Bar Eleven in Hillingdon

Cenamos en el bar y fue una comida encantadora. Nuestro camarero Francisco era increíble, que también tuvimos una gran experiencia con el año pasado también, él era muy educado, servicial y eficiente. ¡Incluso le regaló a nuestro hijo un pastel de cumpleaños y le cantó feliz cumpleaños! ¡Gracias Francisco! ¡Te mereces un ascenso!

Un bar/restaurante en un hotel de aeropuerto MASIVO, algo escaso de personal, y comida y bebida muy promedio. Lo tengo 4 estrellas en lugar de 3 puramente por los esfuerzos de nuestro servidor, Mesley. Trabajó tan duro para asegurarse de que obtuviéramos el pedido correcto de manera oportuna, quería asegurarse de que fuéramos felices. Era muy raro ver tanto esfuerzo.

We ate well at the Renaissance bar. My older wife's small state pension was she feared going to take a battering because of the proximity to Heathrow . She thought we were a captive audience and would be taken for mugs as the price of the food would be exorbitant ,this was not the case ,she was wrong . I have done a lot of cookery courses and I can confirm the butter chicken was excellent . my wife has eaten a lot of chicken wings and she made very positive although slightly off putting noises about those . Thank you very much for your service . Wide selection of lagers which were flowing down well. We will go again if we need an airport meal .

Bar Eleven review: Pamala in Bar Eleven was fantastic! Very helpful and willing to personalize things. I received prompt service from the entire wait staff there. My stay at the hotel was very nice as well.

We got stuck In Heathrow due to a missed flight. We went to the bar BarEleven for a drink in our anniversary. Our server Pamala was patient and accommodating while I wanted a different kind of drink. The bar tender Francisco was able to make it perfectly. Much appreciated the effort to make what I wanted instead of just generic drinks.

This restaurant is located in the Renaissance Hotel nr Heathrow Airport.... There are a few sude areas that either a romantic couple or a family can be seated at... Or smaller tables dotted around the restaurant floor area... Limited menu at time if our stay( but because of how the world was living in that was to be expected in my opinion)... We shared a Maharaja Pizza.. Which is an Indian inspired dish.. Very different and tasted really nice.. But ...!!! Be aware , if you like 🌶, this pizza has sliced ones on it.. and its hot 🔥..there is an area of raita...to give a cool down too it.. So if chillis isn't your bag, perhaps take them off or ask for none on your pizza.. But it was very nice.. Salt& pepper tiger prawns, layered ontop of a wonder spicy mixed salad..again chillis in this dish aswell.. Cocktails are available. If you like whisky sour, you will need too ask for Edwin.. Bar supervisor.. He makes a really nice drink... Talking about Edwin.. Really nice, polite and professional representative of this establishment.. So a well done too him.. All staff are curtious and polite.. Orders for food and drinks are read back too you, so no confusion arises.. Orders are brought out too you in a very reasonable time after order is placed.. My small criticism and so my reason for a 4 is purely because the restaurant itself didn't have that ambient atmosphere.. Not staff fault, many people in and out having quick bite and drinks so just didn't feel right at times for me.. But absolutely no problem with the food we ate here...

Loved this restaurant We were staying here at the hotel before flying out and arrived after a long journey, very hungry. We sat down and were immediately served by the lovely waitress, Pamela. She bought us drinks very quickly and took our order. The mushroom soup was sublime. Hot and tasty. We then had fish and chips and Cajun burger. Both lovely. Hot, presented well and beautifully served. Pamela was attentive, efficient and so friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant and it’s staff. A wonderful start to our holiday. Thank you.🙏

Bar Eleven is a hotel bar, that often translates to overpriced mediocre food and drink. That is not the case here. I had the Renaissance Burger, while not fancy it was very good full of flavor cooked properly and served with a generous portion of shoe string fries (chips for the English) and a nicely balanced Cole Slaw. Being early in the trip and somewhat jet lagged I did not try the bar beyond ordering two pints to adjoin dinner. Staff were attentive and service was fast. If I am in the area I would certainly come again.

Staying overnight at renaissance london heathrow and we have just eaten in bareleven. We were served by SAN who was quick to take our order and deliver us our drinks. Food when arrived was excellent plenty of flavour and beautifully cooked. Only issue was forgot side order of onion rings. Family suggested I didn't really need them should save my waistline but San got me a free on the house drink so no complaints here. Would really recommend this bar and San great waiter.

My family and I have just spent a smashing night in Bareleven on route to Australia. Our waiter San was absolutely brilliant and very attentive and he looked after us well and we will certainly be back on our next trip. All the best and many thanks from the smiley guy

Fresh and hot bar food and great drinks delivered in no time by a friendly, wise and humourous waiter, Praian, who cared about and lustened to each of us 6 colleagues dining there.

Great place to watch any kind of sports. Football, rugby, golf, formula 1, motoGP, cycling, baseball, basketball - you name it they have it (in a variety of languages too!). Do your self a favour and check it out.
