Best breakfast buffet I have had in a long time Special praise for Chef Gloria who made me an egg white omelet with fresh egg whites rather than using pre packaged ones Great gluten free options as well

Un bar/restaurante en un hotel de aeropuerto MASIVO, algo escaso de personal, y comida y bebida muy promedio. Lo tengo 4 estrellas en lugar de 3 puramente por los esfuerzos de nuestro servidor, Mesley. Trabajó tan duro para asegurarse de que obtuviéramos el pedido correcto de manera oportuna, quería asegurarse de que fuéramos felices. Era muy raro ver tanto esfuerzo.

We came to have breakfast on 7th December. The experience started on bad foot as soon as we got table the staff member called Gill asked if you knew what we wanted and the within no time came to ask again. We hard hardly settled. I don't understand why she rushing us. I asked for Vegan menu and she declined to give us saying we don't have one. On my previous visits I had a vegan menu. She was so rude and it is a way of losing customers. On my previous visit I was really impressed but not now.

Locals pub good beer and good wine. Very friendly and chatty landlord but given other factors decided not to eat there, pity.

Excellent location, an oasis in a really busy place. Exudes quality.

Food was good. Service was very slow had to ask a different server to bring check so we could leave.

What a shame!!! We have been visiting this pub pre holiday since 2012 & it held a special place as part of any holiday when flying from Heathrow. On arrival we wer met by loud music blaring in to the garden. It used to be such a busy pub you were lucky to get a table. There was one other table having drinks and a few locals at the bar. Two large screens playing football have now been erected, which made it impossible to have a conversation over dinner. The menu used to be good & included a selection of steaks, now only a sirloin which was not of great quality and the accompanying mash tasted like smash, and had been heated up in the microwave so that a skin had formed on the top and p oor wine selection '- Echo Falls'. The gentleman was however very friendly & accommodating, but unfortunately will be looking for a new pre holiday visit

I know we’re in London, but the price of the chicken and chips is criminal for what it is. Might as well have gone to McDonald next door.

The food was awful. Clearly pre prepared, placed in a bowl then microwaved when needed. I had Teryaki Salmon on sticky rice. Hardly any sauce, rice was dry and salmon severely overcooked, infact hard and dry. I ordered a side of green vegetables which were practically raw! Will never eat there again!

Was hier absolut positiv hervorzuheben ist,ist das es sogar eine glutenfreie Karte gibt. Wer sich ebenfalls mit Nahrungsmittelunverträglichkeiten rum ärgern muss,wird wissen wie froh man über sowas ist. Dennoch muss ich aber sagen das die Qualität der Lebensmittel und die Zubereitung als solches nicht sonderlich hochwertig scheint. Ich würde unser Essen als in Ordnung bezeichnen,ein Highlight war es aber nicht. Wie man es von Flughafen Lokalen/Restaurants eben auch kennt,war es völlig überlaufen und dementsprechend laut. Unsere Bedienung war freundlich,ich habe jedoch auch eine andere Situation mit einem anderen Kellner beobachten können/müssen,der leider nicht sonderlich freundlich zu seinen Gästen war. Dennoch,unser Besuch war in Ordnung als Überbrückung bis zum Flug. Mehr sollte es ja auch nicht sein.

Very friendly staff, reasonably priced food. I was especially grateful that I could take my meal up to my room as I was travelling alone. Perfect for a quick meal before an early morning flight

This restaurant is terrible its gross under cooked beat roots i mean just horrible would not recommend this to anybody

Food is disaster. Beef in burger was completely dry and hard like stone , you can feel it like burned hard meet cracker. Chips are wet and full of oil. It was mentioned in menu that all burgers served with chips and salat , but eventually no salad … Also it was cold in area , no blankets available … Our room was dirty. Do not recommend this restaurant and this hotel !
