Fairways Carvery in Hillingdon

Had lunch here on a Sunday, my beef was tough as old boots, gravy was like water, think the chef forgot the granules. Food seemed as bad Been left there for a good while, Been to this place over the years and it has been ok, even through lockdown but today was dire. Wouldn't go back or recommend this place

Had dinner there on Sunday for mother's day. The food was awful because the potatoes and yorkshire puddings were inedible, burnt and everything else was cold.

Last-minute decision to have a carvery at the fairways and it was lovely great staff lots of choice and very tasty. Look forward to going there again.

Went there last Sunday, booked a table for 12 over a week in advance. No table was set up and they didn't know where we were suppose to be sitting. Did get a table in a backroom which had 0 atmosphere, no one else about and had boxes and all kinds of junk in like a garage, really poor. The table was for 8 so we then had to move a circle table next to a long table. So unorganised. Carvery had no stuffing. Starters not available at all, starters here usually a highlight to. The staff were nice and did blame this on manager being away but if a manager goes away everything should be put in place. I booked it for family so overall was quite embarrassing.

Ordered three roast beef lunches. Excellent value with very generous portions of beef, a large selection of veggies with cocktail sausages and stuffing balls. Delicious gravy. Couldn’t fault it. Well done.

Great food even though we had to have it as takeaway on xmas day. Very friendly staff as well.

Amazing food, really tasty and good size portions. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Best roast I have had from a carvery in a long time. Would highly recommend having a Sunday roast here.

The Carvery was lovely. Large selection of fresh dishes to choose from at very affordable prices. Service throughout was amazing, i would however recommend a booking as this place is popular.

Greeted by a lovely lady made welcome ...most beautiful view...we were late and they held back for us to come.The carvery was very nice although at the end of service .We missed the buffet starter but had a very nice vegetable soup a little spicy.And finished with a nice choice of desserts.We have avowed to return at a better time to get the full benefit of the meal.

That time of year again when we drive from Bournemouth to Chelmsford and made a special effort to stop here en route as we did last year. Still brilliant value for money, £17 for 3 courses, great selection of salads and cold meats etc, and the beef was delicious!! Still worth the trip!

Avoid at all cost.... two sittings available, 12.30 and 3.30. We went at 3.30, Starters - Cold corn on the cob, cold ribs, cold chicken thighs, Luke warm carrot soup!! Main carvery - Turkey, Gammon or Beef - all cold! Roast potatoes hard and baked up, Yorkshire puddings as hard as stale bread! Selection of cold vegetable's, and stuffing balls? think that's what they were? Only bonus...hot gravy...maybe to heat up the rest of the food. Very poor quality, disappointed.

Third visit here had a great family meal one of our favourite places to eat starters and mains where excellent worth it just for the cauliflower cheese lol will definitely be going back there

The food is as you would expect of a chain such as fair an square. It's a very well balanced menu to cater to everybody and all at great prices

Had to divert off the M 25 and searched for carveries in Uxbridge and found this little gem. £16.95 for 3 courses on a Sunday is amazing value, especially in this part of the country. Loads of different options for the starters, great tasting meats and vegetables. Lovely views from the dining room. Staff were friendly too. If I ever cane thus way again on a Sunday, I'd certainly come here and I would recommend anyone to pop in and try it out.

Hmmm a bit like eating in your grandmas dining room! Food ok .. But not good value for money... Nice views Needs redecorating and modernising
