Bijou Bar in Hillingdon

The new food and beverage manager is terrible. Overall standard has dropped in his control of the restaurant. You will notice him in his bow tie, accompanied by his miserable face and demeanour, believe me he will put you off your meal.

Divya kaushal from guest experience team was Pleasant and relaxing atmosphere, the staff are very friendly (Sylvester Floyd & Colin) I would have given 5 stars but there weren’t many vegetarian options.

Had a wonderful meal at Bijou. Our servers Reina, Reagan and Sanito were fantastic! Even with a full house we got our food in a timely manner. The meal was delicious. I would definitely recommend a visit to Bijou.

Really enjoyed my beautifully cooked salmon, pinching a few chips from my husband's burger meal in exchange for some healthy, garlic and paprika roasted kale! Great, friendly service from Steliah, Sanito and Elton. The music, although not unpleasant, was a tad loud, but we are old fogies!

After a long day traveling this place hit the spot. The lamb sliders were sooo delicious. The staff, Sanito, Elton and Floyd, were just great. Quick great service. Just what I was looking for. Really chilled space.

Service was slow. Others got served almost immediately, I had to wait 20 mins to order and then again for food and my glass of water arrived as I finished eating after being reminded. Food was delicious. I felt invisible.

Lovely meal had a few times for business in the area. Staying at the Radisson blue so bijou bar is one of two restaurants. Cannot fault the staff, excellent service. I was stumped on what to order but the waiter Sylvester F did the best job and suggested some options that were good. Great staff and decent portions. Drinks a little expensive but it’s an airport hotel, you get that.

Traveling home after a long journey is exhausting but being able to relax at The Bijoux Bar was a nice treat. The menu isn't huge but offers enough variety that everyone can find something to enjoy. The vibe was relaxing and an easy place to unwind.

Came here for an evening stay before our trip to Jamaica, Elvis checked us in and he was absoultey fantastic and very professional. He advised there were two restaurants we could eat at. We chose to eat at bijou lounge bar which had a chilled but stylish atmosphere. The staff made our trip all that more exciting and pleasurable as their service was outstanding and the food was out of this world. They could not do enough for us. The lamb cutlets and crab cakes are a must. FLOYD, SANIGO & SYRVRESTER thank you so much. Highly rated place to go. We will definatley be back next time.

They where very friendly the food was also really good and not expensive all of them (Santio,Sylvester and Floyd) are making sure you have the best experience and will make sure everything is okay so I would surely recommend it.

Lovely bar area wonderful attentive service from the staff. I sampled a cocktail which was very nice we tried the burger with chips which were lovely and crispy but fluffy on the inside. Would definitely recommend. Only negative they didn’t serve alcohol free beer which was disappointing.

It wasn’t terrible. Felt uneasy, walking in not sure if I can sit, if I need to wait - no staff on floor no signs. Once I was told I can sit and someone would come over … long wait for anyone. Place was about 45% full with 3 staff (not sure if that’s normal) Got a drink, but a bit of a wait for food too. Not a place to eat if your in a hurry for work or something. Prices were ok. Food was good, nice and tasty … not amazing but enjoyed. Maybe it was a one off … would try again and hope for a better experience.
