Wethers is wethers but the staff here are great

good beer, generous tasty food portions, and cheap too ! distinctly less generous portions, since 'brexhit'... At least the beer is still good, and still cheap! Their pepperoni pizzas are particularly delicious.!

The food is tasty, the atmosphere is ok! The cleanliness at the veceu is grade 2!!! I already think we're going for the 4th time, and every time it's a mess!!! And I was also disappointed by the cocktails, I tried about 3, you say they taste the same, only the flavor changes!!

Great service milk ran out of coffee,staff excellent replenished very quickly ,food was OK,served with a 😃.Nice ambience ,great for a drink 🍸 😀

The guy that served us today hygiene was absolutely horrendous. Was awful to serve people food with that sort of smell. And the bacon was disgusting.

I like the Botwell inn as it's great value for the food and drinks. We usually just get picky bits of the burger with a drink deal, all yummy! Staff are welcoming and friendly.

Nice place to stay for a few drinks, meals, social gathering. The staff are very polite and ready to help you if you need any.

We ordered pizzas off of the menu, a spicy meat feast, which states Mozzarella, ham,pepperoni, chicken breast,chillies and rocket. And a ham and cheese panini- our pizza came out with some kind of cheese blend which included cheddar and NOT mozzarella as stated in the menu. I have a severe cheddar allergy and I think if you’re using a cheese blend mix it should be stated. Also it says the same on the kids menu ‘mozzarella’ but after asking it seems that is also the cheese blend mix. The panini we ordered had a few minuscule squares of ham in it and no cheese that we could see with the eye. To charge £7 for this is completely unacceptable. In my opinion you should be either update your menus and state exactly what is in each dish, and also allow the kitchen staff to order in Only mozzarella as this is also stated on the menu as an additional topping. And wasn’t available in the botwell inn. As a side note , mash should be available on the menu as it is in most Spoons , and tuna mayo / chilli as jacket potato fillings. The menu in the Botwell is dated and boring. And needs updating to state exactly what is in each dish.

I love the prices and the atmosphere I feel so good when I'm there the staff are lovely but this week was a lady there that was so rude and scary I had the veg burger meal deal and she over charge me but I was so scare to complain very stressed,if im coming back make sure that I don't order when she is there the rest is amazing

Went in for a few drinks to meet a friend who drinks there regular as I have for the past 23yrs and had a fairly good evening, towards the end of the evening I thought it was getting a bit late and bought what I thought would be the last round (one on the table already) A while later a customer went to the bar for a drink to be told they are no longer serving. 20 mins later everyone was told to leave, I was in a convo with another customer but drinking faster than I would normally and consumed part of the second beer to be told by the manager to leave. I drank my beer as fast as I could as I heard the manager saying about people being barred. I finished my drink and informed the manager that I needed to use the toilet before I left and was verbally abused by the manager. As I went up the stairs I overheard the manager saying that I was barred next weekend from using the pub. Used toilet, went to leave and received a barrage of abuse as I left. Manager needs to be releaved of duties and retrained to work somewhere else. Will be making a official complaint to weatherspoons and was informed by another customer that the regulars no longer drink there because of him. Sad to leave a bad review but it is what it is. 😑

Strange vibe. You don't expect much from a Wetherspoon, cheap cheerful drinks and food which is usually okay. There was a group of 'parents' with children all under 5 at nearly 8 pm on a Thursday. Parents at one table effing and blinding, steaming drunk and then five kids mainly in highchairs were on their own table with crayons and mobile phones and left to eat their meal unsupervised. Was sickening. One of the males came over from the parent table and asked us if we'd watch the kids so that they wouldn't choke! Was just shocking and sad. Elderly couple next to us was understandably enraged and started shouting at the irresponsible adults. Not somewhere I'd usually go but just went for convenience being close to where we were actually going for the evening, Beck Theatre. Food was okay.

Much better service this time around. The service levels have improved and much better and friendlier staff. Much more livelier. There is a beer garden at the back and guests can sit in the front especially on a summer 🌞 day.

Warm and cozy place. It was too crowded. They offer a good selection of both food and drinks, which is typical of Wetherspoon menu

One of the best Wetherspoons I have visited. The food is very good, the service is fast and friendly. One downside is the cleanliness of the toilets which could be highly improved.

Surprisingly value for money yet very good service. Extremely polite barkeeps. The place is massive. Though they dont have parking, we were able to find along one of the roads.

The Staff in this pub are always hardworking and serving with a smile. Where can you get a Full English Breakfast and refillable coffee for under a fiver. It’s my favourite pub by far.

Had a fantastic dinner in this place after pool/arcade/bowling day with my housemates. Food was superb and reasonably priced. Staff are efficient and friendly.

Reasonably priced food, curry was pretty tasty. Bar seemed a little understaffed as had to wait in a queue. Also Strongbow Dark Fruits tap was broken so got a regular Strongbow with blackcurrant cordial, but was charged extra for the cordial.

Best pub in Coldharbour Lane. Best Wetherspoons pub. Cosy and enjoyable. Staff very polite and friendly 😁 The menu has changed a bit. No chicken and ribs combo. Need to bring them back 👌🏾 You can get 3 small plates of your choice from £14+ eg pizza, chicken wings, nachos, chips, etc. It's still a reasonably priced pub to enjoy food and drink as a combo. More new foods on the menu. Menu still evolving with more additional new dishes. It's still the best pub for food and drink choices. Breakfasts are tasty. New wines and further offers on the menu. Cheaper food offers from 2 til 5 pm. If you can't eat everything, you can have a takeaway container and order takeaways. Highly recommend 👌🏾

Don't let the Wetherspoons name put you off. This place is genuinely nice, and some of the best value food in the area.

Staying in a hotel near by before we went into Heathrow Airport the following day..we had a stroll up into town centre to have a couple of drinks in Wetherspoons.

Probably the best Pub in Hayes. Staff are always friendly. Steve and the Team working very hard tonight. Pity about one annoying lady who seemed to have had too much to drink.

Not even worth a star. Rude staff. No product knowledge. Steve the alleged manager couldn't even organise a prayer at a church retreat. And Brian the server is so inept it's a surprise he got a job in customer service in the first place. That's how downhill the establishment has gone.

Absolutely awful staff. My friend asked a staff member called Brian what certain drinks were but he didnt have a clue. He got rude to her and then was verbally aggressive. He was condescending and vitriolic. It is disgusting the way she was spoken to and I shall ensure I spread the word for people to avoid this place. Steve the manager is really out of his depth. Barrel be ing scraped forworkers it seems. We would like an apology

Well what can I say...KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! SHOUTS OUT TO REBECCA (CHEF)!!! And the polite other members of staff. I visited here yesterday ordered fish and chips as I had done in The Sir Micheal Balcon Ealing branch. I was with a friend who ate with me at the Ealing branch (See other review) and we were so dissapointed with the meal my friend vowed never to eat from Wetherspoons again. However I love me a bit of Wetherspoons so I asked my friend to accompany myself and another family member to the Botwell Inn restaurant. I ordered two meals, fish and chips, bao bun and wings, as my friend refused to eat, on receiving my order my friend changed his mind and asked for a meal. All I can say is thanks I got my Wetherspoons friend back thanks to your clean venue, well presented and cooked food. I never got to take a picture of the full plate as my friend couldn't wait to tuck in...lol

I used to like it no I don't I hate this pub I don't like it i always get bulled and laughed for wearing leather coats I saw a person from another pub saying that I should wear normal clothes and when I saw him he says do still wear long coats. and when he left I still don't feel comfortable. and i hate some the customers and some stuff are horrible I hate botwell

Wetherspoons as always is a great spot for drinks. It’s reasonably priced, service is great and you have a range of options on the food menu. They have their own app and ordering is so easy. They have lots of seating place both indoors and outdoors.

A relaxing place to hang out with friends and family. Very elaborative menu at great prices. The place opens till 1am on Fridays and is 3 stops from Hays and Harlington station. Laffé is a must try pint and chicken wings go great with it!

Popped in here last Saturday. Ordered from the very reasonably priced 'Top Plates, Low Rates' deals. Food was a bit slow to arrive but the friendly staff and very good value for money made up for this. The deals highlighted in the images are also available at Northolt, Harrow and Rayner's Lane Wetherspoons pubs.

Nice pub, friendly staff and a great atmosphere, food has always been great ,especially the fish and chips. This is my local now.

Myself and my partner had a all day breakfast on Sunday 26/02/2023 which was excellent. We visited again today 27/02/2020. Had the all day breakfast today around 12.30. When it arrived we realised the bacon was cold. We took both meals back. Asking for hot bacon This time. We complained to a manager. About the first 2 breakfasts that the bacon was cold. My partner asked for a part refund. Which was refused as I We had eaten all of the third one. I run the staff restaurant at legoland. I was cooking for over 1000 thoundsand staff. If I had a complaint. Gave them a replacement plus a refund. Tina chapman

A lovely pub with a slightly more modern feel than your average spoons. Standard seating options available with seating out the front as well and picnic benches out the back (there is also a small covered area out the back). In fact there is a very colourful stained glass thingy on the ceiling just before you go out the back - just in case you're interested in that sort of thing. The staff were friendly and cheerful and the breakfast (with eggs) was as good as always. I did hang around after my late breakfast and the Guinness was excellent.

It's a lovely pub, clean friendly good drinks, fairly priced. The reason a 4 and not a 5 is for me I like background music.

Popped in after a walk with a neighbour decided to go for a drink i hadn't been in there for some time was impressed by the appearance very tidy a good service by the barman and would return again

Nothing to dislike. It's a Weatherspoons. Food is a set menu - cheap and served quickly from ordering. This particular branch is a good distance from Heathrow Airport if you arrive early or are waiting to collect someone. Staff were friendly.

I had the Managers Special ‘fish and chips’ as you can see the plate is EMPTY because it was lovely. With a Berry Cider 😍

Very nice pub in Hayes, great central location with great prices. Food and drinks are top. The atmosphere at the weekend and during football broadcasts was very good and peaceful. Various food and drink deals available. Always my pleasure.

Visited several times, strangely quiet for a spoons. Was very empty on all visits, arrived at 11.02pm on a Friday and was refused entry even though open till 1am, even though we had been in the pub the three previous days since staying in the area. Staff were doing the bare minimum, chatting among themselves no pleasantries to customers, food and drink just dumped infront of you. No chedkbacks, no please and thank you. Felt more like a production line than a service. However food was very good quality and the real ales were great, just a shame the staff and bizzare policies let it down.

A standard Wetherspoon slightly scruffy at time of visit. Just in time for the second increase in the price of coffee this year! To be fair though even £1.35 will get you far more than most coffee joints. Cheapest beer now £1.59.

It's a nice place. A bit of music would however do the place some good.

Lovely location with a cozy decor and options for seating from bar, high tables to lounge chairs. Quick and friendly service makes it a great experience overall. Only wish is each table had salt/pepper shakers as the food is generally underseasoned, but still well cooked.
