staff was really kind! The place is really comfortable and seems really authentic

Dropped in for a pre dinner drink which gave us time to try a couple of the superb beers on offer from this little gem of a pub. Just wish we lived nearby as it would definitely become a regular place to go!

Si quieres un pub como el de las películas, puede que este no sea el lugar para ti. . Pero si estás en la búsqueda de la mejor artesanía brew de Londres (Reino Unido) y la tiene para ofrecer, este lugar no es para no perdérselo. El Cerdo Tarta era verdaderamente delicioso.

He estado en algunos pubs de artesanías cerveza co ahora, pero yo creo que este es mi favorito. Es bastante pequeña con un bar bastante compacta, pero eso no significa la selección de cerveza es menos impresionante. Normalmente por lo menos 10 cervezas de barril y interesantes en una enorme variedad de cerveza embotellada, así que no puedo salir de sabores para probar, aunque hyou puede funcionar bajo en efectivo si sigue pidiendo las bebidas más caras! It's a nice pub with some strange sounding local ales.I had a strawberry flavoured lager which was drinkable, I think they only sell local brewed beer.

Ich war dort mit Freunden, weil unser Hotel gleich um die Ecke war. Das Pub ist wie man sich ein typisches, gemütliches Pub vorstellt. Die Kellner sind freundlich und kennen sich gut aus mit den vielen Biersorten.An einem Abend gab es auch sehr gute Live Musik und das auch noch ohne Eintritt. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dorthin gehen!

You find Craft Beer Co Islington in a somewhat out of the way location, ten minutes walk from Angel tube station. The bar is small with plenty craft beers on offer, this in combination with a busy pub.

Good beer, seats outside on a quiet street for London. Welcoming staff and quite clean. The lower rating is because there's nothing particularly memorable or different about it, the beer was good enough though.

went here on a sunny Thursday night for someones leaving drinks. they had a space reserved upstairs, but the space was very stuffy. there were windows all around, but none of them could open - so it was hot and sticky upstairs. so - we moved downstairs to find some air, but it was even more crowded downstairs - just too many people/men in the space. they should consider taking in less customers in my opinion. anyways, lots of great beers on tap so if that is what you're looking for, it may fit the bill..but I would prefer a less crowded pub with a smaller selection of beers...

Went for a quick drink with other half. The staff were very friendly and informative and helped us choose our drinks. We sat outside in the cosy beer garden and shared a plate of chips and again were impressed.Will defo be back for food as the burgers looked impressive.

This pub is situated on White Lion Street, about ten minutes walk from the Angel Underground (subway) station. It opens from 4pm til late on weekdays but from midday onward at weekendsIt serves a good range of well-kept cask and also some keg beers, mostly from 'small batch' brewers. Staff were friendly and knowlegable. There is plenty of comfortable seating Their food speciality is burgersm with some very interesting varietiesAlso occasional live bands and beer festivalsAll in all. a great pub with a good choice of beers and other drinks. One thing - I sometimes struggle to understand what is meant by 'craft' beers! If the key definition is 'small batch', then most of the beers from micro breweries that I've tried over the past 10 -20 years or so will fall into that category. So perhaps it's more to do with marketing and the popularity of some of the 'hoppy' beers from the USA?Close by - there's an Indian vegetarian restaurant about a minute's walk away on Chapel st - as much as you can eat for £5.99! Very basic decor, but great food!

I couldn't find that The Craft Beer Co in Clerkenwell had its own page here at TripAdvisor, so here it comes:I booked a beer tasting for our group online, and it all went well. When we got to the pub, they couldn't find my reservation, but they offered to do the beer tasting either way. I then found out that I had made the mistake and booked the wrong date. I told them that immediately, but there was no problem - they sat it all up and we had an amazing time here! I thought the tasting would last an hour maximum, and that we would get small glasses of each beer (I booked the silver deal, so that was 6 differend kinds of beer). But we stayed for over 3 hours, and got 6 pitchers of beer in the silver deal. Our "host" was a very nice guy from Italy. I think his name was Francis or François or something like that. He had so much knowledge about the beer we had, different kinds of beer and their history. We were all very impressed! He was funny, and we all just had a great time! And to do this, even though I messed up the booking - you don't see that every day! I booked this tasting to celebrate my husband's birthday, and he couldn't have been happier! A lot of great beer, so much knowledge and an amazing time! If you want to have an amazing and fun experience in London, book a beer tasting her! And ask for our guy. You won't be disappointed. We also got some different kinds of beer to bring home! Can't wait to try them. I have already recommended this place to friends. There's nothing to think about - just go and have some beer here!

What's on offer constantly changes, but a range of Thornbridge Brewery's beers always seem to be featured. One of the few places in London one can guarantee to find this excellent Derbyshire outfit's ales. There's a small yard with tables for smokers.Staff are knowledgeable and interested in the products. You can always 'try before you buy' - almost get encouraged to. Some of the clientele verge on the Hooray Henry, but they are a minority, and don't usually stay long, leaving the serious beer drinkers to get on with it.Hot food is provided by sister company Forty Burgers: the name says what they do.Note: Monday to Thursdays doesn't open until 4.00 p.m.

Possui menos opções de cervejas on tap que o novo bar do Covent Garden (que possui nada menos que 40 opções de chope), mas vale a visita, especialmente para quem está próximo ao bairro.

Been to the branch in Pimilico, but not the one in Holborn before. The range of beers is amazing! Had an excellent IPA produced in celebration of the Tour de France. There's a long bar - with too many pumps to count. Friendly and well-informed staff too. Highly recommended.

Beer very good. Service even mid-week was very slow- need to hire more bar staff because they can obviously afford it in a joint so popular. Forget sitting down- it's packed.

Its all about beer, and the food is an excellent sideline. You walk in and are confronted with a bewildering array of taps, many real ales and a lot of different lager style beers, then there are the bottles. Its all a little overwhelming but take your time, talk to the bar staff about what you like or what they recommend, then think about about how long you have and maybe order some food too, they do excellent burgers and snack type of things. Be warned, prices of the beers are by volume, so the stronger the brew the more you pay. If you are not sure a shot glass of what you might like a pint of is the answer, its free and allows you to try 3 or 4 mouthfuls before you settle down.The lighter session beers are always good and well priced. Its one of about 4 places in London run by the same outfit, another in Brighton. If you are nearby, check this one or one of its stablemates out.

Great beer, great service. If we had been eating, the Scotch Egg sounded pretty good too. Some of the beers are ludicrously expensive, but many are just fine. Really enjoyed it.

Great variety of beers on tap - there's sure to be something to fit everyone's taste. Stouts, lagers, ales - anything you are interested in.Some of the beers can be expensive, though, and the bartenders aren't great at warning you - I guess they figure if you are drinking in central London, you can afford it. I saw one that I was interested in trying, asked the bartender about it, and he said "yeah, it's great". Turns out it was 20 pounds for a bottle! Other than that one occurrence (which was quite irritating), I like the place. But be sure to ask about the price before you order anything!

I visited this place with some friends but could not stay there due to the bad smell. They had a huge variety of beers but unfortunately the bad smell made us leave!

We headed in after a quick round of pubs near Chancery Lane Tube Station. Beer on tap was excellent and the service was fantastic to the point that my friend was speaking to the bar staff and got a free scotch egg! Hey, every little counts. Try getting that at a Wetherspoon's ;-)

I wanted a Pale Ale. The choice here was incredible with multiple choices in each category: IPA, American Pale Ale, British Pale Ale. Then there were loads of others all on tap. It's a relatively small and cosy place but well worth a visit if you are in the area. I was there on a week-day and seats filled quickly. Comfortable over-sized chairs with some tables.Bartenders were knowledgeable to help choose from the vast selection. yes, a bit expensive for a half pint at 4-5 pounds.There was even a 3-piece jazz band which started around 8:30pm.So glad I stopped here for a few hours as i was totally disappointed by the next place around the corner: Hundred Crows Rising. Don't go there to eat!

This is one of the newer Craft bars, and I visited late on Sunday during a gig interval. Same Craft formula - several cask ales and dozens of the so called craft keg beers, many from the States.I enjoyed the small outside area in the company of a group of foreign beer appreciators. The cask beer was a bit warm but the US keg IPA was superb.You pay for this quality - £9 for a pintAnd a half. Service was very friendly.

Great assortment of good cask beers on tap, which was a treat for an American. The bartender was extremely helpful and we enjoyed several beers there were much needed after a long day of walking.

During our 5 day holiday we became regulars in this hidden away pub in Islington. Being a beer and hop lover, I had done some pub research before we left for London.I think there were 8 cask ales at all times, and maybe 15-20 others on tap. I never even got to start on their bottle selection! Having said that, I bought with me a decent selection of bottles to enjoy at home. Brilliant that this is an option. being smokers, we also greatly appreciated the heating outdoor seating.Not much more to say - keep it up, and please don't be closed the next time we arrive in London!

You will not find a better beer pub in England. Tons of casks and tons of taps and a bottle list that will blow you away!

Fantastic, closer to the options you can get in the US. The bar tenders could be a little bit more friendly.

The staff is really friendly and love their profession. The bartender was eager to share his knowledge and passion for ale which added alot to the visit. Their supply is also really impressive. All in all, both my husband and I really recommend the place.

This place is great, a massive range of ales and craft beers served up by knowledgeable and enthusiastic staff. It provided a great range of beer, enough for some beer festivals but didn't have the beardy atmosphere, it was kind of cool. Unfortunately for me and my friends the place was full of Christmas parties. This didn't spoil the evening as they were all quite well behaved but it did make it crowded and noisy.The beer selection was fantastic, the home brewed craft lager was fantastic as were the three or four beers we tried, the food looked good although I didn't partake, all in all a great bar and I will definitely be back.

This is the third of the Cask group's pubs that we have visited and is our favorite. While it has a selection which matches Cask and Craft House, the atmosphere is far preferable for having a quiet drink. It maintians some old pub charm and coziness without the crowded, dark feeling. The staff was exceptional, knowledgeable and friendly, generous with their time. The crowd was interesting as well, a mix of ages, locals and trend seekers. I hate for this place to become so popular that I will have trouble getting seats in the future, but I can see that it's inevitable.

This newly opened pub is incredible. One part beautiful comfy old pub with wonderful old paintings and signs and then also a funky temple to the best beers from around the world plus Awesome spirits like the Pappy Van Winkle Bourbons.It raises the bar in Islington and is now our new post work venue of choice!

I had never been to The Craft Beer Co. Neither in Islington nor in any of the other around London. However, a short search on our beloved Google took me to a website with a rather catchy name and an even more interesting description: "The Craft Beer Co, boasting 37 taps and 150 different bottled beers". That was all that took me to be convinced!It was my girlfriend's birthday and knowing that she enjoys beer as much as I do it sounded like a perfect place for a Friday night surrounded by friends. The online booking system works well and after getting a reply from friendly Emma, everything was ready for a perfect evening.The beers are great and for all different tastes and budgets, the atmosphere was amazing and even better when a random guy started playing the big piano by the bar!I'll be back soon and I definetely recomend it to all the beer lovers out there.
