I would never be here,if my flight wouldnt delay. Nice menu. But since we git voucher from the airline,its was special piclist. Nonoption to upgrade from the main menu. Only to add drinks. Guiness was perfect. Hamburger was well killed. Tomato soup was very good

Lo tengo 4 estrellas en lugar de 3 puramente por los esfuerzos de nuestro servidor, Mesley. Trabajó tan duro para asegurarse de que obtuviéramos el pedido correcto de manera oportuna, quería asegurarse de que fuéramos felices. Era muy raro ver tanto esfuerzo.

We have been to this cafe many times. The staff are lovely and the breakfasts always great. I decided to have some carrot cake and it was very very dry. Good customer service is how you deal with problems. I took the cake back, and the manager advised me the cake had been in the fridge due to the hot weather. I was offered other cakes that had not been refrigerated but I opted for a refund which was given without question. Amazing customer service. Thank you.

Locals pub good beer and good wine. Very friendly and chatty landlord but given other factors decided not to eat there, pity.

Food was good. Service was very slow had to ask a different server to bring check so we could leave.

My husband and I had great hopes for this place after reading the previous reviews but they are soon dashed! Staff were attentive and friendly but food was just awful. The complimentary bread was tough and burnt on top. I ordered the chicken curry, it was delivered in a bowl and looked more like soup with six pieces of chicken in it, nothing else in the the curry. The rice was edible. Husband ordered the crispy pork belly he got served 3 pork chops that were tough and the plate was swimming in grease. Chips were hot. We come around Heathrow a lot but will definitely not be returning here. The decor lets it down too, grubby in places. A staff member dropped cutlery into the floor, picked it up and put it back in the tray! I always read reviews but never normally leave them. This is the first time I have ever left one as felt it was important too.

Traveling home after a long journey is exhausting but being able to relax at The Bijoux Bar was a nice treat. The menu isn't huge but offers enough variety that everyone can find something to enjoy. The vibe was relaxing and an easy place to unwind. #GoogleGal

The food was awful. Clearly pre prepared, placed in a bowl then microwaved when needed. I had Teryaki Salmon on sticky rice. Hardly any sauce, rice was dry and salmon severely overcooked, infact hard and dry. I ordered a side of green vegetables which were practically raw! Will never eat there again!

Was hier absolut positiv hervorzuheben ist,ist das es sogar eine glutenfreie Karte gibt. Wer sich ebenfalls mit Nahrungsmittelunverträglichkeiten rum ärgern muss,wird wissen wie froh man über sowas ist. Dennoch muss ich aber sagen das die Qualität der Lebensmittel und die Zubereitung als solches nicht sonderlich hochwertig scheint. Ich würde unser Essen als in Ordnung bezeichnen,ein Highlight war es aber nicht. Wie man es von Flughafen Lokalen/Restaurants eben auch kennt,war es völlig überlaufen und dementsprechend laut. Unsere Bedienung war freundlich,ich habe jedoch auch eine andere Situation mit einem anderen Kellner beobachten können/müssen,der leider nicht sonderlich freundlich zu seinen Gästen war. Dennoch,unser Besuch war in Ordnung als Überbrückung bis zum Flug. Mehr sollte es ja auch nicht sein.

Easy to order using online app accessed from QR code on the table. Excellent choice on menu. Food was served quickly to table. Staff friendly and courteous. Tea and coffee were available as refills.

Very friendly staff, reasonably priced food. I was especially grateful that I could take my meal up to my room as I was travelling alone. Perfect for a quick meal before an early morning flight

A great place to stop over near to airport. The food was lovely. We had lamb samosas to start, they were amazing. Then we had chicken makhani curry and a chicken wrap and chips. Everything was very nice and good value. The service was also excellent. In my experience, the low reviews are unfair.
