Nice place. But check the prices! $28 cad for two muffins and a coffee is a lot of money. No no being extorted on a trip.

Good food (vegetarian options) and amazing service.. We had english breakfast + few other items - every bit was amazing.

After turning up at Heathrow for our flight only to be told it was cancelled, booking another and transporting all our luggage from Terminal Three to Terminal Five we settled at The Giraffe. The food was very good but even better than that were the friendly staff who took such good care of us (two quite senior citizens.) DELAL deserves a special mention for "awarding" us two plastic giraffes and pots of jam to give to the grandchildren in Seattle. She said it was because we behaved and ate all our breakfast.

Tired & bleary eyed from 25hrs of flying, it was a welcome sight to find this Cafe, tucked away just enough from the crowds, to sit & enjoy a coffee! Just watch out for the lip as the floor surface changes on entering the Cafe. The wheels on my suitcase stopped & I nearly went tumbling over the top 😜

I had a wonderful experience at Giraffe at T3 today. A lovely lady working there was thoughtful and kind when my baby spilled coffee on the floor. Her sweet gesture really made my day and I will always go to Giraffe when going to T3!

Great food, very good value, good cup of tea, what’s not to like? Had the naked burrito, pulled pork, red beans, salsa with fresh coriander and plenty of Natchos , guacamole and sour cream. Two other fusion offerings, choice of burgers.

Arrived too early so thought I’d stop at giraffe Not disappointed spotlessly clean gleaming cutlery and great scrambled eggs Coffee was wonderful as it was stupid o’clock and needed to focus on meeting my friends

I use Giraffe stop in Terminal 3 and 5 at Heathrow, the staff are always friendly and smiley and helpful! Costa and Cafe Nero could learn from them !!

Nice to sit and relax. Pleasant music not overly loud. Courteous staff and a decent cup of coffee whilst I wait for my driver.

I don't normally write negative reviews, but this place deserves it. Went to airport to collect my wife from an overnight flight from the US. At least we might get a tea or coffee to help energise ourselves before the trek back home. Sat down, surveyed the passable selection of eats (she wanted gluten-free, didn't look promising) to then be directed to the sign adorning the coffee machine. Out of order. Went next door to the bar, where they did a commendable job. I mean come up, terminal 3 arrivals has a poor selection of food and drink anyhow.

I went for breakfast at Giraffe Stop in Terminal 3 last week. I ordered off their menu: Egg on Toast with Tomatoes (£4.50) and a Flat White Coffee (£2.60). The coffee was given to me at the counter when I ordered. It was warm, not hot. But the real let down was the breakfast when they brought it out. The egg was cold (yuk) and there was only half a tomato - and that was cold as well (not ice cold, but as if it had been cooked 20 minutes ago and then left in the room). I won't go there again. Waste of time and waste of money.

We ate here whilst waiting for relatives to come in on a flight from Australia. I had a hot dog with a foot long sausage in a 6" roll and to cap it all the sausage wasn't drained properly and so the roll was soggy. My partner had a burger and half way through he noticed that it wasn't cooked properly. The house fries were nice. Coffee not very nice!! Overall would not eat here again!! And it cost us over £21 for the privilege!!

Stopped here with my son whilst waiting for my wife's flight to arrive. The place was deserted and there were two staff working but all the tables were covered in crumbs and coffee stains. Food was standard coffee shop fare but honestly guys, pick up a cloth and take pride in your establishment. Really poor standard. The staff could also be a bit happier, they were polite but rather sullen.

Disappointed .... server unsmiling and seemed unhappy to have a customer. It's early in the morning but it's open and should be welcoming.

Relieved to find this lovely place open early this morning for breakfast recommend cheese &tomato croissant.

Advertises fresh and juicy burgers but mine was dry and seemed like it might have been warmed up a few times already. The bun was awful too. The salad filling was good thought, tomatoes very fresh and sweet. The chips (type things) were ok but took a lot of chewing. It was served too quickly to be cooked to order but maybe that's par for the course in an airport. Probably would try a different franchise or food outlet next time. Most tables have mains power plugs and USB outlets which is a great idea.

Popped in here for a coffee while waiting for a flight at terminal 3 arrivals. I had a nice cafe latte promptly served. A pleasant place to spend a few minutes while you're waiting for a flight etc.

Had the Chipotle Beef Chilli Bowl. Very tasty. Staff were friendly and efficient. Would eat here again

Eat here all the time down to the good food and great customer service. One employee by the name of Seby stands out the most for his great repor building and service towards all who engage with him. Great stuff!

Had to wait for lift and this was very handy in arrivals with plenty of room. Advertised hot dogs but had sold out. Very pleasant lady toasted a nice sandwich however and I had what looked to be a disgusting slimy health drink which was...

Do not go here! Rude service. They advertise Hot Dogs and Shake but once you sit down there with kids they "run out". I also asked for a plastic cup and they charged me 50 p for it. A total disgrace!

A nice satisfying visit as to be expected. Nothing special but not bad either. Just what we were looking for. Quick and convenient.

Good restaurant in terminal where you can sit and relax and food is brought to your table, esssential when you have lots of bags and no hands, Good menu of food and drinks served with efficient friendly service.

I had the best experience! food was great coffee was great! The staff were amazing. Seby and Julia looked after me, made sure I was feeling welcomed and happy. They were successful indeed. Awesome experience will surely visit again.

Great coffee, charming staff, terrible noisy music. I had to move despite greatly enjoying my white americano coffee. The music was so loud and intrusive especially at 7.30 a m Why spoil a great experience with awful so-called background noise that should be called foreground...

Always seems to be a queue but it goes very quickly. Food is good, varied and good value by airport standards . Staff are pleasant and very efficient - they make allowances if you're in a hurry. Good spot to grab a bite in transit
