from start to finish great experience. Would've like larger portions but good food overall. pizza and burgers were of normal standard fair but well cooked just small. will go again as drinks were good value for area.

We went here with an open mind and we were very pleased with the food we were served, which was of excellent quality, piping hot, tasty and we thought reasonably priced too.

Located in the corner of T3 arrivals, decent enough pizza and chips, beer was good and staff were friendly. Not exactly fine dining but did the job pretty well.

Unlike most airport food places, this is quiet and relatively roomy. Staff were very friendly and willing to please, they even brought things to the table. Our breakfasts were freshly cooked and tasty, and the coffee was good. Price was good value for money for an airport- sit down cooked breakfast for around £10.

Firstly the staff were really friendly. We enjoyed two meals which were well presented, tasty and reasonably priced for an airport. If we find ourselves at T3 again we would definitely come back. Very enjoyable

Post flight breakfast vist . Order was wrong but rectified quickly so plus and minus point. Stingy with butter , minus point . Sausages tough and unable to be chomped through , not so good. So best thing was the service. Pricey too for the quality

Comida gostosa, local agradável. Só achei a pink lemonade um pouco doce demais. O falafel do hamburger estava delicioso. Preço da refeição por volta de 10 libras.

Really liked it. The guy and girl running it were friendly and efficient, nice food. Was a great way to spend a few hours waiting for flight to arrive.

A rather uninspiring meal and a flattish pint; friendly patient service though. Ate here out of airport convenience rather than interest, and probably would try the other restaurant on the far side of T3 if waiting there again at a similar time

During our two weeks in England we passed through Heathrow twice as weary travellers, looked for a quiet, convenient place to sit and get our bearings, review our plans, organize our photos, drink a cup of warmth and eat a light meal. The Market Gardener was like our second home, we went there thrice in two weeks. Lots of space to put down our bags, a perfect bathroom nearby, efficient service and affordable but tasty convenient fare. A really great cup of coffee to rejuvenate us. Thank you very much, you were kind and professional, Market Gardener!

Welcoming & felt like a valued customer. The atmosphere was relaxed, with background music. My dietary requirements caused no issue.Good for vegetarians. Tasty, fresh meals & plenty of drink choices. Clean & tidy. This restaurants approach "head & shoulders" better than many . This should be the norm. not the exception. Made waiting in arrivals enjoyable.

Customers expected to automatically know to seat themselves and order food/drink at the bar. Saw couple after me look very confused by being ignored by service staff when they thought they were to be seated. I asked why some tables received service whereas others have to order for themselves at the bar, the answer was “we run a dual system” and that “if you’re in a hurry you can order at the bar”. Bizarre. As I’d ordered from the bar, and was therefore by definition a customer in a hurry, my food was to arrive in 15 minutes as per the front page of the main menu. Took 20 mins for food (eggs benedict) to arrive. Wasn’t bad, but didn’t really have much in the way of flavour either. Won’t be returning.

This young professional called juneid is an excellent customer services expertise. He made sure everything was fine and was also very quick with the service. I've never seen such a professional person before in a restaurant. I will him all the luck and success in his upcoming career.

I had lunch here while waiting to pick up a friend at Heathrow Terminal 3 arrivals. The food was good quality, clearly freshly prepared and not too expensive considering the location. Service was excellent - food arrived quickly and I was asked how I liked it in a way that showed the staff actually cared about the answer.

Came in for a meal before flight and had the Padang Curry + Chicken Breasts. The food was poorly presented but tasted okay.... nothing special.... straight out of the microwave. The portion was quite small. Ironically I ended up with a better curry on my flight later that evening even slumming at the back of the plane in Economy. On the plus side the staff were very pleasant and efficient.

Arriving back at Heathrow Terminal 3 I found the Market Garden a great place to recuperate, with a beer and of course it had to be Fish & Chips for me. The service was friendly and quick, and my meal was good.. With the time difference when I arrived I'm not sure if I should tick lunch or dinner...

If you at Heathrow airport Terminals 2 or 3...this lovely pub is situated at Terminal 3 arrivals...which provides good food and drink at resonable pub prices...has a huge sitting area...

This restaurant is in T3 arrivals. It’s to the right of the row of ATM machines at the exit. It’s very convenient when just getting off an aircraft to have a seat and get organized over a cup of coffee or breakfast. Promptly seated by the waitress, the menu selection was quite varied, seating and tables are quite basic and condiments are on the table. Service was quick for the coffee and the food and the waitress was pleasant. I’m a repeat customer.

I don’t know if the place was short of staff on the day, but service was very slow with little enthusiasm about doing their job. The food on the other hand was good.

We visited in the past and decided to go back as it is a pleasant space and not too busy like other restaurants at Heathrow making it a great place to spend a couple of hours in a relaxed environment.

Always served by smiling and welcoming staff.

Arriving at Terminal 3, and two hours before my bus home, I chose to have a breakfast at The Market Gardener.

Avoid. If you read the small print of the offer it says it includes a pint. However we were charged extra for a pint of peroni and the waiter argued we misread but didn't specify how we misread. We had to pay extra on top of the meal.

Had a quick lunch here before flying as we were at the airport too early to drop bags off.

After an early Sunday morning landing at LHR went looking for a quiet place to relax and unwind from the long 18 hr flight. This cafe/lounge was ideal. Service good although lounge was really quiet at 6AM. Just fancied a thirst quenching pint of bitter. Ideal spot to unwind before tackling Londons transport!

Sat at the bar for a glass of wine while we waited for check in to open for our flight. Only craft beer was bottle of Punk at £4.95!!! We has a glass of wine which was reasonably priced for an airport and pretty good. Staff were very pleasant. Turn one of the taps into craft for more custom!

Had time to kill and was peckish. Friendly staff made a welcoming difference. Food was fast and fine, as were the drinks. Will happily stop by again if I get the time. Relatively well priced.

My mum and we’re served this morning by the most lovely young man, Marcin, in this establishment. Although we were only ordering take away coffees he really brightened our day! So refreshing to be greeted so warmly by someone so early in the morning ! He’s an asset to your team !

Terminal 3 Heathrow can be a packed nightmare. Tucked away down the side of Giraffe is this little gem. Not cheap, but a pretty good tasty breakfast away from the crowds. Go there to chill out while you’re waiting to pick someone up, you won’t regret it. Order food at the bar or wait at your table to be served, you choose.

Tried here yesterday whilst waiting for someone to arrive at Heathrow. For an airport eatery I could not fault this place. All the staff had a smile on their face and seemed happy at their work. The food was excellent and priced very reasonably. Well done I shall return again when I am next at the airport.

Whilst we were at Heathrow T3 Arrivals Landside we popped into Market Gardener for lunch. The menu was reasonably priced for Heathrow. Our orders were taken at the bar and the food arrived quite quickly. It was fairly quiet when we visited but that maybe because it is slightly out of the way. We would definitely visit again.

Popped in here whilst awaiting a flight, really helpful staff, quick service and good coffee. Tables very clean which is always a good sign

Sat at a a table for 5 mins only 4 other customers in the restaurant.

We arrived very early and had a long wait before we could check in our baggage so went for a bacon roll. They do a bacon roll and a cup of tea for £3.95. Good value, and lots of bacon, but the bread was appalling - fluffy, dry and tasteless. Surely they can find a supplier of better bread even if it means putting the price up a bit?

The place looked good and we had arrived after 18 hour journey and really wanted some non air line food. Big Breakfast looked tempting and sumptuous. Indeed it was and didn't mind paying 9.50 pound sterling. However, what could have been good if they had added a toast to this hearty meal. Had to pay 1 extra pound for one piece of toast with a small butter pack. Never mind, it was a good start to a lovely day in London. Will surely come back again.

Arrived at a crazy hour one morning from the US and dropped in. Had a bacon bap and cappuccino. A little pricey but the food was good and the staff very pleasant. The atmosphere was nice and if you want a non bussly area this is a great place to sit and get out of the airport rush.

I saw that several other reviews were negative, but I have a great experience: friendly service (and I mean really friendly), and an excellent omelette and chips/fries (and great value for money). Very pleasantly surprised!

I love delicious food and definitely don’t mind paying for it! However, when you have to pay £7 for 4 chicken wings I feel aggrieved!

Portion sizes are tiny and £3.55 for a glass of pop but you're paying for a soft seat in an otherwise soulless concrete relic

Stopped in here whilst waving family members off at the airport. The staff were great and really helped but overall it's an airport pub, with pub grub and no real atmosphere.

The only place to sit down, relax, eat and drink at Terminal 3 arrivals,is this establishment. Clean restaurant and bar, food was good and tasty, staff polite with prompt efficient service. Good experience all round.

We searched for a restaurant that we saw being built last time at Heathrow before coming to the conclusion that it was probably in Terminal 4. Never mind.

Loved popping in here for a quick 1/2. Who doesn't want a quick nice cold 1/2. Yes please. Not much more to say. Its a nice place.

The title says it all. Our server, Alda I believe, was excellent, but the food was only slightly above average for an airport and far from excellent. I gave them four stars for the service alone, which was friendly, attentive, and prompt.

Avec un vol annulé sur marseille et une attente de 20h sur heathrow le staff à fait preuve de beaucoup de gentillesse et de compassion avec nous, ils nous ont écoutés et offert le café et nous ont proposés de rester pour bénéficier du comfort de leurs coins salon pendant notre longue attente...la nourriture est très bonne et varié! j'ai adoré leurs thé glacé vraiment exceptionnel ! un bon endroit pour passé du temps et venir manger avant son embarquement . je n'oublierai jamais cette serveuse du staff plus particulièrement <3

Landed at term and decided to grab a coffee and breakfast. The service was really professional and the chap behind the bar helpful and courteous. The food was great and reasonably priced. The atmosphere welcoming and anyone wanting a hearty breakfast in a nice quiet area which is hard in Heathrow this is the place.

Pasta mushy with kinda sweet sauce. The extra chicken was hard to find... Cheese Garlic bread tiny, dry, plain, boring. Not recommended!

I'm surprised by the great reviews for this restaurant. I visited this place with my wife for a quick lunch.

The pub was fairly quiet on boxing day morning and i was quickly served by the friendly and welcoming manager. A very tasty scrambled eggs with toast was brought to my table in less than 10 minutes. A nice fresh orange juice made for a very pleasant way to start the day.

The Market Gardener (the MG) has been open for a couple of months and has surprised everyone in the Terminal 3 family. Must pubs / bars at the airport do no more than the bare minimum. The MG totally breaks the mould - really friendly staff like Norbert and all his friends, great coffee (served at the table) and an excellent range of food. The staff are the best - most of us at TN3 have got to know them and they just make a huge difference to the community. I go in most days. Probably the only airport restaurant that I would consider actually going to on a weekend!!!!

I need to write this comment because your waiter called Norbert was so professional an have passion about his work... I just jump in to drink a beer an how he explains the menu I was made my decision to have my supper there! The service and the food was outstanding! You need more staff as Him!!! I can not repeat myself, outstanding! Thank you, but first of all thank you Norbert!

Place was clean, staff friendly enough, first two choices unavailable. Decided not to bother. Not a huge menu so disappointed there was missing food

Our usual eating place no longer offered the food we preferred so visited the Market Gardener and very pleased that we did. We were greeted by Aida who provided excellent and efficient service. One of the party opted for a full English Breakfast and the other porridge. Apart from the rosti with the breakfast (that was a personal unappreciation rather than a fault with the food) the food was excellent.

We were killing time as flights and coaches were messed up.

It the last restaurant in the row of restaurants, they have comfortable seats at the back of the restaurant, food quality good and good size portions, idea place to wait for your plane or bus.

Was waiting for my wife to land at T3. Decided on a quick pint and a burger whilst I waited. I had the cheese and bacon burger. It arrived within 10 minutes of ordering and was lovely. Really relaxed atmosphere, clean with good service. Very good overall.

The Market Gardener is the last in a row of retail outlets, coffee shops and restaurants at Terminal 3 arrivals. It therefore benefits from being calm and away from the mad rush. The food is simple and beautiful. The service is great; really lovely people. And it's close to the toilet facilities. If you are waiting for people to arrive, then the Market Gardener is the ideal spot. And there's free Wi-Fi.

Very friendly staff. They don't bother you but are attentive when you need them. Great food and relaxed atmosphere.

I visited restaurant with my little baby girl after long flight. We had great welcome from the staff. Everybody was very friendly and helpfull. They even offered to look after my little one while I eat my food. What a great service. Food was tasty too. I will be definitely visiting Market gardener next time I travel :)

I was at this restaurant which was very busy, there were view people in front of me waiting to be served, when my time came in I was served by a gentle man called Ibrahim, I am very delighted to be served by this happy man and the service he provided.
