Morello Lounge in Hillingdon

I’ve eaten breakfast here a few times now and i absolutely love it. It’s always freshly cooked and the staff are lovely. would defo recommend

I think because I'm a chef I judge these places slightly tougher. The food is perfectly decent, I was just hoping for a little better.

We came to the opening day at Morello, and really enjoyed the experience! The staff were super friendly and welcoming! Thank you to Kelly who offered an amazing, speedy bar service along with amazing suggestions for drinks and a lovely smile! Great first impressions!! Thank you Morella staff! We will definitely be back again! :)

Very nice. Visited as part of large group, with pre-booked order. Very nice room at corner of Vine St. Used to be a bank. Some nice decorative features and furniture. Food was good and very pleasant service. Recommended.

Today, I had an amazing experience at Morello Lounge café. What a wonderful place! I enjoyed my coffee while feeling like I was in a movie. The décor was stunning and beautiful, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the coffee was really good. It was my first visit, but it definitely won’t be my last!💌

Fantastic Cakes/Buns. Good for drinks and a relaxed atmosphere. Friendly service but took a while to get served outside. Nice place and would go again.

I want to start off by saying the lady who served us was very kind and her customer service was great. The food is okay and the place is slightly loud. I left the place with bites all over my thighs from where I sat on the chair at the restaurant. I can only assume they were bed bug bites as they were very itchy and painful and the bits were in groups. Slightly traumatised and won’t be going back.

An expensive plate of poor quality tasteless food. I’d have got more enjoyment from eating the skin of the avocado and the shells from the eggs. The best but about the place is the crockery. Absolute rip off prices and left feeling the need to go and eat something else and I don’t have a huge appetite. Miami brunch looked like stomach contents that had been regurgitated. Will I go here again ? I think my review can answer that for me….. but just incase there is any misconception absolutely not!!! My biggest tip is go somewhere else for better ambience, food quality and value for money.

We often go to this place but today we had the best service! Tiana was amazing and we were so happy to see a genuine smile!

We visited the place yesterday for a small celebration, the staff won’t even look at you unless and until you go to them. Very unwelcoming. We were taken aback by the way their staff rudely asked us not to take a cake out as they had staff with nut allergy. We left that place and went to the restaurant nearby ‘Chez Melissa’ which provided us with all that we were looking for and more.

This venue has huge potential. It is unique in Uxbridge. The food is very good. The coffee is very acceptable! The staff are always very attentive and courteous and the pre payment with order means you can leave and carry on with your day as soon as you are finished, so what’s not to like? I will tell you….the awful music but much worse the fact it is played way too loud!! At 10 in the morning who wants to compete with a sound system playing music that is your choice let alone not your choice? Friday and Saturday night go for it, but you must be losing business in the daytime market because of the noise! Such a shame because so much else is right about the place!

After walking past this restaurant to and from my way to work so many times, I was finally able to try it for the first time last night. The staff were so accommodating of us even though our party size almost doubled at the very last minute, and we had a lovely table right in the middle of the restaurant. We all came here as part of a work do, so it was great to see how friendly the staff were and how quick the service was. I can't eat gluten so wasn't prepared to be able to eat anything, but was absolutely shocked at the dedicated gluten free menu - it was the biggest gluten free menu I have ever seen in a restaurant. You can't order through the QR code if you have an allergy / dietary requirement, though I like this approach because everyone goes above and beyond to make sure that allergies are accommodated for. Thank you to the whole team at Morellos for hosting us (and for offering to take a photo for us all), we had an amazing time 😊

Went on Friday for a small gathering. We were sat for 30 mins and the table we were sat on outside had not been cleaned out. Staff went in and out but did not clean so we had to do it ourselves. No music so the vibe was a little sad. Food is honestly overpriced for the quality. Still giving 3 stars because the staff working was polite and service was fast.

I dropped my food accidentally and first of all they made me more so I won’t be hungry and second of all they didn’t make me pay for the plate which I broke

While waiting for an event in Uxbridge, I found this charming restaurant where it felt like time slowed down. The atmosphere was inviting, perfect for unwinding. The breakfast was delicious and surprisingly affordable, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing and budget-friendly meal.

Was there at the weekend with my partner, food and service were okay though not wonderful, but the music was simply far too loud, couldn't hear ourselves speak over the table, it was just so ridiculously loud, other customers also commented, just silly! Spoilt the evening if I'm honest, wouldn't go again.

Popped In around 5.55pm on Sunday. They were closing at 6.30 for the Euro finals. We just wanted to have a coffee and chat but once again the music was way to loud that we couldn’t hear each other I asked for it to be turned down but they didn’t . There are families here too with little kiddies Surley this loud music isn’t good for their ears . I’m not a fuddy Duddy I don’t mind background music but music that gets in the way of you talking and relaxing is not nice or enjoyable.

Easy to just walk in well was on a Monday lunchtime. Food was great I had the Sesame chicken noodle. Easy to order value for money and very tasty. I will be back. Have been back several times Beef brisket is great definitely worth a try.

Amazing with allergies welcoming staff , the atmosphere is very relaxing , they have a wide range of stuff available they have alternative milks and put stickers on the cup so you know what milk has been used they put flags in the food for , vegan , vegetarian and gluten free

You are better off making a sandwich at home. Trust me!

Met my friends here yesterday at 6pm. It wasn’t too busy there were eight of us . It was nice just to sit and drink and eat and catch up with my friends . We all had drinks and some food . I had a cocktail which the waitress made for me . We would have sat longer but they close at 10pm .

Really nice place and highly recommend. Had the twisted chicken club which was absolutely perfect for lunch and definitely recommend and elderflower spritz which was really lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was good. It is spacious but also has some cozy corner spaces depending on your seating preferences. A really nice find. 👌

Nice setting, and quite busy. I don't know why it's called lounge. Many selection of food, have some Asian selections. Not authentic, but still good food.

Whatever time across the day the Morello Lounge has something to satisfy your hunger. We went twice over the last weekend. Brunch provided an interesting menu. I really enjoyed the Shakshuka. The dinner options were less exciting but the burger was the real deal. Ordering and paying on the app worked quite easily unless you want to take items off the full breakfast option.

Went with work friends for dinner mid week. The food we had was lovely, although the menu for dinner could be expanded. Good value, excellent service and lovely ambience. Highly recommended and well return 👌

The staff are really friendly and welcoming, very quick to check food allergies! Check you're happy with everything without imposing. The GF menu is vast, which for anyone who knows, is a rarity and a godsend! I travel alot and tbh, these bars are my go too and I couldn't recommend them highly enough!

Had breakfast, lounge breakfast 10.95 was nice I did notice the chef put salt on my egg. As I had bacon and sausage I found it bit salty. Breakfast was presented and cooked nice. As customers can see the kitchen the chef needs to put a hat or chef hat on he did do this after as I was looking at the kitchen. Overall was a nice experience I was greeted at door and good customer service it’s a nice relaxing environment

we went for the live music and very positively surprised with how kid-friendly this place is. the toys section and kids menu were great for my kid and we really enjoyed the atmosphere, service, and cleanliness. Would appreciate more porkless options in the menu.

A NEW UXBRIDGE! So lovely to see new restaurant in Uxbridge town centre. Love the decor at Morello Lounge, old and fancy with a bit of hip hop vibe. Service was good, waiter service aswell as ordering at the bar, no phone app (up to you)for me I prefer ordering at the bar. Prices were really reasonable too. Food menu looked good, I'd come back to check out the menu, especially tapas tuesday deal.

I went there with my colleagues from work to celebrate our colleague's success. It was a nice place.

We turned up without a reservation but the staff was very accommodating. The staff was friendly and efficient. They even got us a free chocolate cake as our son had been the man of the match on that day. The food was so yummy as well - one of the best hashbrowns I've ever had! Mario- the general manager- was so friendly and charming. Can't wait to go back!

Food was absloutly disgusting. All frozen foods here nothing cooked fresh. Never have the fride wings. All you can taste is raw chicken and disgusting batter. Very boring dull environment. Waste of money and time.

Really lovely brunch experience here, the server greeted and served us with such warmth. Very cosy atmosphere, mix of sofas and tables available to use for catch ups over coffee or a nice meal. I tried their Miami Brunch because it sounded like an interesting twist to poached eggs - I found it absolutely delicious, especially the sweetcorn and cheese fritters which were lovely and crisp. Would happily return for more when in the area!

Had been to the equivalent of this place in Ealing which was quite good. The food is ok and the staff are plesent there just don't seem to be enough of them. On second visit the staff were ace and unbelievably friendly so have upgraded review. Also not sure about the venue, it just seemed pretty messy and chaotic.

Hi. Popped in with my friend to have a catch-up and coffee . We ended up ordering the Tapas 3dishes . And a side of fries. We had tea and coffee with desserts afterwards . The tapas was small portions but tasty enough (. Maybe a little pricy for the portion size )The fries were hot and tasty too. We sat for nearly two hours without Feeling rushed. I like the choices Of food on the menu. Something for everyone.

Visiting family from Ireland, went here for lunch and had a very pleasant experience. The staff are so nice and friendly nothing is to much to ask. We all had different dishes which where well presented and tasty, my sister taught the soup was to spicy ( personal opinion) and we mentioned it to staff , who where willing to take it off the bill , but she choose a dessert instead. I had a problem with my card when paying, and the young lady Ash was very patient and understanding. I have to visit family again soon over that way, and will make it my business to dine there.

Good, as always. Chairs are comfortable, and food always arrives promptly. It doesn't look or feel it, but it is part of a chain. They are uniquely decorated and it is a very pleasant environment. I've been here a few times now, sometimes for food sometimes for drink. I've never been disappointed

It's a personal, I hate the taking the order from an app. It feels like the place is very impersonal because of that. Food was fine . Music a bit noisy for a lunchtime All in all , OK

The food is pretty good for the prices paid and the drinks are reasonably cheap as well. The service from the bar staff was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful, explained things to us as was our first trip to this particular lounge. It has a very similar look to other branches of the chain, so feels quite decent and welcoming. We went mid week so not many people in, but still busier than any of the surrounding places.

This place is brilliant. The staff are all so friendly, kind and hard working. The food and drinks are always spot on and delivered to the table with a smile. Nothing is too much for the staff. The chefs always get the orders exactly as requested. The music is great as well. Went to another Lounge and nothing compares s one. Try it and see……

It was a quiet afternoon visit so can't give higher rating on most aspects but the wine was most acceptable and it was comfortable and interesting environment.

Good selection of food. And good food for the price. Place was busy Sat lunchtime but tablets are paced enough that it did not feel crowded.

The manager was incredibly friendly and helpful especially working with my daughter's allergies.

The food was amazing especially the Miami Brunch but unfortunately all our meals arrived at different times even though it was one order placed. We also waited a long time for the table to be cleared.

The weather was atrocious so ducked in for shelter. I thought it was just another of the many coffee shops that are in town centres these days, but, they had a fully stocked bar, spacious decor & they served pub grub. I had a burger with sweet potato chips & a pint of lager. Staff were all attentive & friendly. A mixed clientele. It would be nice to take a lady friend here to chill one day. Will return.

Near Uxbridge we were looking for a breakfast place, this was top rated at google review. I agree with that after visiting here. Plenty of seating area, lots of choices, friendly staff and quick service we liked here. Added was nice decorations especially for Christmas and easy to order online even for dine in. Breakfast was fresh and very tasty. These days mostly everyone charge similar, but sometimes taste matter us most. It’s recommended to visit. I still rated 4 stars as coffee wasn’t good if I compare with typical coffee shops at the high street.

Went for brunch - ordered the veg breakfast it was decent and well presented however pet peeve of mine is that places that only give one toast and egg are annoying! It’s a large venue and can see its popular but would I go again? Probably not.

Being from the South West where we are spoiled for loungers locations and living part time in uxbridge it was great to see this new addition to the high street adding more options for food and drink. Smaller than a standard loungers but a great atmosphere. Been back several times... Still a high street winner

Nice place for a family gathering Lot's of options for eating.

I visited this place for lunch with my daughter last week. I live in the Isle of Man and my daughter lives in Scotland. Every time we visit my son in the south, we always visit this restaurant. We always have the chicken salad and are always happy with it but on this occasion, we were really disappointed. The salad was lovely but the portion sizes were ridiculously small. We didn't want to complain because the food was fine. The cost of the food was really high for what we got and the service was extremely poor.

Need to fix the ordering app so awful delete something then says error needs to be fixed or close the app down go back to old ways staff come to you for your order

I do like the chain of Lounge restaurants as they have some really good selection of food and drinks. Morello Lounge is no different in taste and quality so you know what you get. Will visit again as they seem to update their Menus with new things to try.

Worst pub ever, staffed closed bar at 10:30, even though they close at 11pm. Been there a few times and half of the menu is never available. Even had no red wine on 1 day 😕

Came for some breakfast, 🥞🥞 I enjoyed my breakfast (blueberry pancakes, eggs sausages a hot chocolate) Overall a nice breakfast place to come if looking for a relaxed place to eat. Pancakes were a tiny bit over done, egg portion were tiny too, should be more too but overall La nice breakfast, friendly staff, spacious cafe, child friendly too, serves brunch and meal/desserts, drinks options and has a nice relaxed ambience.
